Haydon Roberts says he does not think he has scored a "more important" goal in his career after his 96th-minute strike gave Bristol City a 2-1 win against play-off rivals West Brom.
The victory lifted the Robins up to fifth in the Championship with five games remaining.

The 22-year-old, who came on as a substitute in the 75th minute, latched onto a Rob Dickie pass into the box and slotted the ball through the legs of Baggies keeper Josh Griffiths.
"I've scored better goals than that but it's probably the most important goal I've scored in my career. I enjoyed every part of it, I can't even remember how it went in," Roberts told BBC Radio Bristol.
Roberts, who typically plays at left-back or the left side of midfield, joined Bristol City in June 2023 from Brighton and has made 54 appearances for the club, including 26 this season so far.
Tuesday's goal was his first at home and only his second for the club, with his first coming away at Norwich in April last year.

"I owe my team-mates, I owe everyone a goal really. It's been nearly over a year," Roberts said.
"I don't think my performances have been too great but I'm just happy that I can give this moment to everyone at the club."
Roberts, who has also played at Derby, added that the team know they could create something "special" this season, with the club not finishing in the play-offs since the 2007-08 campaign.
"There is something really special that we can create, you saw the celebrations after the goal, after the full-time whistle," Roberts said.
"There's such a connection between the players and staff and the supporters, I haven't experienced anything like that in my career so far.

"The boys and the staff have done well just to approach every game step-by-step. It's cliche but that's how we've been taking it and that's a massive strength of ours.
"We're not stupid, we know the situation we're in, what we can create this season - it's exciting."

The Times' baseball coach of the year: Andy Rojo of St. John Bosco

St. John Bosco High, a sports powerhouse, had been waiting years to get its baseball program to a high level. It finally happened under second-year coach Andy Rojo, who guided the Braves to the Southern Section Division 1 championship and Southern California Division I regional championship, a first in school history. 'He just held us accountable from the first day in the fall,' pitcher Jack Champlin said. 'Every practice was a grind. Every day has been a grind. He's keeping us held to a higher standard.' Advertisement For taking St. John Bosco to its first Trinity League title since 2017 and directing the Braves to a 30-4 record, Rojo has been selected The Times' baseball coach of the year. Rojo came from the college ranks when St. John Bosco hired him. He had been an assistant coach at Long Beach State and before that Riverside City College while also helping USA Baseball identify amateur talent. 'He talks at the right time and builds personal relationships and everyone is willing to lay it out on the line for him,' Champlin said. Sign up for the L.A. The Times' softball coach of the year: Rick Robinson of Norco

During a softball season when top pitchers were hard to find, coach Rick Robinson of Norco High was patient, wise and comforting in helping sophomore Coral Williams make the kind of improvement that could lead to a championship. Then came the biggest game of the season — the Southern Section Division 1 final against El Modena. And all Williams did was complete a one-hit shutout in a 3-0 victory, rewarding Robinson and Norco with an eighth championship. For guiding his team to a 29-3 record while mixing in a combination of young and veteran players, Robinson has been selected The Times' softball coach of the year for 2025. Advertisement The Cougars were seeded No. 1 and started the season 11-0 before losing to El Modena 5-4. That loss immediately punctured the invincibility of Norco and had Robinson making sure his players kept working hard. Then there was a 1-0 loss to Orange Lutheran in April. His players responded by dominating in the Division 1 playoffs. Sign up for the L.A.
