Four-month-old, Harry, went with his parents while George, two, stayed at home with his gran.
The pair say they wanted 'one-on-one time' with Harry that wouldn't be possible with a toddler in tow.
Business consultant, Georgia, and sales executive, Chris, took George to Sorrento, Italy, when he was a baby.
They said they wanted Harry to have a similar holiday where he could be the centre of attention.
'We wanted to have that one-on-one time with Harry,' Georgia, of southeast London, said.
'George's first holiday was all about him and we wanted that experience with Harry.
'When you have a toddler it's a very different experience because you're always looking out for them.
'He's running wild and his brother sits in the back seat a lot of the time.
'Harry follows George's routine and his life very much revolves around what his brother's doing.
'For example, I may have to wake Harry up from a nap to take George on a play date.'
Megan McKenna forced to defend her parenting methods AGAIN as she's targeted by trolls
Chris bought the holiday as a surprise for Georgia's birthday.
Georgia was surprised when she saw that only one child had been booked for the holiday.
Georgia said: 'Dads can struggle to bond at the beginning.
'He's the default parent to George because I'm breastfeeding Harry.
'Chris doesn't get to spend that much time with Harry because he's back at work so it gave him that time as well.
'It was a surprise that George wasn't coming and when he gave me the ticket and I saw one child, I thought 'Where's the other one?'
'But I understood and thought it was quite sweet when he explained.
'George is a very loved baby so I never thought it would hurt him or he wouldn't have a great time with his gran.'

However, they faced a deluge of negative comments on social media

Georgia shared a clip of her on holiday with Chris and Harry on TikTok and was bombarded with comments branding her a 'bad parent'.
She said: 'It's crazy, I didn't expect it to get the reaction it did.
'So many people have said we're bad parents, we shouldn't be parents and shouldn't have had a second child.
'People were saying 'that poor boy' and that he'll grow up and never speak to me again.
'They said he'd tell the story in counselling.
'I was wondering if I was a bad parent but I'm absolutely not and I'm not going to listen to these people who think it's ok to put other people down.
'Other people said we can't handle the toddler but we can because we have a toddler and do handle him.
'A lot of mums were commenting.
'Mums know this is the hardest job in the world so the fact there's so many women putting me down because they don't agree with it is crazy.
'People are saying it'll really impact him and he'll remember.
I genuinely don't care about all the hate I've got because we had an amazing time.
Georgia Brown
'The boy can't remember what he had for dinner.
'He's independent and never been a clingy baby.
'We FaceTimed him every day.
'He wasn't crying asking where I was, he was telling us what he'd been doing.
'I can't let it get to me because these people don't know me and are just online bullies'
Trolls also accused the couple of choosing to take one child on holiday because they couldn't afford to take both which Georgia denies.
She said: 'About 100 people said 'Just admit that you couldn't afford to take both'.
'I don't need to justify myself to them but that's not the case.
'Some people said that they would love to do it but they can only afford one holiday a year so they take all the children.'
Georgia says that despite the online abuse, she doesn't regret her decision.
The North African holiday was back in March and the family have been on holiday as a four twice since to Germany and Ireland.
She added: 'I'm so glad we did it. It was lovely.
'I genuinely don't care about all the hate I've got because we had an amazing time.
'People said the baby will never remember but me and Chris will remember.
Holiday packing tips
Jemma Solomon, aka The Label Lady has got 5 packing tips to help you get organised for your next holiday.
1. Write a list
Think about all the essentials you need to take with you; suncream, medicine, a few games for the kids, beach towels, and write everything in one list, which you can tick off as you add it to your suitcase.
Or for complete ease, try Google's AI app - Gemini - which will create a list for you and help you not over pack.
2. Involve your kids
Jemma said: 'My girls are getting older, they're 11 and nine, and they enjoy helping to pack. So I send them a list, and say 'this is what you need' and they follow the list.
'And then I give them a rucksack each - and say to them 'you can have whatever you want in there as long as it's not liquid', and they can take that on the plane. And that's their 'home away from home' items.'
3. Try a hack or two
She said: "I think they all work, but for different reasons - and you've just got to pick the right one for your trip.
"Rolling your clothes is really good to stop your clothes from getting creases. And if you're trying to get a lot of items into your case, it's a space saver.
'Packing cubes are great - for example, I'm going on holiday with my three kids and we're all using the same suitcase for our clothes.
"These handy compartments let you separate your clothes, toiletries and tech into designated cubes, maximising luggage space by keeping your items compressed and neatly stacked.
"I love taking them abroad with the family and it means my kids can easily take charge of their own items once we've arrived."
4. Decant beauty products
Do you really need to take full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner with you? The beauty industry has evolved so much, you can now buy shampoo bars or sheets - which are much lighter and smaller.
Or, if you'll be popping to the shops when you're abroad, consider buying some items when you arrive.
5. Get organised before you come home
Jemma said: 'When you repack on holiday [before coming home], the trick is to separate clean from dirty clothes.
'Also pack it in some form of order - so lights, darks, colours for items that need washing, or if you wash your clothes by person in the household, piles for each person.
"Then you can put it straight into the washing machine. Do it straight away, don't leave it."
'My mum and sister took care of George at ours so he wasn't disrupted and he had a great time.
'He went to the zoo, and went to his cousins to make pizza.
'He had an amazing time and it was amazing that my mum was able to spend time with George.'
Cruel trolls have bombarded Georgia and Chris with abuse for not including George.
Others have been more supportive.
One said: 'Forgetting what 'family' means.
'S*** parenting, supposed to be a unit.'
Another added: 'Surely this would make the older sibling feel even more left out no?
'They're adjusting to having a new baby in the house and you leave them at home.'
However, the couple did also receive some supportive comments from followers.
A third viewer said: 'There's nothing wrong with what you've done if you've left them with loving family members.
'I'm sorry people are just hating because they clearly don't understand how hard it is and you are entitled to a holiday.'
Another said: 'Oh no, a mum spending quality time with her other child, call the authorities.
'Her eldest isn't abandoned, he's just secure enough not to fall apart when mum takes a break.
'Some of you could take notes.'

Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle's furious row that 'ripped the monarchy to pieces'

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton were said to have had a furious row during a clear-the-air meeting in 2018 A Royal expert has described a crucial meeting between Prince William, Prince Harry, Kate and Meghan as an event that "ripped the monarchy to pieces". The explosive encounter reportedly took place in June 2018 when the Prince and Princess of Wales sat down with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex amid rising tensions after Harry and Meghan's wedding. The situation escalated post-ceremony, as recounted in Prince Harry's memoir 'Spare', who cited early turbulence involving his wife and his sister-in-law. He detailed a dispute concerning bridesmaid dresses prior to his wedding which purportedly left Meghan in tears, mentioning that Kate "grimaced" when Meghan used her lip gloss. ‌ In an effort to resolve matters, both couples convened for a candid discussion after the Sussexes returned from their honeymoon. The atmosphere during the chat reportedly grew so fraught that it caused physical signs of distress in the Princess of Wales. ‌ According to Harry's depiction in 'Spare', the intense air-clearing session at Kensington Palace saw Kate demand an apology from Meghan while clenching a leather sofa, which saw her "fingers turn white". Harry detailed in 'Spare' that Kate's request stemmed from a comment Meghan made about her pregnancy hormones, referring to it as "baby brain". Meghan apparently offered her apologies, justifying the contentious remark as commonplace amongst her circle of friends, reports the Mirror. The situation escalated when Harry alleged that William "pointed a finger at Meg", and reportedly admonished: "Well, it's rude, Meghan. These things are not done here." Harry claims Meghan retorted: "If you don't mind, keep your finger out of my face." ‌ In the new Channel 5 documentary 'Meghan vs Kate: The Meeting That Changed the Monarchy', Royal commentators suggest this encounter was pivotal for the Sussexes, setting in motion their eventual departure from Royal duties. Richard Kay of the Daily Mail posited that this was the moment "the seed of Megxit was sewn", while his colleague Sarah Hewson reflected: "Had that meeting been a success, had they been able to put their differences aside, things would have been very different indeed." Newsweek's chief Royal correspondent Jack Royston commented: "If only they'd listened. If Meghan had listened to what was being said to her, she could have changed way back in 2018. ‌ "And even if they had still quit the monarchy, they could have saved themselves so much pain and so much conflict." He went on: "What happened in that room back in June 2018 was the defining element of the relationship between the two couples that ripped the monarchy to pieces." ‌ Valentine Low, a noted Royal author, also remarked: "They had pathetic little differences that should have been sorted out in two minutes. But it helped fuel the flames." Harry's candid reflections in his memoir 'Spare' come as Meghan shared her experiences with the royals on their Netflix series. Recounting their earliest encounters, she expressed surprise at the private formality of the Royal family members. ‌ In the second instalment of their six-part Netflix documentary, 'Harry and Meghan', the Duchess discussed her first impressions of her brother-in-law and wife Kate. "When Will and Kate came over, and I met her for the first time, they came over for dinner, I remember I was in ripped jeans and I was barefoot," Meghan explained. ‌ "I was a hugger. I've always been a hugger, I didn't realise that that is really jarring for a lot of Brits." The mother-of-two elaborated further on the Royal customs saying: "I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside. "There is a forward-facing way of being, and then you close the door and go 'You can relax now', but that formality carries over on both sides. And that was surprising to me." Iain Glen flogged briefs for major events in Scotland including Harry Styles, Calvin Harris and Justin Bieber. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 4 Iain Glen was sentenced for scamming money from five people for non existent concert tickets 4 He took advantage of Calvin Harris fans 4 Justin Bieber tickets were also involved 4 Glen also fleeced Harry Styles fans The scumbag has been convicted of flogging more than £2,000 in fake tickets but scores of buyers have complained in online groups of falling foul of his scams. The 37-year-old also insisted he had VIP tickets for a meet and greet with former Rangers stars. But his victims called in the police after eventually realising they had been duped by Glen. It lead to him appearing in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week. He pleaded guilty to defrauding five victims a total of £1,665 in a year-long scam from 2022 to January 2023. Glen, of the city's Townhead, could have faced a jail-term but Sheriff Anna Reid ordered him to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Emma McShane was his first victim after getting in touch for tickets for ex-One Direction star Styles. She paid £400 and Glen then said he would post the briefs through her letterbox on the day of the concert. He then claimed there had been an unexpected issue. Fiscal Leo McGinn told the court: 'He said he would provide a refund and in the following days he gave various excuses as to why he did not. 'A partial refund was eventually given to Miss McShane.' Calvin Harris hits back with furious TikTok video after being accused of COPYING new single by 90s popstar Glen was also contacted by Nicola Drummond on Instagram about a Calvin Harris gig. Miss Drummond sent Glen £100 to Glen's bank account but the tickets never appeared. It was only after she alerted police that the scammer refunded the £100. The court heard Glen's school friend Michaela Barr bought four tickets for the TRNSMT music festival in Glasgow. She coughed up £290 only for Glen to claim the briefs were provided on a 'first come, first served basis'. Miss Barr was forced to claim the cash back from her bank. Stephanie Delaney - another ex-schoolmate - sent him £130 for Justin Bieber tickets and after repeat messages about a refund he coughed up just £50. The court heard Nicola Cragg - a friend of seven years - was another he swindled. She had contacted him to buy six tickets costing £745 for a 'VIP football event' at Glasgow's Hilton Hotel featuring ex-Rangers stars. Mr McGinn said: 'Miss Cragg became suspicious in August 2022 and asked Glen to confirm the venue of the event. 'Glen said there had been a mix up with the tickets, that part of the event had been cancelled and £300 was owed to her.' The briefs did show up on Miss Cragg's Ticketmaster account - but she never got the rest of her money. Kevin Corr, defending, told the court Glen claimed to have had contacts in the event industry and had been known to legitimately sell tickets in the past. He added: 'He fell into alcohol and substance misuse which was a factor on his life. 'This led to him burying his head in the sand to the ticket arrangements that went on.' Glen has previously featured on the 'Scotland Scammers' Facebook page outing fraudsters. The message claimed 'a broken hearted little girl' had spent her own money hoping to see US singer Olivia Rodrigo while another user claimed their daughter had been tricked into handing over cash for Taylor Swift.

Renna went into cardiac arrest before later being declared brain dead after using a cleaning product to take part in the deadly challenge. The teen's heartbroken dad Aaron O'Rouke described how his daughter dreamed of fame. He told AZFamily: "She always said, 'I'm gonna be famous, Dad. Just you watch. I'm gonna be famous', and unfortunately this is not under the most optimal of circumstances." Aaron and his wife Dana shared their daughter's tragic story to raise awareness of the social media challenge. Dana said: "There's no ID required. It's odorless. It's everything kids look for. "They can afford it, they can get it, and it doesn't show in mom and dad's drug test." The mom explained how Renna and her boyfriend used an app delivery service to have the cleaning agent delivered to their door. She told 12news: "[Renna] and her boyfriend had Door Dashed product to my house and I didn't know. It's keyboard cleaner. I didn't know what they were doing with it. "We want to make sure that we use our tragedy so that no other parent has to experience looking at their child on life support and a ventilator and not breathing on her own all because she huffed out of a can." Pheobe Bishop cops arrest 34-year-old flatmate who was last to see missing Aussie teen on explosive journey to airport Dr. Randy Weisman, from the HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center, explained how inhaling aerosols can make users feel drunk or euphoric for a few minutes. But such use can result in liver failure, heart failure and lung disease among other irreversible issues - or death. He told AZFamily: "This is extremely concerning. "When they inhale these chemicals in the gas it will actually replace the oxygen within their lungs and within the rest of their body." Renna's parents said that the only light to come from her passing is that her organs have gone on to save at least six other people. Mom Dana said: "Through that we're finding strength and purpose. "She will be unbelievably missed, leaving the most aching hole in our lives, but if her life is to mean anything, we are going to do what we can to prevent somebody else's child from being where ours is right now. "She will be unbelievably missed, leaving the most aching hole in our lives, but if her life is to mean anything, we are going to do what we can to prevent somebody else's child from being where ours is right now." A post on the GoFundMe set up for Renna read: "On Sunday, June 1st at 1:30pm, our wonderful daughter, after 4 days in the ICU, was pronounced brain dead. "She was the light in every room she walked into, and the pain that her family and friends feel is simply immeasurable. "We want to use the proceeds of this fundraiser to cover the extensive medical bills, burial costs, therapy costs, and to spread awareness about the dangers of Huffing/Dusting, the practice of inhaling keyboard cleaner or similar."
