Lindsay Arnold instils confidence in her kids
Lindsay Arnold is determined to instil confidence in her children.
The 31-year-old dancer - who has daughters Sage, four, and June, two, with husband Samuel Cusick - has revealed that she wants her children to follow their passions in life.
Lindsay - who previously appeared on 'Dancing with the Stars' - told E! News: "I will never make my children do something they don't want to do.
"The only thing I care about is them finding things that they're passionate about and help them feel confident in themselves. Because for me, dance is what made me who I am. And so, watching that happen for them is so special."
Lindsay is determined to not put too much pressure on her kids, either.
The TV star explained: "I think that's something that I've been very conscious to help them understand and to not put that pressure on them. And I know everyone in my family is on board with that. If anything, so far, I feel like it's been such a really cool propelling factor for them."
Lindsay is relishing the experience of watching her kids grow and evolve.
The dancer - who has been married to Samuel since 2015 - is also eager to cherish the time she's spending with her children.
She said: "My favourite part is watching them grow.
"I always tell people, you'll be in a phase and you're like, 'This is the best age. This is so fun.' And then they grow up, and you're like, 'Wait, no, this is so fun.' Every single phase of life with your kids is so special and unique.
"You're not going to get that back. I feel like that is also probably the hardest is making sure that you're so present all the time even in the difficult moments because one day those won't be there anymore, and you'll miss them."
Lindsay is even intent on enjoying the stresses and strains of motherhood.
Asked what advice she'd offer to new moms, Lindsay replied: "Enjoy the sleepless nights. Enjoy the frustration, enjoy the hard, because one day you will look back and reminisce and wish for those sleepless nights again."

Lizzie McGuire star Jake Thomas thinks the cancelled reboot was hurt by "bad timing". The 35-year-old actor was set to return as Matt - the on-screen brother of Hilary Duff's titular character - in a planned Disney revival of the hit sitcom, but the sequel series was scrapped five years ago. Hilary previously revealed how creative differences caused the Disney+ revival to be scrapped, but she remained hopeful. During an appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live', when a viewer asked her if she would agree to another reboot of the show she said: "Of course! Disney+ was very new and I think they were figuring out we were figuring out our...I'm optimistic!" When she announced the decision to cancel the reboot, Hilary noted that had been an "honour" to play Lizzie but insisted she would want any revival series to be an "honest" representation of her signature character. At the time, she wrote on Instagram: "I know the efforts and conversations have been everything trying to make a reboot work, but sadly [and] despite everyone's best efforts, it isn't going to happen. "I want any reboot of Lizzie to be honest and authentic to who Lizzie would be today. It's what the character deserves. "We can all take a moment to mourn the amazing woman she would have been and the adventures we would have taken with her. "I'm very sad, but I promise everyone tried their best and the stars just didn't align. Hey now, this is what 2020's made of. (sic)"

Orlando Bloom has revealed Bryce Dallas Howard taught his daughter to paint. The 48-year-old actor has described his Deep Cover co-star as a "angel" after she helped find an artistic spark in his four-year-old daughter Daisy, who he shares with fiancee Katy Perry. During a joint interview on Heart Breakfast, Bryce said: "I hope it is okay me sharing this? Orlando's beautiful family was there and I love his daughter. I like to watercolour..." The owner behind eclectic Perth brand Jonte Designs has announced she is moving to Dubai on a new adventure but reassured customers it wasn't the end of her passion for fashion. Jonte Morgan took to her fashion label's Instagram account last week to reveal the 'big change' came about after the birth of her second child in March. Her family are looking to open a new life chapter as she embarks on maternity leave. Despite the mammoth move, Morgan said she wasn't 'closing the door on fashion' which no doubt reassured loyal customers who have become to know the designer for her showstopping, edgy garments.
