EXCLUSIVE I've had so much lip filler I have trouble breathing and can't close my mouth... but I have no plans to stop
A transgender woman who has gotten so much lip filler she now has breathing problems and can't close her mouth has insisted that she's far from done.
Ever since Vienna Würstel, 25, who lives in Mallorca, Spain, was young, she has been 'obsessed' with looking 'extra feminine.'
She got her very first filler at age 18 - as 'soon as she could legally' - and hasn't stopped since.
She's now forked over roughly $175,000 on plastic surgery in the last five years - about $50,000 of which went on filler - and she has no plans on stopping any time soon.
'I've always wanted to look extra feminine,' she explained during a recent chat with the Daily Mail.
'I got my very first fillers at 18 - as soon as I legally could, I was ready to get plumped.
'Once I started enhancing, it became a total obsession. Big lips, big curves, big everything - it just feels right. To me, huge lips are the ultimate feminine, sexy look.
She explained that she gets new lip filler added every two to four weeks, and even flies from her home in Spain to Frankfurt, Germany, to see 'the best extreme lip surgeon ever.'
'Each trip costs me over $2,000, but hey - beauty has no price tag,' she said. 'It's totally worth it.'
Vienna often shows off her enormous lips on social media, where she's unfortunately received a slew of hate over her abnormal look.
But she isn't deferred by the negative comments.
'I get tons of hate, especially about my lips or how I look. But honestly, it's always the same type of people - women whose boyfriends won't "let" them get work done, or people who just can't afford it. It's all jealousy and projection,' she shared.
'No happy person goes around leaving hate comments.'
But she said her friends, family, and partner are nothing but supportive, adding, 'I feel very loved.'
In addition to the hate, the social media star admitted that she's faced some health problems along the way.
She confessed that her lips are extremely 'sensitive' and her nose is now 'blocked,' forcing her to breathe from her mouth.
She also can no longer close her mouth, which has resulted in its own slew of problems.
'I get a sore throat in the mornings because my mouth is always open now, thanks to my lips,' she shared.
'I use special mouthwash from my dentist to keep my gums healthy. But honestly, [it's all] worth it. I love my lips so much.'
Even so, she plans to continue getting lip filler - she's currently at 93cc but is 'aiming for 200cc by this time next year.'
In addition, she revealed that she is planning to go under the knife to get her first nose job and a cat-eye lift soon.
'I'm obsessed. I believe in the motto: bigger is always better,' she concluded.

Reese Witherspoon oozes class in a sophisticated black midi dress at Tate Modern's star-studded 25th Anniversary Gala
Reese Witherspoon exuded elegance as she arrived at the star-studded Tate Modern 25th Anniversary Gala in London on Wednesday night. The American actress, 49, looked effortlessly chic in a sophisticated black midi dress as she posed up a storm for photographers outside the iconic venue. Her elegant ensemble featured an asymmetrical neckline, a black leather belt with gold hardware, and a figure-hugging silhouette. Adding a touch of height, Reese teamed the look with classic pointed black court heels and carried a sleek gold clutch. Other A-list guests in attendance included Daniel Craig, Bianca Jagger, Sir Grayson Perry, Gwendoline Christie, and Tracey Emin. Reese's outing comes after she announced Sunnie, a Gen Z-focused spin-off of her Hello Sunshine label, at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity earlier this month. The actress put on a leggy display in a chic white mini dress, featuring short puffed sleeves, a scoop neckline, a figure-hugging design, and exposed stitch detailing. Flaunting her long, toned pins, Reese added inches to her frame with a pair of white stiletto heels, which featured a large buckle fastening. On stage, Reese described Sunnie as a 'celebration' of young women's creativity, curiosity and agency. She said: 'It's been a dream of mine to build a space where young women can be the truest version of themselves, 'We've discovered that young women are not defined by doom and gloom as they're often portrayed in media – they're complex, creative individuals with incredible agency. 'Sunnie will be a celebration of that spirit, giving them the tools and community to navigate life's challenges while embracing their authentic selves.' According to The Hollywood Reporter, the multi-platform brand will feature collaborations with such Gen Z creators and celebrities as YouTuber Lana Condor, Canadian high diver and social media personality Molly Carlson, and Young Sheldon actress Raegan Revord. The group announced strategic alliances with organizations including Child Mind Institute, IF/THEN Initiative, and Purdue University, which will serve as the brand's official university partner. The Sunnie ecosystem will span social content, digital zines, book clubs, custom curriculum, and real-world events. Maureen Polo, head of direct-to-consumer at Hello Sunshine said: 'Young women – despite the many pressures they face – are intentionally creating space for joy, 'They're writing their own stories, setting boundaries, finding community, and embracing both digital and real-world connections on their terms. 'And yet, 75 percent say advertising rarely reflects how they actually talk, dress, or act — a clear signal that the industry still isn't truly seeing them. 'Sunnie will support and amplify these efforts, providing content, curriculum, and experiences that resonate with how they actually live their lives, not how adults assume they do.' Hello Sunshine was launched in 2016 by Reese and Sarah Harden and has produced TV series such as Big Little Lies and The Morning Show. It was acquired by Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs' Candle Media in 2021, according to the publication.

Demi Lovato mocked after sharing basic avocado toast tutorial to promote her first cookbook
Demi Lovato has drawn a mixed reaction from fans after announcing her first cookbook, One Plate At a Time. To promote the book, the pop star, 32, shared a tutorial to Instagram of a simple recipe for making egg and avocado toast. In the demonstration, Lovato called it one of her 'favorite staple recipes' before drenching a piece of bread in oil and throwing it on the frying pan. After struggling to mash an avocado, the Skyscraper singer sprinkled salt on her toast before explaining how to fry an egg. 'It's so easy, even I can do it,' she confessed. 'I'm not a professional yet, but it's all about progress, not perfection,' she insisted. Fans had a strong reaction to the video, with one writing, 'Girlie is making an avocado toast with a fried egg in the announcement video... please, this is giving Brooklyn Beckham cosplaying as a chef for 2 days.' 'She's making avocado toast in the promo vid. Does she think we plebes can't figure out how to put avocado on bread? I'm tired dawg,' wrote another. A third stated, 'She's been cooking for only THREE YEARS and we're supposed to think she wrote her own recipes?' Other naysayers also couldn't help but bring up Lovato's infamous frozen yogurt scandal. In 2021, Lovato publicly attacked a popular frozen yogurt shop for offering 'sugar free cookies and diet foods', because she found it 'triggering' due to her past eating disorder. She later apologized for the comments after fans accused her of targeting a small business. Responding to the news of her cookbook this week, one fan snarkily asked, 'Is there a frozen yogurt recipe?' Announcing One Plate At a Time on Wednesday, Lovato wrote, 'Stepping into the kitchen and learning how to cook has been such an important part of my recovery and healing my relationship with food.' She continued, 'This book is filled with simple, comforting recipes that have allowed me to reconnect with myself and find both freedom and joy in my kitchen – feelings I never thought I could experience. 'It has allowed me to see cooking as an act of love and kindness to myself and those in my life, and I hope this book can bring that same feeling into your home too.' Despite some of the negative feedback, most fans were overjoyed at the prospect of Lovato's cookbook. 'Her having a cookbook is HUGE. forget the album. this is amazing for her eating disorder recovery. so proud of you,' one gushed. 'Seeing you struggling with an eating disorder for years to now having a cookbook makes me so happy,' wrote another. 'I've loved demi since early Disney channel and my heart is SO FULL seeing her making a fing COOKBOOK! I'm so freaking proud of you Demi,' a third exclaimed. One Plate At A Time will be released on March 31, 2026. Late last month in May, Demi and musician Jordan 'Jutes' Lutes tied the knot during a romantic ceremony in Santa Barbara at Bellosguardo Estate. Lovato was a breathtaking bride as she walked down the aisle in a Vivienne Westwood gown - just one day after they both participated in a practice run with the rest of their wedding party. According to Vogue, the lovebirds said 'I do' in the late afternoon around 4pm in front of guests. She wore a dress from Vivienne Westwood for both the main ceremony as well as the lighthearted reception, per photos obtained by the outlet. The gown the beauty wore just moments before saying her vows was made of a fitted corset bodice as well as a silk satin material. A sheer white veil was placed at the back of her head and flowed down into an elegant train behind her. When it came to her wedding gown, the singer gushed to Vogue that she has 'been a fan of Vivienne Westwood's designs for a long time.' The star further expressed, 'When I was thinking about [what dress style I wanted] I often found myself coming back to Vivienne's designs - specifically how the silhouettes really compliment the curves in your body, and her use of corsets.'
