Kelly Stafford recently opened up about her gym routine in a refreshingly honest way. The wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford revealed she doesn't work out just for herself but to keep her husband's attention, especially focused on her booty.
Her playful confession gives a fun glimpse into their relationship, showing that sometimes, love means hitting the gym for reasons beyond health and fitness.
The real reason Kelly Stafford hits the Gym: It's all about that booty
'Life-changing moments' define Staffords' journey (FULL INTERVIEW) | Super Bowl LVI on NBC Sports
On a recent episode of her podcast The Morning After, Kelly Stafford sat down with co-host Hank Winchester for a surprisingly raw and revealing discussion about her fitness habits and the real reason she stays committed to the gym. Spoiler: it's not about wellness or strength.
Reflecting on the early days of her relationship with Matthew, which began back in college at the University of Georgia, Kelly jokingly pointed to her hair, specifically her signature messy bun as the feature that first caught his eye. But Winchester wasn't buying it. He recalled a past conversation with Matthew and asked Kelly if she remembered what the NFL star really noticed first.
With zero hesitation, Kelly replied, 'My ass.'
Confirming the claim, Winchester said, 'That booty.' And Kelly doubled down: 'That's why I'm constantly in the gym right now—making sure the booty, among other things, looks better. All I do is legs and ass. That's it.'
Her unfiltered honesty immediately set off waves of reactions online. Some applauded her for being real about the physical side of relationships, saying it's refreshing to hear a woman speak so openly about maintaining attraction in marriage.
Others criticized her comments as reinforcing outdated ideals where a woman's worth is still tied to how she looks for her man.

Married since 2015 and now parents to four daughters, the Staffords are clearly a strong unit. But Kelly's viral moment touches a nerve in today's culture: Should women still feel pressured to keep up appearances to 'keep' their husbands? Kelly Stafford's candid 'booty workout' confession and it's sparking conversations that won't be going away anytime soon.

All you need to know about Allu Arjun's arrest in 2024 On December 4, 2024, a stampede at Hyderabad's Sandhya Theatre resulted in the death of 39-year-old Revathi and left her son, Sri Teja, critically injured. Authorities attributed the tragedy to an uncontrolled rush of fans attempting to enter the venue to catch a glimpse of actor Allu Arjun. Police reported that they were not informed in advance about the attendance of the Pushpa 2 team, leading to a lack of proper crowd control measures. Following the incident, Allu Arjun, his security team, and the Sandhya Theatre management were charged under Sections 105 and 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), relating to culpable homicide not amounting to murder and voluntarily causing hurt. All parties were arrested on December 13. The actor spent one night in custody before being granted regular bail by a Hyderabad court. As part of the bail conditions, the Nampally court required Allu Arjun to submit two sureties of Rs 50,000 each. He returned home to his wife and Sneha Reddy and kids the next morning. Few days later, on December 24, the actor held a press conference where he publicly reacted to the incident and spoke about the character assassination and humiliation he and his family had to face all throughout. He had further clarified the 'misinformation" that was being spread about him. Soon after, the matter was put to rest. First Published:

Stampede Deaths: HC grants relief to KSCA office bearers from arrest

The Karnataka High Court on Friday granted protection from arrest to the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) office bearers in connection with the case the Bengaluru Police registered on Thursday after 11 persons died, and scores of others injured in a stampede in front of Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday. Justice SR Krishna Kumar, while granting interim relief to KSCA office bearers, president Raghuram Bhat, secretary A Shankar and treasurer ES Jairam, asked them to cooperate with the police investigations. The court asked the government and the police not to take any coercive action against the office-bearers till the next date of the hearing. The KSCA management swiftly moved the high court on Friday after chief minister Siddaramaiah ordered the arrest of its office bearers along with the senior executives of RCB Bengaluru and DNA Entertainment Networks charging them with culpable homicide not amounting to murder and other sections under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Their petition prayed for the quashing of the FIR holding KSCA management accountable for the deaths and injuries to RCB fans. In its petition, KSCA said it is only a governing body of cricket in Karnataka with affiliation to the board of control for cricket in India. It runs the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru where international tests, one day and T20 cricket matches are conducted. The KSCA has nothing to do with IPL events and Wednesday's celebrations were organized by RCB franchise and managed by its vendor DNA Entertainment Network. KSCA's role was limited to making the stadium and its infrastructure available to RCB and DNA. The police, the petitioners said, registered the FIR against them under intense pressure and compelling circumstances without any preliminary enquiry. Live Events Economic Times WhatsApp channel )
