Kiowa County man in custody after child sexual abuse investigation
KIOWA COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) – According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, a Kiowa County man has been arrested following a child sexual abuse investigation.
Officials say on May 6, 2025, the Kiowa County Sheriff's Office requested the OSBI's help after being notified by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services has child sexual abuse materials were found on a computer belonging to 38-year-old Bradley Mason.

Law enforcement served a search warrant at Mason's home in Lone Wolf, Oklahoma. It was later determined that he had manufactured child sexual abuse material.
According to the OSBI, the evidence found by agents led to the arrest of Mason. He was booked into the Kiowa County Jail on charges of Manufacturing of Child Pornography and Peeping Tom.
The investigation is still ongoing.

We've seen cases of courtroom violence because Mason said other courthouses have cameras everywhere, but not in St. Louis. 'We know that if somebody wants to take over a courtroom,' the retired judge said, '…we don't know what's going on in there.' He says the roving remote robot could be the eyes to help court security respond to a threat. 'Security is job one,' Mason said. He also agreed to address the new Chevy Tahoe we revealed on FOX 2 Thursday: 'Historically, the car for the Sheriff has been purchased from that budget, and that's what this Sheriff did.' Mason said funds were used that don't impact taxpayers; rather, he said they came from a pot of fees collected from things like the office's process serving. He said the vehicle will be Sheriff Montgomery's take-home car, adding, 'There's always a car available to make sure business is done and that's really what it comes down to.' Mason said more changes are coming. He also promised the Sheriff's Office will be more open about those changes – as we continue following decisions that impact the public. Hugo man arrested in child abuse material investigation
HUGO, Okla. (KFOR) – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations (OSBI) special agents confirm one person is in custody for possessing child sexual abuse material in Hugo, Oklahoma. According to OSBI, the investigation identified online user 41-year-old Adam Joseph Johns. Authorities say Johns was employed at the elephant sanctuary in Hugo, Oklahoma, at the time. On June 5, 2025, authorities, alongside the McCurtain County Sheriff's Office, executed a search warrant to obtain Johns' electronic devices. Strong storms once again bring flooding, lightning and high winds to central Oklahoma Police say Johns admitted to downloading and uploading child sexual abuse material. What they're saying Alisha Brown, one of the victims, said her family's sense of safety has been shattered. "We're both on high alert," Brown said. "My son, he had to talk to his counselor today because he's been super hypervigilant and suspicious of everything and everyone around him." Brown said she woke up Wednesday morning to find the man standing just outside her bedroom window. "He would just stand here, which made me feel like he didn't want to be seen, but he could see into my bathroom," she recalled. Just two days earlier, Brown noticed the same man watching her while she was in the garden. "He made it all the way over and he saw me standing on my porch and then he jumped back," she said. Brown also recognized the man in Ring camera footage captured at a neighbor's home this week. "My heart dropped into my stomach again," she said. "It was him. It was him. It fit my description to a T." What we know Atlanta police responded to Brown's home on Wednesday and briefly pursued the suspect, but he got away. Authorities say there are similarities between this case and another recent "peeping Tom" incident, though they have not confirmed whether it is the same person. What's next Brown said she hopes going public will help police find the man. "I don't want this to happen to anyone else because it's very violating," she said. "It's hard to put into words.
