Allu Arjun will soon be sharing the screen with Deepika Padukone in Atlee's next film, which is tentatively titled AA22xA6.
Allu Arjun has reportedly been ousted from Sidhu Moose Wala's next film. If a recent report by Siasat.com is to be believed, the Telugu superstar had signed a movie with the Animal director last year. However, insiders now claim that the film has been put on hold and Allu Arjun has been removed from it.
While there is no official confirmation to this as of now, the report also claims that Jr NTR is likely to replace Allu Arjun in this movie.
Interestingly, this comes weeks after Sandeep Reddy Vanga also removed Deepika Padukone from Prabhas starrer Spirit. Reports suggest that her demands, including eight-hour workdays, a high salary, and a share in the film's profits, did not sit well with director Vanga. Deepika, a new mother, is reportedly seeking to balance her work and personal life by reducing her working hours.
Vanga also took to his X handle and slammed Deepika by accusing her of playing 'dirty PR games'. 'When I narrate a story to an actor, I place 100% faith. There is an unsaid NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) between us. But by doing this, You've 'DISCLOSED' the person that you are…Putting down a Younger actor and ousting my story? The movie has been receiving mixed reviews since its release and the numbers at the box office have been seeing a decline. As per the available data, it shows morning shows had a turnout of 14.85%, afternoon shows recorded 15.87%, evening shows dipped slightly to 13.51%, and night shows saw a small bump at 16.62%. The Hindi version of the film had a small fraction of 3.46%. Morning shows recorded a mere 2.89%, while night shows managed a slightly better 4.24%. The Telugu version fared modestly better with an overall 12.40% occupancy, but still showed signs of fatigue in its second week. Morning and evening shows in the Telugu belt saw lower engagement at 11.47% and 11.33%, respectively, while afternoon and night shows stood at 13.20% and 13.59%.
