Judith Molloy, 76, was a passenger in the red Suzuki Ignis car involved in a crash on the A75 at Auchenlarie on Wednesday, May 28 which emergency services attended.
Molloy was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where she died.
Her family have released a tribute, stating: 'Judith was an adored wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and she leaves behind family and many friends whose lives will never be the same.
"We will miss her every single day."

The driver and passenger of the van were taken to Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary and have since been discharged. The driver of the car was uninjured.
Constable Luke Bell said: 'Our thoughts are with Mrs Molloy's family and friends at this difficult time. We'll continue to liaise with them throughout our investigation.
"I'd like to thank everyone who has come forward with information to assist our enquiries.
'We are still looking for witnesses to this collision, if you can help, contact 101 quoting reference 1251 of May 28."

The alarm was raised after officers received reports that a silver Skoda Octavia had hit a pedestrian. The dad-of-two was found injured at the scene and was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. However, he tragically passed away in hospital a short time later. Devastated friends and family have paid tribute on social media after learning of John's death. Many have flocked to Facebook after hearing the devastating news. One person said: "My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. This still hasn't sunk in yet... he will be missed by so many." Another added: "Heartbreaking news. Thinking of all his family and friends. RIP John." Someone else wrote: "Rest in peace John, can't believe this". And a fourth commented: "Such a tragedy. A close friend set up the page and wrote: "On behalf of the community, I was asked by several people if they could make a donation towards John's funeral arrangements, but instead of me taking the money, I have permission from the family and I set this up. "The incident happened around 12.35am on Sunday, 1 June, 2025, where John was making his way home after a night out, where he tragically passed away. "John was only 43 years old, he has left behind his long-term partner Natalie and two children, John, 25, and Libby, 18, who had to be told this sad news that would now impact them for the rest of their lives. "We are raising money to help take the pressure off this family at this unimaginable, heartbreaking time with any funeral costs, and give John the send-off he truly deserves. "It doesn't need to be much, just anything you can spare would be truly appreciated. "We send all our love and deepest condolences to John's partner Natalie and his beloved family during this time, and we keep them in our prayers." Police have launched an investigation into the fatal crash and have said that inquiries are ongoing. They have appealed for any witnesses or anyone with any information to come forward and are keen to speak to anyone who has dashcam footage of the area from the time of the incident. Sergeant John Houston said: 'Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who died at this very difficult time. 'Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.
