232 HR organizations demand halting arms supply to Israel

232 non-governmental organizations active in countries participating in the American F-35 aircraft manufacturing program called for halting all arms and spare parts supplies to Israel.
These organizations issued a joint statement, in which they confirmed Israel's violation of international law and human rights in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
In their statement, the organizations called for an immediate halt to all arms sales and military spare parts to Israel, including those related to F-35 fighters.
They explained that Israel, by using F-35 aircraft, caused loss of life in Gaza and the West Bank.
The organizations stressed that the countries that signed the Arms Trade Treaty should not, directly or indirectly, supply military materials that may be used in violation of international human rights law.
They pointed out that these countries ratified the Genocide Convention and pledged to prevent and punish genocide within the framework of the aforementioned convention.
It indicated that the countries included in the F-35 manufacturing program were unable to effectively implement the arms supply rules, either because they did not want to implement them, or because they preferred to implement them "selectively." It is noteworthy that the countries participating in the F-35 manufacturing program are: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, the United States, and Britain.

The Government Media Office condemned, in the strongest terms, the perpetration of these massacres against starving civilians, holding the Israeli enemy fully responsible for these ongoing massacres carried out under the guise of "aid." It also held the US administration, which politically and on the ground supports this bloody project, directly responsible for the use of food as a weapon in the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The Office pointed out that the daily recurrence of massacres at distribution centers, in broad daylight, and with shocking numbers of martyrs and wounded, reveals to the world that what is happening is the deliberate use of aid as a tool for mass murder and ethnic cleansing, which amounts to the crime of genocide under Article II of the 1948 Genocide Convention. The Office called on the United Nations, the Security Council, and human rights organizations to assume their moral and legal responsibilities, take immediate action, and exert pressure by all available means to open official crossings without interference or conditions from the Israeli enemy. It also called for the delivery of humanitarian aid through UN institutions and neutral international organizations, far removed from this murderous "Israeli"-American model. The Office called for the urgent formation of an independent international investigation committee to document these massacres and bring their perpetrators to international justice, warning against the consequences of international silence, which gives the green light to further massacres. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Movement confirmed that the massacre resulted in dozens of martyrs and wounded. It said that targeting civilians while they were trying to obtain food reveals the nature of the Israeli enemy, which uses hunger and bombing as tools for killing and displacement, as part of a systematic plan to empty the Gaza Strip of its population. "This crime falls within what is known as the 'Israeli-American mechanism' for distributing aid, which has turned into death traps that do not aim to provide relief, but rather to undermine the dignity of the Palestinian people and transform the lives of those under siege into continuous suffering, serving the purposes of forced displacement," the Movement added.
