High Price
Experts say the asking price is too high given the current situation. One professional called the price unreasonable, especially with the public allegations involved. In March, the listing was briefly removed and later returned with the same price, showing no discount.
Stigma Continues to Impact Sale
Most potential buyers have avoided viewing the house. Public association with Combs' case continues to make the home hard to sell. Cassie Ventura, Combs' former partner, testified that no incidents occurred at the house, as per reports. Still, the stigma remains.
