American Tommy Paul (12) leads Alexei Popyrin (25) 5-3 on Suzanne-Lenglen and is serving for the set.
Popyrin went 0-40 up, with three break points, but Paul has saved them all on his way back to deuce.
Four points in a row now as he takes advantage and his first set point...
And what a shot! Paul comes into the net and Popyrin slings a high forehand over him which arcs and dips just in time to land in the far corner. Misjudgment from Paul.
But Popyrin goes long, another set point. Strong play from the Australian, who whacks the loopy second serve back and advances shot by shot up the court with dominant hitting until he can whip away a winner.
Paul, in his white baseball cap, disguises a forehand back to the corner where Popyrin was coming from and his opponent is wrong-footed. Third set point and it's third time lucky!
Popyrin has to stretch for a powerful forehand and can only flip it wide. Paul reacts impassively but sits down for a breather a set up. Getty Images
The Italian pocket rocket counters Svitolina's break with one of her own in the very next game.
She breaks the Ukrainian to 15 and now serves for 5-2 in the first set.

It's on serve so far in the two singles matches on court in Paris.
Paul leads Popyrin 2-1, while Paolini is up 3-2 on Svitolina after an early break apiece.
But wait... Getty Images
Two matches are on in the singles.
Namely, Jasmine Paolini (4) against Elina Svitolina (21) in the women's, and American Tommy Paul (12) vs. Alexei Popyrin (25) in the men's. Getty Images

A few years ago, it would be hard to imagine Elena Rybakina and Iga Świątek meeting in the Round of 16 at a Grand Slam.
But that's where we are in the fourth round this year at Roland Garros, with Rybakina the 12th seed and Świątek the fifth seed.
This will be their ninth meeting, with the career head-to-head 4-4. Rybakina is 2-0 on clay against Świątek. She is one of the few players who has the serve and the return game to overpower Świątek.
Świątek hasn't lost at Roland Garros since 2021. Will her winning streak continue in Paris or will Rybakina knock out the three-time defending French Open champ?
One of the matches of the day to kick off the fourth round at the French Open is Ben Shelton taking on defending Roland Garros champion Carlos Alcaraz.
Alcaraz is 2-0 against Shelton but both of their meetings came on hard court at the Laver Cup and the Canadian Open.
This will be their first clay court meeting. Shelton won a five-set battle against Lorenzo Sonego in the first round before not dropping a set against Matteo Gigante in the third following a walkover.
Alcaraz has only dropped one set this tournament... in the second round against Fábián Marozsán.
With both players loving to hit highlight-reel shots, it promises to be an entertaining match.
After a sweltering Saturday that got up to 29.4 degrees Celsius (85 F), Sunday's forecast is much more reasonable at Roland Garros.
Per AccuWeather, the forecast is cloudy and 23 degrees Celsius (73.4 F) with no precipitation in sight.
Should be a great day of tennis in Paris.

NetEnt's Best Games In 2025

NetEnt is one of the leading slot developers in the iGaming industry. They have collected this title due to the notable reputation they have gathered over the years. NetEnt was founded in 1996 in Stockholm, Sweden, and since its beginnings, it has released over 440 games. This count includes various games, with a wide variety of online slots, mixed with a number of card games, live casino games, and other casino releases. All the titles released by NetEnt have helped them stand out as a leading force in the iGaming industry and become so popular over the years. NetEnt offers an impressive collection of online slots, designed to appeal to a wide range of gamers with cutting-edge visuals and unique play mechanics. Each game boasts unique themes and innovative mechanics, creating exciting slot experiences that capture the imagination of gamers. As a leading provider in the gaming industry, NetEnt is committed to continued growth, consistently enhancing its visuals and mechanics to align with the latest trends and standards in iGaming. In this article, we will cover our top 5 online slot games by NetEnt right now. Dead or Alive 2 Dead or Alive 2 is an online slot game released in 2019 that is a sequel to the original NetEnt title, Dead or Alive. The game follows the theme of the original title, utilising a Western setting, which is evident in the visuals used. The game takes place in a Wild Western town that features many cowboy-style elements, including the symbols on the reels. The translucent playgrid allows users to enjoy the detailed graphics of the slot. A range of saloons sit under a detailed skyline featuring dark clouds, flashing lightning beams, and a contrasting sunset. This slot offers an array of bonus features that combine with the high-quality visuals to create a fun gaming experience. The main bonus symbol in this slot is the free spins feature, where players can choose from 3 unique free spins games. The games include the Old Saloon, High Noon Saloon, and Train Heist, and each game features unique elements that make for a fun and unique bonus game. The free spins feature is activated when players land 3 or more scatters across the reels in a single spin. Starburst Starburst is an online slot developed by NetEnt in 2013 that remains popular today. Its decade-long popularity is a testament to the game's longevity, including sleek, simple, and effective visuals. The reels are set up in outer space, which is the game's main theme. Displays include a background of deep space with many stars and meteors that add to the game's elements. The gameplay in Starburst is quite simplistic in comparison to some of the blockbuster titles we see released today, with a traditional 5×3 playgrid and 10 fixed paylines used here. The game features a basic bonus feature in the form of the wild mechanic that substitutes for other base symbols to form or increase matching symbol combinations where possible. Also, this wild mechanic triggers a respin, with the maximum number of respins being three. Twin Spin Twin Spin is another classic online slot, released in 2013, that remains popular today. The slot features a traditional classic fruit machine theme, evident in the symbols that can be landed on the reels. The background visuals are simplistic, featuring different shades of purple and blue in a pattern. The simplistic visuals may seem appealing to those who prefer a more straightforward gameplay experience, and the aged game still being popular to date is a credit to the developers and how they constructed this slot. The gameplay in Twin Spin features a 5×3 grid with 243 paylines, which was uncommon at the time of release and made the game a popular title amongst players as it was ahead of its time. The game features a Twin Reel feature, which means two reels show identical symbols on reels lined up next to one another. This Twin Reel feature can extend to 3, 4, or even 5 reels. Fruit Shop Megaways Fruit Shop Megaways is a sequel to the original Fruit Shop slot, released in 2021. The game is light on changes from its original; it has just implemented the Megaways mechanic, which means the number of symbols on each of the 6 reels changes each spin, making for varying paylines. The Fruit Shop Megaways slot features a fruity theme, which is shown in the slot's visuals. The playgrid is set in a fruit shop, which features an array of fruits used as symbols, and the background is simple but effective, with contrasting bushes, grass, and a bright blue sky. Wild symbols and a free spins round make up the bonus features in Fruit Shop Megaways. The wild symbol can substitute for all base symbols to create matching combinations, and the free spins bonus round awards players with free spins on the reels if they trigger the feature.

Djokovic cruises into record 19th French Open quarter-final

Novak Djokovic secured his 100th win at the French Open as he beat Cameron Norrie (ALAIN JOCARD) Novak Djokovic eased into a record-breaking 19th Roland Garros quarter-final with a comfortable straight-sets victory over Cameron Norrie on Monday. The three-time French Open champion will renew his rivalry with third seed Alexander Zverev in the last eight on Wednesday after seeing off Norrie 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 on Court Philippe Chatrier. Advertisement His tally of 19 quarter-final appearances at Roland Garros is the record for a single Grand Slam tournament. "I feel good. I know I can play better. But 12 sets played, 12 sets won, it's been solid so far," said the 38-year-old after his 100th French Open win. "It's great, but victory number 101 would be better. I'm very honoured... But I need to continue now." Djokovic holds an 8-5 winning record in his head-to-head with German Zverev, but retired injured from their last meeting in the Australian Open semi-finals in January. "He's 10 years younger. He calls himself a veteran of the game. What should I call myself, then?," Djokovic said of his next opponent. Advertisement Britain's Norrie, a former top-10 player now ranked 81st, has lost all six of his career matches against Djokovic. The sixth-seeded Djokovic showed no ill-effects from a "complicated" trip back to his hotel on Sunday night after attending Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League title celebrations at the Parc des Princes. PSG forward Ousmane Dembele presented the trophy to the crowd on Court Philippe Chatrier ahead of Djokovic's match. "They (security) were suggesting us at one point not to go back at all, to maybe find a place to sleep somewhere around here for a night, because at that point it was already past midnight and some gas bombs and cars under fire and stuff happening on the street that was really dangerous," Djokovic said. Advertisement "In the end we talked. We waited for a bit, and then we decided to go. Then it was fine. In the end we reached the hotel all good, but it was quite noisy with a lot of things happening outside of the hotel... "At some point it was getting out of hand, but it's understandable that people are so excited." The Serb, hoping to set a new outright record of 25 Grand Slam titles this week, dominated against Norrie from the start. He broke serve three times in a one-sided opening set, before battling through a closer second, crucially saving a break point before holding for a 3-2 lead. Norrie, playing in the second week in Paris for the first time, mustered little resistance in the third set as Djokovic wrapped up victory on his first match point. jc/ea
