A day in the life of a tennis star at Wimbledon: Brit DAN EVANS reveals all... from sushi to taped feet
Let's start with where I'm staying. One of the things that makes this fortnight unique is that most players, certainly Brits and big names, tend to rent apartments or houses in Wimbledon Village rather than stay in hotels. There's a website where people rent out their homes for the tournament - every year there's a dash for the best places! The top boys will get a big house for their whole team and tend to stay in the same place each year. We've got a nice place, just me and my wife Aleah, and it's just a walk across the common to the All England Club.

Six cheap tricks to get your laundry looking fresh
WIMBLEDON starts today – and tennis aces will step out in their gleaming tennis whites. If your laundry is looking a bit grey, try these cheap tricks to get it looking grand-slam fresh. 7 Here you go . . . ACE STAIN REMOVER: Drop in at Poundland to find the Ace Floral Bouquet Laundry Bleach White stain remover for £2. It's a favourite for yellowing socks and grey T-shirts. Just add a capful to your washing machine to make stains disappear. PIT STOP: For those stubborn armpit stains, make up a paste of baking soda and water and use a soft brush or toothbrush to gently rub into the fabric pre-wash. Then put on your usual whites, wash and those marks should all disappear. LACE RACE: Grubby shoelaces? Soak them in a bowl of warm water with two tablespoons of Dri-Pak soda crystals, £2 at Tesco, and give it a good stir. Leave overnight and by the morning the dirt and grime should lift right out. You can also try this on any white caps you may have. LEMON LIFT: Brighten white towels by adding half a mug of lemon juice to your usual washing machine rinse cycle. Cleaning whizz shares two-second 13p trick to get all the pet hair out of your laundry in seconds The natural acid in the lemon will help remove soap residue that builds up and causes greying. VINEGAR VOLLEY: Distilled white vinegar whitens, removes musty smells and helps soften fabric as, like lemon, it gets rid of soapy residue. For brighter bedding, add 100ml to your fabric- softener drawer when washing. It's also a great household cleaner, so pick it up in bulk at at £5.99 for five litres. SHINE ON: For white school-uniform items such as shirts, mix up a tablespoon each of baking soda, vinegar and lemon juice, then add to a spray bottle with some warm water. Give the clothes a spritz pre-wash before washing on your usual cycle. Then hang them outside in direct sunlight, where UV rays can naturally bleach away any stains. Kendall Jenner sparks debate in divisive fashion trend as she exits Bezos-Sánchez wedding
Kendall Jenner looked relaxed as she left Venice on Sunday following her attendance at the star-studded wedding of billionaire Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez. The 29-year-old model kept her look simple, opting for a pair of knee-length black leggings and a beige athleisure top as she disembarked from a water taxi en route to the airport. The influencer styled her long, dark hair straight and wore natural-looking makeup behind a pair of dark sunglasses. The runway veteran sparked a bit of controversy with her choice of footwear, stepping out in a pair of clear jelly sandals. Other celebrities—such as Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Jennifer Lawrence—have also embraced the nostalgic style, which was popular in the early 1980s. The mostly inexpensive shoes now seem just as at home in casual looks like Jenner's as they are in high-end ensembles, especially during the summer months. Depending on the brand, pairs of jellies can retail for anywhere from $25 to hundreds of dollars. However, in the era of fast fashion, the shoes, made from PVC plastic are controversial due to their environmental impact. Kendall's younger singer Kylie, 27, took a much bolder approach as she exited the ancient city. She wore a brown and black sleeveless animal print top with a matching pair of boot cut pants. Her choice of footwear was a pair of black flipflops. The influencer styled her hair is a low bun with tendrils framing her face. She too wore natural looking makeup with dark sunglasses. The Kylie Cosmetics mogul was seen holding the hand of her daughter Stormi, seven, as they walked down the ramp. The model, 29, kept her look simple, opting for a pair of knee length black leggings and a simple beige athleisure top as she disembarked a taxi taking her to the airport The elementary schooler looked adorable in a ruffled charcoal gray top and skirt. Kylie shared some photos of the ride with Stormi and her son Aire, three from the gondola ride to the airport. The toddler looked sweet in a black T-shirt and jeans. 'Just me, my babies, and Kevin, muffin, puppy, & monkey,' she said referring to the kids' toys of choice for the long trip home.
