Celtic 'interested' in Veljko Milosavljevic as transfer business jolts into life with Strelec confession and £11m bonus

Celtic are reportedly "very interested" in Red Star Belgrade defender Veljko Milosavljevic with the summer transfer window rapidly approaching.
The Premiership champions are already looking to next season with Brendan Rodgers on the brink of leading the Hoops to a domestic Treble with Aberdeen standing in their way of a Scottish Cup triumph.
Celtic have to navigate the tricky qualifying route to the Champions League next season and moves are already in motion.
Max Sport state that the club are keen on a deal for the 17-year-old - but have been warned the the towering wonderkid is not for sale.
However, it is noted that the Belgrade club could change their stance with clubs from France and England monitoring the sitiation.
Slovan Bratislava frontman David Strelec was on the agenda going into the closing hours of the winter window but a deal could not be reached.
He was rated at £9million at the time - but has left the door open to a summer move after his hat-trick against MSK Zilina in the 4-3 victory secured Slovan's seventh consecutive title.
He said: "Everything is open. I'm happy here, I'm home and it's always been my dream to play for Slovan.
"We'll see what the communication will be with the club in the coming period."
Pressed on his goals for next season after the full-time whistle, he told Dennik Sport:"Continue to improve.
"I know I can be even better physically, have even better positioning and finishing. I can improve in everything and that's what I'm going to try to do."
Celtic are also set for a payday should Bayer Leverkusen cash in on Jeremie Frimpong this summer.
Reports suggest that Liverpool and Manchester United are ready to battle it out for a deal in the region of €40million (£34million).
Celtic hold a 30 percent sell-on fee as part of the £11million deal that allowed Frimpong to leave the club for Leverkusen back in January 2021.
Former Reds star Jermaine Pennant believes that Frimpong would be the perfect replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold as he closes in a move to Real Madrid.
He told aceodds.com: "I really like (Jeremie) Frimpong, and he can play as a winger as well. I'd like to see him switch with Conor Bradley."
'With Conor you get the balance. He may not have the same passing range, vision or assist ratio as Trent, but he will give you that defensive structure.
"He is probably better defensively than Trent. At the same time he can get forward to give Salah the space.
"It's good that they have a player like him to take over from Trent if he leaves, but I would still like to see him go a full season without injuries.'
