Donald Trump may be reviewing AUKUS to ‘leverage' his power
Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney suspects US President Donald Trump might be using the Pentagon's review of AUKUS as 'leverage'.
AUKUS is currently being reviewed by the Trump administration, whereas the Biden administration brought it in.
'This is not that at all unusual for new administration coming in to review the polices of previous administrations,' Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.
'I'm a little concerned that Trump is having second thoughts.'
