Suspected XL bully owners wanted after fatal Banbury dog attack

Two people who were walking a suspected XL bully that killed another dog are being sought by police.A woman was walking her small white schnauzer and poodle mixed breed between Hanwell Fields, in Banbury, and St Peter's Church, in Hanwell, between 10:20 and 10:35 GMT on Wednesday.She entered a field and her dog was attacked by the suspected XL bully, which was not on a lead.Her dog died at the scene and a man and a woman recalled their dog before they left, police said.
The white man was wearing all black clothes and the white woman was about 5ft 5in (165cm) tall.She had blonde hair, which was tied back in a ponytail and was wearing a blue gilet and blue jeans.They are thought to have had two XL bullies, which had a grey and silver coat pattern and white chests, but work is ongoing to confirm their breed.PC Alex Ward, of Thames Valley Police, asked anyone who saw what happened to contact officers.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: 'At just after 1pm on Sunday a man entered restricted grounds at Windsor Castle. 'He was quickly challenged by Met police officers and arrested. He did not enter the inner grounds of Windsor Castle.' It is a criminal offence to trespass on a protected site under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005.

'It is hard to know how they are all feeling but for one reason or another, individuals are periodically drawn to do this. 'While it is a pity that cases like this have to be reported on, I'm glad to hear that police acted quickly to detain the suspect. 'As criminals become more intelligent and with the rise of social media, this underlines the importance of our security system for royal family members.' A Metropolitan Police spokesperson today said: 'A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of trespass on a protected site and possession of Class A drugs after entering restricted grounds at Windsor Castle.
