Dubai, UAE: Dubai Parks™ and Resorts, the Middle East's largest theme park destination, is revving up for the highly anticipated third edition of the 'Land of Legends' Motor Show, taking place at RIVERLAND™ Dubai on Saturday, 22nd February from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
In collaboration with Hot Rides U.A.E., a leading motorheads club, the adrenaline-fueled event will feature a stunning lineup of over 400 customized vehicles. Expect to see everything from sportscars and motorbikes to vintage beauties, muscle cars, and JDM, KDM, and SUVs, all spread across four themed zones – French Village, Boardwalk, Sports Boulevard, and The Peninsula.
Guests will have the chance to meet the passionate car owners, hear their stories, and get an up-close look at these mechanical masterpieces. Whether a dedicated automotive enthusiast or a casual fan, visitors can enjoy a day filled with automotive culture, live entertainment, and a variety of dining experiences.
This weekend promises to be an unforgettable experience, combining the thrill of the Land of Legends Motor Show with the excitement of the last weekend of the Riverland food & music festival. From May 30th to November 1st, guests can spend the night surrounded by waterfalls, thick tropical greenery, and over 3,000 species of plants and animals — all inside the City Walk attraction. Running every Friday and Saturday night, the camp kicks off at 7:00 PM and wraps up by 8:00 AM the next morning. Guests can explore the rainforest by torchlight, with expert guides pointing out the nocturnal rhythms of the ecosystem — think fluttering bats, rustling leaves, and animals settling into their nighttime routines. The experience includes animal encounters, hands-on nature activities, and a torch-lit tour of the biodome. There's a buffet dinner, marshmallow roasting, and a nature documentary screening before campers head to their tents nestled among the trees. The morning wraps up with breakfast at The Green Planet Café and optional feeding sessions with some of the animals. The overnight camp is limited to 25 people per night, priced at AED 900 for two or AED 1,700 for four. Bookings are available through The Green Planet's official website. May 25, 2025 Dubai-based dream pop duo WYWY is set to perform in Berlin on June 4th, 2025, marking their first live performance in Europe. The concert will see them performing tracks from their 2024 album 'Whispers of Existence' in collaboration with Berlin-based visual artist A-li-ce. Formed by X Alvarez on vocals and McKie on bass, WYWY are known for crafting introspective, synth-driven soundscapes. Their singles 'Bright Light' and 'Isolated' have earned them a loyal following in the UAE's independent music scene. They have recently performed at Threads of Resilience during Public Art Abu Dhabi Biennale 2025 and at Sikka Art Fair at The Urban House. Beyond their live shows, WYWY's contributions to the region's creative landscape have been recognised by iLLustrado Magazine, where they were named among the 100 and 300 Most Influential Filipinos in the Gulf.
