Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Bebe King, six, were killed in the attack on July 29 last year, and 10 other people were injured, with eight of them children.
Leanne Lucas, 36, was stabbed five times in the assault and read out a powerful victim impact statement at the killer's sentencing hearing at Liverpool Crown Court last month.
Axel Rudakubana, 18, was sentenced to life in prison with
It has now emerged that before he was jailed, Ms Lucas met with Swift at one of her Eras tour concerts at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.
In a picture posted on social media in December, Ms Lucas, dressed in black, is seen smiling alongside the singer.
In court in January, Ms Lucas read her victim's impact statement in person and described how she has lived in constant fear since the attack.
'There are times when I spiral into trauma'
She said: 'As a 36-year-old woman I cannot walk down the street without holding my breath as I bypass a person and then glance back to see if they've attempted to stab me.
'The trauma of being both a victim and a witness has been horrendous. There are times when I spiral into trauma.'
Speaking of Rudakubana, Ms Lucas said he had targeted her and the children because: 'We are women and girls, vulnerable and easy prey.'
Turning to the parents of the victims, she added: 'For Alice, Elsie, Bebe, Heidi and the surviving girls, I'm surviving for you.'
In August, shortly after the attack, Swift met two young girls at one of her Wembley performances who had been injured in the attack.
Speaking in the immediate
'These were just little kids at a dance class. I am at a complete loss for how to ever convey my sympathies to these families,' she added.
On the day of the dance class, Ms Lucas and her friend Heidi Liddle had arrived at Hart Space at 9.30am to prepare.
When the children arrived a short while later they were dressed in t-shirts and shorts ready for a day of 'fun and excitement' which included singing, dancing and bracelet-making.
Rudakubana, who had an obsession with extreme violence, arrived at the building at 11.45am and immediately began attacking the children.
As the children ran away Rudakubana chased them out of the building stabbing some in the back as they fled in terror.
He also stabbed Ms Lucas and another man, Jonathan Hayes, who tried to intervene in the attack.
'No one should ever go through something like this'
After Rudakubana pleaded guilty to the attack, it was revealed he had been referred to the Government's Prevent scheme on three occasions but the cases were closed.
In an interview with ITV's Good Morning Britain on Monday, Elsie's father, David Stancombe, 36, said: 'No one else should ever go through something like this.'
His wife, Jenni Stancombe, 35, said Swift had asked to meet with the families at one of her shows at Wembley.
Mrs Stancombe showed the singer pictures of Elsie, which she asked to keep.
She added that Elsie would have felt 'all her dreams had come true' if she had known the singer knew her name and had her picture.
The couple, who said they 'won't let evil win this', have set up the charity Elsie's Story in their daughter's memory to help other children in need.

Powys Dairy farm arrests held up as example by Government

The arrest of six Romanians at a Powys Dairy Farm has been held up as an example by the Government in their crackdown of illegal working in the UK. The January arrest of Romanian workers at a Dairy farm in the north of the county has been noted as one of the successes of the government's crackdown in illegal working in Wales and the West of England The arrests which took place at a Dairy Farm in Llangedwyn, Wales, in January, saw six Romanian nationals for working apprehended in a dawn raid after they were found to be in breach of their visit visas. The Government has announced that they have arrested over 1,000 people in their attempts to combat illegal working and have said that figures have more than doubled compared to the previous year, with construction sites, nail bars and supermarkets targeted. Minister for Border Security and Asylum, Dame Angela Eagle, said: 'These figures send a clear message: Illegal working will not be tolerated in the UK. 'Under our Plan for Change, we are restoring order to the immigration system by introducing tougher laws and bolstering our enforcement action. 'On our watch, there will be no hiding place from the law as we work to protect the integrity of our border.' Particular focus has been on tackling employers facilitating illegal working, often 'subjecting migrants to squalid conditions and illegal working hours below minimum wage'. In many cases, individuals travelling to the UK illegally are sold a lie by smuggling gangs that they will be able to live and work freely in the UK, when in reality they often end up facing squalid living conditions, minimal pay and inhumane working hours, with the threat of arrest and removal if they are caught working illegally. The new measures come alongside a ramp-up of operational activity to restore control of the immigration system, including the return of nearly 30,000 people with 'no right to be in the UK'.

Major call on cigarettes amid black market fears

The Labor government will not review a tax on Australia's cigarettes despite fears surging prices are contributing to the black market trade. Treasurer Jim Chalmers ruled out changing the tobacco excise this week after NSW Premier Chris Minns suggested a lower tax might reduce criminal trading. 'More people are giving up the darts, but more people are also doing the wrong thing (and) I'm not convinced that cutting the excise on cigarettes would mean that that would be the end of illegal activity,' Chalmers said. 'I respectfully disagree with Chris... I don't think the answer here is to make cigarettes cheaper for people, the answer here is to get better at compliance.' Earlier in the week, Minns floated the idea that the excise might be contributing to the black market trade while also failing to secure increased government revenues. 'We need to have a look at how big this excise is, how it's driving illegal tobacco sales in our community,' Minns said. 'And is it the best use of NSW Police time to be devoted to tobacco sales, when in the end the federal government's not getting the excise that they thought — they're not getting that tax that they would get from that massive increase.' He said the excise had nearly doubled in six years from $16 to $28 per pack while revenue had decreased in line with lower consumer demand. The tobacco excise reached a high of $1.40 per cigarette in March, the same month $7billion was wiped from the budget's excise projections to 2029. Many believed the high price of cigarettes in Australia - among the world's highest - would continue to push consumers towards e-cigarettes or the black market. Smoking continues to be a leading cause of death, killing more than 24,000 Australians each year according to the Australian National University. Meanwhile, the ATO estimated the value of illicit tobacco entering Australia increased from $980million to more than $6billion in the six years to 2022-23. Economist Chris Richardson said increasing the excise without appropriate enforcements amounted to an 'epic budget fail'. Following the budget figures, Health Minister Mark Butler announced a $156million investment to assist state and federal agencies in cracking down on illicit tobacco. In a statement, Chalmers acknowledged the 'significant problem of illegal tobacco' but endorsed enforcement over price measures. 'Tobacco excise is an important public health measure to encourage people to give up smoking,' Chalmers said. 'We are working with NSW and the other states and territories when it comes to the enforcement challenge with illegal tobacco.' NSW Treasurer Daniel Mookhey was undaunted by Chalmers' disapproval, saying he intended to raise the issue with his federal counterpart. 'We can't ignore the fact there's an interaction between the federal exercise and the emergence of illegal tobacco,' he said. 'The first response needs to be through Health Ministers but I'm certainly of the point that I will make the argument to the Commonwealth, to Mr Chalmers and to others as well.'
