Tech billionaire Elon Musk's father, Errol Musk, visited the Ram temple in Ayodhya on Wednesday afternoon, describing the experience as 'absolutely wonderful' and 'one of the best things' he has ever done.
Errol, who arrived in the temple town accompanied by his daughter Alexandra, reached Ayodhya airport around 2:30 pm and left after 4 pm. He visited both the Ram temple and the nearby Hanumangarhi temple, dressed in a traditional kurta-pyjama.
"It's wonderful, absolutely wonderful," he said in a video message to PTI, adding, "It's one of the best things I've ever done.'
'I'm so glad I came to see it and can't wait till the temple gets completed, the big temple, it's going to be something like a wonder of the world," he said.
Talking about the visit, he said, 'My experience here in India has been wonderful. I'm here to begin working with Servotech and am looking forward to spending a lot of time in the country. The temples are marvelous and so are the people.'
Musk was also scheduled to travel to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal but may cancel that leg of the trip due to extreme heat in the region.
During his visit to Ayodhya, security remained on high alert, though officials confirmed no special arrangements were made.

"There is already a three-layered high-level security cover in place in Ayodhya, which includes round-the-clock deployment of high-tech anti-drone systems," a senior police officer said. Surveillance also included extensive CCTV coverage, routine visitor checks, and specially trained personnel.
Errol Musk is the global advisor to Haryana-based Servotech Power Systems Ltd. He began his India trip on 1 June and will remain in the country until 6 June, a company spokesperson said.
"His visit is squarely focused on accelerating India's burgeoning green technology and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure development," the company said.
Servotech managing director Raman Bhatia is also expected to visit the Ram temple later in the day.

Ex-Pak PM Imran Khan's party threatens to launch full-scale movement for his release

A senior leader of incarcerated former prime minister Imran Khan has threatened to launch a full-scale movement for his release after Eid Al-Adha if he is not freed before the festival. Ali Amin Gandapur, Chief Minister of the northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the prominent leader of Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, was speaking with media after meeting the PTI supremo at the Adiala Jail near Rawalpindi on Thursday. Khan, 72, has been in jail since August 2023 in multiple cases. His party had organised rallies in the past too demanding his release. 'If we don't see Imran Khan being released before Eid Al-Adha, we reserve the right to protest. We are moving towards a movement by bringing the people on the street against Khan's unjustified and unfair detention in fake cases,' Gandapur said. 'The nation must awaken and now it is time to release him from jail. We will no longer tolerate slavery. When we protested from time to time,' he said in response to a question. Gandapur stated that the PTI will make every possible effort and 'we will act swiftly,' as the country is being destroyed by the decisions of those 'who have seized power.' Gandapur termed Khan's continued imprisonment as 'a grave injustice,' and expressed frustration over the government's refusal to allow free dialogue with their incarcerated party leader. He also pointed out how the judiciary has lost its independence, particularly after the 26th constitutional amendment. 'There's no hope left from the judiciary. If the courts were truly independent, we would be seeing free and fair decisions.' Gandapur also condemned the prolonged detention of Khan's wife Bushra Bibi, who he claimed, has been kept under house arrest for 14 months 'without justification.'

No gym, no fees, only ChatGPT: Woman shares free AI apps for fitness diets, workouts, health tracking

In a growing shift towards tech-driven fitness solutions, a new trend is emerging — people are replacing traditional gym instructors with artificial intelligence. The combination of accessibility, customization, and cost-effectiveness has made AI tools an increasingly popular alternative to personal trainers. From building strength to managing diets, individuals are using free AI apps like ChatGPT to take full control of their health and fitness routines. Turning to AI for Fitness and Motivation For many, staying fit has long been tied to expensive gym memberships, group classes, and branded activewear. However, these costs don't always translate into consistent results. In one such case, a woman decided to rework her entire approach by using ChatGPT and other AI tools to manage her workouts, track progress, and design meal plans. She reported becoming stronger, leaner, and more self-disciplined — all while saving hundreds of dollars over time, as per Business Insider. Initially reliant on a gym instructor for motivation and structure, she experienced a drop in consistency when her trainer left. Attempts to switch gyms or test alternatives failed to yield long-term commitment. Despite trying habit-tracking methods and motivational purchases, her fitness goals remained out of reach until she decided to build her own routine with AI's support. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like A brain tumor threatens his life. Donate For Health Donate Now Undo ChatGPT and Free Apps That Deliver Results With prior experience using ChatGPT and Perplexity AI for daily tasks like recipes and trip planning, she repurposed the tool to create customized workout routines. Each week, she entered her progress and goals into ChatGPT and received updated training plans. This not only kept her accountable but also allowed her to adapt workouts based on her own feedback — something she hadn't achieved even with in-person trainers. She also turned to ChatGPT to better understand the science behind nutrition, including protein requirements for muscle growth. This led her to use additional free apps like Cronometer, which helped her track calories, macronutrients, and even micronutrients such as iron and vitamins. Another recommended app, Hevy, enabled her to log workout reps in real-time, while Gymmade offered animated demonstrations for weight training — giving her confidence in using equipment effectively. Within weeks, she began to notice tangible results. Her muscle tone improved, she doubled her lifting weight, and her energy levels increased. She even discontinued her gym membership in favor of using a free local outdoor facility. Importantly, the shift was not just physical but mental — she credited AI tools for helping her understand discipline, motivation, and habit formation more deeply. AI Fitness: Growing Popularity, But Caution Urged Her experience mirrors that of others. Siliguri-based Avirup Nag, who preferred vegetarian diet plans, and Mumbai's Shantanu Pednekar, who needed help with portion control, also found success using AI. New Delhi's Anjana PV used AI to modify her plan when dealing with physical discomfort and received tailored suggestions to adjust her workout without overexertion. For these users, AI acted like a virtual coach — offering structure, detailed feedback, and real-time guidance. Experts agree that AI has made it possible to personalise workouts based on individual goals and fitness levels. But they also caution users not to rely entirely on it. Fitness professionals like Kushal Pal Singh of Anytime Fitness note that while AI can create routines, it can't monitor form or prevent injury like a human trainer can. Benefits and Boundaries Users widely praise AI for being cost-effective and convenient. As Anjana pointed out, she was paying Rs 3,500 per month for a personal trainer before realizing AI was offering nearly identical guidance — for free. Still, health professionals warn that AI tools are only as good as the data provided to them. They may miss nuances such as movement issues, injury risks, or dietary preferences unless manually addressed. Nutritionist Muskan Soni highlighted that AI-generated meal plans often lack variety and fail to consider mental and physical health factors. This can lead to diet fatigue or plans that don't suit individual lifestyles. Despite its limitations, AI's ability to provide structure, research-backed information, and real-time adjustments has made it a powerful tool for self-driven fitness.

He has connected the hearts of millions of Indians, forging an unbreakable bond from north to south," Sinha said at a public rally here after the inauguration of the train service to Kashmir. With Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) and the launch of Vande Bharat trains to Kashmir, the prime minister has fulfilled the resolve of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee, who had dreamt of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat', the LG said. Live Events Terming it a momentous occasion that will go down in history, he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Modi for dedicating the historic railway projects to the people of J-K and the nation. The LG observed that the inauguration of the world's tallest Chenab Railway Bridge and the country's first cable-stayed Anji Rail Bridge will ensure that J-K gets connected with new aspirations of progress. "The skills of our engineers to build Chenab and Anji bridges, and the hard work of our workers who carved through the mountains have eliminated the gaps that existed between the 'crown jewel of India' and the rest of the country," Sinha said. He said the prime minister has changed the Union Territory (UT) of J-K in the last six years. "Its holistic development is the top priority for the prime minister and his various policies, speedy implementation and industrialisation have brought the Union Territory to the focal point of growth. The prime minister had lit a new torch of socio-economic revolution in J-K post-August 2019. "He built strong pillars of economic development in J-K and now laid new lines of destiny in the form of railway lines on it to transform J-K at a new pace," he said. Sinha said since April 2022, Modi has dedicated and laid the foundation stone of development projects worth over Rs 1.15 lakh crore to the people of J-K. He also expressed his gratitude to the prime minister for ensuring firm and decisive action against terrorism and its ecosystem. "Operation Sindoor avenged the barbaric terrorist attack in Pahalgam and has drawn a new red line. On one hand, the unmatched power of our armed forces is ready to protect the integrity of the nation and on the other, creative power is dedicated to a developed India," the LG said. In a major boost to last-mile connectivity especially in border areas, Sinha said, Modi also laid the foundation stone and inaugurated various road projects. He laid the foundation stone of a road widening project from Rafiabad to Kupwara on National Highway-701 and the construction of the Shopian bypass road on NH-444 worth over Rs 1,952 crore. He also inaugurated two flyover projects at Sangrama Junction on National Highway-1 in Srinagar and at Bemina Junction on National Highway-44. These projects will ease traffic congestion and enhance traffic flow for the commuters, the LG said. Sinha said the prime minister also laid the foundation stone of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Institute of Medical Excellence in Katra worth over Rs 350 crore. "It will be the first medical college in the Reasi district contributing substantially to the healthcare infrastructure in the region," he said.
