Jack, who garnered worldwide attention when he starred on the family's hit reality show, The Osbournes, was previously wed to Lisa Stelly from 2012-2019.
Maple is the couple's first child together with Jack also dad to three daughters - Pearl, 12, Andy, nine, and Minnie, six, from his first marriage.
The couple got engaged in December 2021 after first going Instagram official in September 2019 after Jack's ex Lisa filed for divorce.
Jack has been working on his weight loss for several years alongside his sister Kelly Osbourne.
He previously shared he does CrossFit three times a week, rock climbing and loves to surf. He also enjoys adventure races and obstacle courses.
In 2012, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, but that hasn't slowed him down.
MS is a disease of the central nervous system that results in nerve damage, which affects communication between the brain and body.
Sufferers can experience fatigue, numbness, paralysis, vision loss, vertigo, slurred speech, pain, and diminished brain function.

Jack revealed he stays active despite his diagnosis: 'There's no science showing exercise helps battle MS, but my philosophy is a body in motion stays in motion. I'm stronger than I've ever been.'
It comes after Jack's sister Aimee looked completely unrecognisable as she stepped out in Manchester.
The eldest daughter of Ozzy and Sharon, 41, debuted her slimmed down appearance while leaving a hotel alongside Brigitte Calls Me Baby star Wes Leavins, who are currently on tour in the UK.
Former X Factor judge Sharon, 72, who recently admitted that Ozempic has had an adverse effect on her health, was recently pictured with Aimee in Los Angeles.
While her younger siblings Kelly, 40, and Jack, 39, skyrocketed into fame, singer Aimee prefers to live a life away from the spotlight.
The wild Osbourne clan crashed onto screens in 2002, lifting the lid on their wild antics and their foul language.
But despite The Osbournes giving fans a peek into their lives over the course of a whopping 52 episodes - fans never met Aimee on the show.
Aimee was largely raised in California until the age of 16, however she eventually moved out of the family home as filming for The Osbournes kicked off.
She said that she would have liked to stay at home 'a little longer', but as the MTV crew moved in the then teenager moved out.
Reflecting on her decision to not appear on the show she added: 'Back then, I still felt I was trying to figure out who I was in the chaos of family life, so why on earth would I want that portrayed on television?
'I wanted to protect myself, my parents, my siblings, too. They were very young, very impressionable.'
Sharon said on the Talk in 2018: 'She felt too that she didn't want to grow up on camera. She hated the idea — it was appalling to her.
'And so she left at 16 and I regret every day that she did. It broke my heart when she moved.'
In 2003, she featured in the MTV musical adaption of Wuthering Heights. Presently she is the lead singer for pop band ARO, whose first single Raining Gold was released in 2015.
Kelly confirmed in 2021 that she and Aimee two no longer talk following a clash in personalities.
The reality TV personality, who appeared on the Dax Shepard podcast - Armchair Expert - revealed she and her older sister had been estranged for a long time.
On the podcast episode, which aired on May 3, 2021, Kelly said the pair were unable to get on the same page.
'We don't talk,' Kelly, then 36, told Shepard. 'We're just really different. She doesn't understand me and I don't understand her.'
Back in 2015 Aimee shared with The Independent that her and Kelly were not on close terms.
'I wouldn't say there is an ease between us, but there is an acceptance,' she said. 'Do we socialize? No.'
However, Aimee and Jack's bond is staggeringly different, with the pair both running production company Osbourne Media together.
The siblings are also in the process of co-producing a biopic about their parents, according to Variety.
WHAT IS MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS?
Multiple sclerosis (known as MS) is a condition in which the immune system attacks the body and causes nerve damage to the brain and spinal cord.
It is an incurable, lifelong condition. Symptoms can be mild in some, and in others more extreme causing severe disability.
MS affects 2.3 million people worldwide - including around one million in the US, and 100,000 in the UK.
It is more than twice as common in women as it is in men. A person is usually diagnosed in their 20s and 30s.
The condition is more commonly diagnosed in people of European ancestry.
The cause isn't clear. There may be genes associated with it, but it is not directly hereditary. Smoking and low vitamin D levels are also linked to MS.
Symptoms include fatigue, difficulty walking, vision problems, bladder problems, numbness or tingling, muscle stiffness and spasms, problems with balance and co-ordination, and problems with thinking, learning and planning.
The majority of sufferers will have episodes of symptoms which go away and come back, while some have ones which get gradually worse over time.
Symptoms can be managed with medication and therapy.
The condition shortens the average life expectancy by around five to 10 years.

Boos, cheers and a heavy dose of irony as Trump takes in Les Mis against backdrop of LA protests
'Do you hear the people sing? / Singing the song of angry men? / It is the music of a people who will not be slaves again!' When the rousing anthem of revolution filled the Kennedy Center on Wednesday night, Donald Trump may have had a Pavlovian response along the lines of 'Get me Stephen Miller' or 'Send in the marines'. We will never know. The tuxedo-clad US president had stood on a red carpet, accompanied by first lady Melania in a long black dress, promising a 'golden era' for America before attending the musical Les Misérables, which translates as The Miserable Ones or The Wretched. The story of Les Mis is inspired by the June Rebellion, an 1832 insurrection by republicans against the authoritarianism of a newly established French king. No one is expecting a replay from Republicans in June 2025. Characters include Jean Valjean, who is imprisoned for stealing a loaf of bread then seeks redemption, and Inspector Javert, who is obsessed with law and order and hunts Valjean without mercy. One reporter asked Trump whether he identifies more with Valjean or Javert. 'Oh, that's a tough one,' chuckled the wannabe strongman who sent troops to crush immigration protests in Los Angeles and is about to stage a tank parade on his birthday. 'You better answer that one, honey,' he deflected to Melania. 'I don't know.' It was Trump's first production at the Kennedy Center, the performing arts complex where he pulled a Viktor Orbán and seized control in February. He pushed out the centre's former chair, fired its longtime president and pledged to overhaul an institution that he criticized as too woke. But ticket sales have fallen since and some performers have cancelled shows. On Wednesday, as he took his seat, 78-year-old Trump was greeted with a high-octane mix of cheers and boos that stopped after a round of 'USA' chants. Several drag queens in full regalia sat in the audience, presumably in response to Trump's criticism of the venue for hosting drag shows. One person shouted 'Viva Los Angeles!' as Trump stepped out of the presidential box at the intermission. The president's appearance was meant to boost fundraising for the Kennedy Center and he said donors raised more than $10m. But Maga's efforts to break into the thespian world went about as well as Napoleon's invasion of Russia. Red carpet arrivals for the show were a far cry from the glamour of Cannes, Hollywood or London's West End. Instead of crowds of fans clamouring for autographs and selfies, Trump and his allies walked through an eerily deserted Hall of Nations and looked unsure whether to answer questions yelled by the media. Those who did revelled in cultural ignorance. First came Corey Lewandowski, a former Trump campaign manager who has faced allegations of sexual harassment. He said: 'What's amazing is, out of all the years I've been in Washington DC, I've never been in this building.' JD Vance, the vice-president, walked the red carpet with wife Usha, now on the Kennedy Center's board of trustees, and denied that Trump had staged a 'hostile takeover'. He then tweeted: 'About to see Les Miserables with POTUS at the Kennedy Center. Me to Usha: so what's this about? A barber who kills people? Usha; [hysterical laughter].' Accompanied by his wife, the actor Cheryl Hines, Robert F Kennedy Jr recalled how his uncle, President John F Kennedy – whose giant bust looms in the atrium – used to say the Greeks were remembered for their architecture, sculpture, plays and poetry. 'A civilisation ultimately is judged based upon its culture and its art. He wanted to make sure that American civilisation would be judged by that and President Trump shares that vision.' Trump spent last Saturday night with Mike Tyson watching people beat the hell out of each other behind a chain-link fence in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, which is quite possibly how American civilisation will actually be judged. Indeed, on his watch, the Kennedy Center no longer feels very Kennedy-esque. The atmosphere is different from the days when Democrats Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi glided in for the annual Kennedy Center Honors. Framed portraits of the Trumps and the Vances are mounted on a marble wall and, on Wednesday, were bathed in holy light. Washington is now a city under occupation. The president, who reportedly once derided 'shithole countries' in Africa, walked in beneath national flags that include Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe and past the opera house stage door. His impromptu press conference was a surreal combination of theatre and geopolitics, veering from his favourite musicals one moment to the prospect of Middle East war the next. 'I love Les Mis,' Trump said. 'We've seen it many times. We love it. One of my favourites.' He was untroubled by reports that understudies may perform due to boycotts by cast members. 'I couldn't care less,' he said. 'Honestly, I couldn't. All I do is run the country well.' Then on Iran: 'They can't have a nuclear weapon. Very simple. They can't have a nuclear weapon. We're not going to allow that.' Then back to showbiz. Brian Glenn of Real America's Voice, who is congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene's boyfriend, proclaimed: 'Mr President, we're making theatre great again, aren't we tonight?… You're bringing class back. The golden era of theatre!' Trump lapped it up as a cat does milk. 'And we have a golden era here in the country,' he said. 'We're bringing the country back fast and I'm very proud to have helped Los Angeles survive. Los Angeles right now, if we didn't do what we did, would be burning to the ground.' Glenn wasn't done. 'You're a New Yorker. You've been to a million theatres. Do you remember your first theatre production that you attended?' Trump looked pensive, as if mulling over countless nights absorbing the works of Samuel Beckett, Eugène Ionesco, Tom Stoppard, Tennessee Williams and August Wilson. 'A long time ago,' he mused. 'I would say maybe it was Cats.' Glenn put the same question to Melania, who had held Trump's hand while maintaining a sphinx-like expression. She cited The Phantom of the Opera, which must have been music to the ears of man whose cultural hinterland runs the gamut from 1980 to 1989. But on the night that Maga stormed America's citadel of culture, one man was nowhere to be seen. Elon Musk's banishment continues despite his recent attempts to end his feud with the president. Perhaps the tech bro was out there somewhere in the gloomy streets of Washington, channelling Les Mis's Éponine: On my own Pretending he's beside me All alone I walk with him 'til morning … Without me His world will go on turning A world that's full of happiness That I have never known

Real reason Taylor Swift deleted pictures of Blake Lively as fans call out missing posts
Justin Baldoni defenders have accused Taylor Swift of deleting photos featuring her former friend Blake Lively from her Instagram account in recent days. Fans have highlighted posts that highlighted the bond between the 35-year-old pop superstar and the 37-year-old actress, who recently subpoenaed Taylor's longtime nemesis Scooter Braun in her ongoing sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni, 41. Many of those photos of the former friends — which have long been preserved online — are nowhere to be found on Taylor's account, leading Blake's biggest critics to claim that Taylor wiped them from the site after falling out with the Gossip Girl star. The latest claims were made just days after Baldoni's $400 million defamation suit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, her publicist and the New York Times was thrown out by a judge. But the real reason those posts are no longer on Taylor's Instagram is more complicated. As fans familiar with the singer–songwriter's complicated history have pointed out online, the post's absence doesn't have anything to do with Taylor and Blake's fractured relationship. In August of 2017, the singer–songwriter shocked her followers by deleting her social media headers on multiple platforms and wiping her posts, including on Instagram. The move was a promotional stunt to prepare for the release of her sixth studio album Reputation, which was released in November of that year. Among the posts that Baldoni's most parasocial defenders cited as evidence that Swift allegedly wiped Lively from her feed was a photo of Swift holding an adorable koala while Lively petted its face and neck and stared into its eyes. The post featured a gushing comment that now read as ironic after the behind-the-scenes collapse of Taylor and Blake's friendship 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLAKE! You're a wonderful friend, to humans and koalas alike,' the Shake It Off singer wrote. 'I absolutely love you 😘😘😘.' The post was referenced in conspiratorial videos shared by Lively's critics on Instagram and in posts highlighting Taylor's alleged social media cleanse on Reddit. But commenters clarified that the birthday post, along with others featuring Blake or referencing her were lost when Taylor culled her posts in 2017, long before Blake and Justin's dueling lawsuits that led to her falling out with Taylor. Another widely shared posts featured a pumpkin pie that Blake had either bake or procured for Taylor that featured a banner reading 'Happy Thanksgiving Birthday' and featuring cute figurines modeled after two of Taylor's Scottish Fold cats. But that photo also appears to have predated the 2017 disappearance of Taylor's social media history. One photo that was deleted in the 2017 sweep featured Taylor and Blake cuddling with a Koala and had a birthday caption dedicated to the actress Another photo deleted before their falling out showed a pumpkin pie Blake made or procured for Taylor with figurines of her Scottish fold cats on it The former pals were snapped in midair during a trip to Australia in a long-gone post View this post on Instagram A post shared by Taylor Swift (@taylorswift) The screenshot features an old profile photo of Taylor and long-outdated Instagram design elements further indicating that the screenshots were taken years ago. A third post included a photo of Blake and Taylor snapped in midair as they jumped up in front of a theater marquee at a theme park in Australia. 'Yesterday was such an amazing day off-- roller coasters, kangaroos and LOLs with @blakelively,' she wrote, before noting that she would next be performing in Adelaide. Although Taylor currently has few photos with Blake on her Instagram, the actress isn't completely absent. She's featured in some group shots, including in photos from a 2019 Christmas party featuring many of the hitmaker's pals and members of her squad. In one photo, Blake beamed as her husband Ryan Reynolds planted a kiss on her cheek while Taylor was joined by her go-to producer and co-songwriter Jack Antonoff and Larry David's daughter Cazzie David, among other friends. After Swift's fans spoke out in the comments of a popular Reddit post by an account with a pro-Baldoni username that falsely claimed the singer had deleted her posts featuring Lively, the original poster responded defensively in edited text. 'No one claimed [the posts] were deleted recently. Not once,' they reponded. 'There is literally no way to find out when a post was deleted.' Blake's sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin is still proceeding, and she has subpoenaed Taylor's longtime nemesis Scooter Braun as part of it In response to fans noting that Taylor's posts were deleted in 2017, they shot back: 'What a narrow world view to impose on other people. There are 8 billion people on the planet, everyone would not know she even exists. Sorry to break that bubble, but not everyone is a swiftie and that's okay.' Since Taylor and Blake's reported falling out, the It Ends With Us star has since praised the singer and actress Cynthia Erivo on social media in what some fans interpreted as a dig at her ex-pal. Although Lively was able to breathe a sigh of relief after Baldoni's lawsuit against her was thrown out by a judge, his attorney has since warned that she is on a ' false victory tour.' The judge's decision still gives the actor and director's legal team the option to refile four of its seven claims by June 23, so Lively isn't completely out of the woods yet,
