Post Malone's ex-fiancée's identity revealed as she fights for custody of their child
Post Malone's ex-fiancée is stepping into the limelight in order to try to get custody of her child.
Hee Sung 'Jamie' Park filed a petition with the family law division of Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, revealing for the first time she is the mother of the musician's 2-year-old daughter.
Her child's name is not listed, referenced only as 'DDP' in the documents, obtained by Page Six. The little one's birth date is noted as May 26, 2022.
In June 2022, Malone, 29, announced he had welcomed a baby girl and revealed at the same time that he had gotten engaged — though he did not disclose Park's full name.
'[At] 2:30 in the afternoon, I went and I kissed my baby girl,' the 'Circles' singer said on 'The Howard Stern Show,' prompting the host to ask, 'What baby girl? Are you referring to your girlfriend or you have a baby?'
Malone replied, 'No, that's my daughter.' When asked how he would refer to his daughter's mother, the 'Congratulations' singer clarified, 'She's my fiancée.'
The former couple always kept their relationship very low-profile. It's unclear when exactly Park and Malone officially called it quits, but TMZ previously reported they parted ways sometime in late 2024.
Since March, the 'Rockstar' singer has been seen going out on public dates with a new woman named Christy Lee, a Parsons School of Design student based in New York City.
Most recently, the new couple was spotted on a shopping trip together in Paris.
It's unknown whether Malone's public displays of affection with Lee motivated Park to take legal action.
According to court documents, the 'Sunflower' singer's ex wants joint legal but is seeking sole physical custody of their daughter and is willing to give the father of one visitation rights.
She also wants Malone to cover her legal fees. Under child support, it states, 'The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.'
Page Six has reached out to Malone's reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.

'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Star Jeff Garlin Is Worth $20 Million — But Walked Out Of Gig Because They Gave Him $800 Check Instead Of Cash
You'd think a man worth $20 million wouldn't blink at a check for $800. You'd be wrong — if that man is Jeff Garlin. The "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star reportedly bailed on a stand-up show at the Calabasas Country Club in California last week after discovering the club planned to pay him with a check instead of the cold hard cash he'd asked for. According to Page Six, Garlin had agreed to do the gig — part of the club's recurring comedy night series — with the condition that his $800 fee be paid in actual bills. Not Venmo. Not direct deposit. Not a check. Just cash. Don't Miss: Maker of the $60,000 foldable home has 3 factory buildings, 600+ houses built, and big plans to solve housing — 'Scrolling To UBI' — Deloitte's #1 fastest-growing software company allows users to earn money on their phones. So when the check came out, Garlin did the opposite — he walked out. "The crowd was pissed," a source told Page Six. "Most of them had come to see Jeff." Roughly 40 people had shown up for the dinner-and-comedy event, nestled between bingo nights and brunches on the country club calendar. And while $800 may not exactly scream "headliner budget," fans weren't expecting the headliner to bail altogether — especially not one who, by most estimates, has a personal net worth of around $20 million. But Page Six sources insist it wasn't about the money. "Jeff can be a very neurotic guy," one insider said. "He can get hung up on things." To be fair, fans of Curb have seen this movie before — usually starring Larry David. But this time, it was Garlin in real life, making a very Curb-worthy exit over a principle few saw coming. Trending: Invest where it hurts — and help millions heal:. Garlin's comedy roots run deep — Second City in the '80s, followed by decades in TV, film, and voiceover work. He spent 10 seasons on The Goldbergs, voiced characters in Pixar hits like "Toy Story 3" and "WALL-E," and has been David's onscreen wingman through 12 seasons of HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm." Outside the spotlight, Garlin has also shared more personal struggles. In 2022, he posted a photo to Instagram showing a black-and-white image of comedy legend Jack Benny reacting to Mad magazine, captioning it: "Bipolar is a mother—. Sometimes it's just too much to deal with. I'm doing the best I can. This the first time that I've opened up about this." He hasn't commented on the Calabasas incident. But one thing's for sure — Jeff Garlin doesn't bend. Especially not over an $800 check. Unless it folds, don't even try. Read Next: Here's what Americans think you need to be considered wealthy. Joey Chestnut in talks for July 4 Nathan's hot dog contest return
Competitive eating's biggest star could be back in the sport's most notable event this summer on Coney Island. Major League Eating and Joey Chestnut have been in talks for the legendary eater to return to the famed Fourth of July hot dog eating contest, The Post confirmed on Tuesday. TMZ first reported that the two sides had been actively negotiating to have Chestnut return to the annual Coney Island event a year after he was barred from competing over a contract dispute related to a sponsorship deal with another hot dog brand. Joey Chestnut celebrates after eating 57 hot dogs in five minutes at the Pop Goes the Fort eating contest on Fort Bliss, Texas on July 4, 2024. Justin Hamel for the NY Post This time around, that has not been a factor in talks and both parties want to get a deal done. Major League Eating declined to comment to The Post and a request for comment from Chestnut was not immediately returned. The Post had broken the news last year that the beloved competitive eater, colloquially called Jaws, had been barred from the July 4th Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Competition over his deal with Impossible Foods, which had launched a meatless hot dog at the time. The shocking controversy surrounding the hot dog eating contest was headline-making news across the city and even drew in Mayor Eric Adams, who called everyone to 'find a way to squash this beef' and allow the 16-time Nathan's hot dog eating champ to compete. Trophies for the 2024 Nathan's Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog contest. Paul Martinka Chestnut did not end up competing in the Nathan's contest and for the first time since 2015, someone other than Chestnut took home the Mustard Belt, with Chicago native Patrick Bertoletti claiming the crown last year after scarfing down 58 dogs. Signs that a potential return to the annual Fourth of July event popped up late last month when Chestnut expressed a desire to compete in this year's contest in an interview with The Blast, though he seemed to doubt a reunion would occur. 'If they came back with similar terms we were talking about last year, I would definitely consider it,' he said in the interview. 'I'd work with them to make sure there weren't any conflicts with other sponsors. … But honestly, I don't think they want to go down that route. And yeah, it's a bummer. I love that contest.' Chestnut is a household name for holding the record for most wins at the Nathan's competition and set the world record for most hot dogs eaten with 83, which he set last September, surpassing his previous mark of 76.

Sly Stone channeled multitudes; they were all gloriously American
There are a host of images of Sly Stone in which his onstage style serves as a celebration of the freedom and power that were the by-products of being a rock star, but also the jet fuel. He could be a blend of blinding sequins, flashing metallics and all manner of hats, from broad brims and newsboys to a crochet bucket hat adorned with a glamorous brooch. His face could be haloed in a wondrously buoyant Afro. His hair could reach skyward in a rainbow-colored mohawk. And it could be straight-combed and curled like a child's on Easter Sunday. When he performed, he could swagger with a bravado that spoke of street cool, and he could lower his voice and tilt his head like a preacher halfway through a sermon but just getting warmed up.
