Tiffany Trump shares rare glimpse into the VERY luxurious nursery she has prepared ahead of baby son's birth

Daily Mail08-05-2025

Tiffany Trump has shared a glimpse into the very luxurious nursey she has prepared ahead of her son's birth.
President Donald Trump 's youngest daughter, 31, and her husband, Michael Boulos, are set to welcome their first child later this month.
And, with her due date fast approaching, the excited mom-to-be took to Instagram to reveal a glimpse of the kids' room set up and ready to go.
The adorable blue-and-white space - complete with a model Air Force One dangling from the ceiling - is decked out with a whole host of high-ticket items as well as a few softer touches.
The larger pieces of furniture that dominate the space include a white $700 convertible crib from Babyletto which boasts acrylic slats to offer parents 'the best views of their little one.'
'Modern and functional, an included toddler bed conversion kit allows you to seamlessly convert from crib to toddler bed to daybed as your babe grows,' the description reads online.
Tiffany also coordinated with a an all-white six-drawer dresser with a 'cushioned topper' - priced at $1,299 from Pottery Barn Kids.
Elsewhere, the nursey boasts a $1,628 sheepskin linen nursing chair from Oilo which 'swivels, gently glides, and reclines.'

Other smaller touches included $249 jumbo giraffe plushie from Pottery Barn Kids and a $119 woven hamper from Crate & Barrell as well as a small wooden lawn chair, an alphabet mural and a large custom sofa.
Tiffany proved her eye to detail after also adding a blue Hermes Avalon Cabriole blanket at $1,300, a Meli-Melo Plaid Louis Vuitton throw at $1,090 and an elephant-themed musical mobile from Living Textiles at $59.99.
The Peter Rabbit theme from Tiffany's baby shower was also replicated in the new space - with gentle touches including a cuddly toy and several of the book series.
In sharing the snaps, Tiffany described the light and airy space as her 'dream nursery' before crediting many of the brands and designers that helped bring it to life.
She first gave a shoutout to Louisiana-based company Posh Exclusive Interiors that specializes in stylish spaces with high-end materials and elegant aesthetics.
Each project ranges in price, but a typical job cost can range from $15,000 to a staggering $1 million, per Houzz.
The expectant mom also credited Door and Cabinet, FJ Kashanian Rugs and Ambella Home.
Tiffany publicly confirmed that she was expecting her first child in mid-December, months after her father announced it to the world.
Donald excitedly shared the news that he was going to become a grandfather again while speaking at the Detroit Economic Club back in October.
He recognized several guests in the crowd, including businessman Massad Boulos, who is Tiffany's father-in-law, and then delivered the good news.
'He happens to be the father of Tiffany's husband, Michael, who's a very exceptional young guy,' said the President.
'And she's an exceptional young woman. And she's going to have a baby. So that's nice.'
Since then, she has been documenting her pregnancy online, often showcasing her growing baby bump in Instagram snaps and videos.

The star also joked, 'My mother, she went on a bathroom break, she didn't get to see me win! But I'll tell you right now, we've been in this together my entire life and I wouldn't be here without you, mom, I love you so much.' Doechii continued her genre-bending rise with a win for Best Female Hip Hop Artist, in which she used her acceptance speech to address the unrest over ICE raids in Los Angeles. The 26-year-old Tampa rapper (born Jaylah Ji'mya Hickmon) beat out Cardi B, Doja Cat, GloRilla, Latto, Megan Thee Stallion, Nicki Minaj, Rapsody and Sexyy Red for the award, during the ceremony. She took to the stage to accept her award, thanking the BET network, adding, 'This is my first BET Awards, so this means a lot to me.' 'I grew up watching this. I want to acknowledge all of the girls in my category that worked hard, extremely talented and very creative. You ladies are amazing. So, thank you, BET, for honoring me with this,' she added. She then turned to address the protests in downtown Los Angeles over mass deportations and ICE raids, which President Donald Trump responded to by deploying the National Guard in a controversial move. 'But as much as I'm honored by this award, I do want to address what's happening right now outside of the building,' she said to applause. 'There are ruthless attacks that are creating fear and chaos in our communities in the name of 'Law & order.' Trump is using military forces to stop a protest,' she added. 'I want you all to consider what kind of government it appears to be one every time we exercise our democratic right to protest, the military is deployed against us,' she added. 'What type of government is that? People are being swept up and torn from their families, and I feel it's my responsibility as an artist to use this moment to speak up for all oppressed people,' she said to more applause. 'For black people. For Latino people, for trans people. For the people in Gaza. We all deserve to live in hope and not in fear. I hope we stand together. My brothers and my sisters, against hate, and we protest against it. Thank you, BET!' she concluded. GloRilla, Kirk Franklin, and Maverick City Music took home the Dr. Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award for 'Rain Down on Me.' Heat of a Woman by Summer Walker won the official Bet Her Award. Jamie Foxx was honoured with the BET Ultimate Icon Award, presented by Stevie Wonder. 'I cannot even begin to express the love that I feel from everybody out there,' Foxx began, adding when he saw the memoriam segment, he realized, 'Man, that could've been me.' 'I don't know why I went through what I went through, but I know my second chance I'm not going to turn down,' Foxx said. 'I have so much love to give. I told him, I said, man, bro, just give me one more crack at this. And I promised, I said whatever reason you put this on me, I promise I'm going to do it right,' Foxx said while choking back tears. 'I don't want to make my whole speech about that, but you can't go through something like that and not testify,' he added. He concluded by thanking his 14-year-old daughter Anelise Bishop, who when he was sick, 'snuck into my room with her guitar and said I know what you need. And she played the guitar, my vitals dropped and I realized that god was in that guitar, and the nurses ran in and said what did they give him? And my daughter says "Shh, I got him."' Cynthia Erivo won Best Actress, and Denzel Washington added another trophy to his legendary career as Best Actor. The fan-favorite biopic Luther: Never Too Much was named Best Movie. Winfrey's new book club pick marks the return of an old favorite, Wally Lamb

For her next book club pick, Oprah Winfrey is highlighting an author she has praised even before she had a book club. Winfrey announced Tuesday that she has chosen Wally Lamb's new novel, 'The River Is Waiting,' the story of a father torn by grief and guilt. It's the third time she's selected a Lamb book and continues a bond predating 1996, when she launched her club. 'I've had four phone conversations with Ms. Winfrey,' Lamb said in a statement, remembering how she called to praise his debut novel, 'She's Come Undone' upon its release, in 1992. Five years later, she phoned with the news that 'She's Come Undone' was her latest book club pick. In 1998, Winfrey picked Lamb's 'I Know This Much Is True,' his second novel. 'I was as shocked as ever last month when I answered the phone and heard Ms. Winfrey's voice again, twenty-seven years after the last time we had talked,' he said. 'She told me my latest novel, 'The River Is Waiting,' would be the 115th title in her beloved Book Club. I'm not sure why I've been on the receiving end of such grace and good fortune, but I try to live each day expressing my gratitude in the way I treat others.' Winfrey's conversation with Lamb can be heard on the latest episode of 'Oprah's Book Club: Presented by Starbucks,' a podcast available through Winfrey's YouTube channel and other outlets. 'I know many of you might remember that Wally and I go way back because I picked his very first book in 1997 for my book club, and then I chose his second book the next year,' Winfrey said in a statement. 'And now with 'The River Is Waiting' – we've selected three novels by the same author and that should tell you ALL you need to know about what I think of this truly masterful and beloved writer.'
