Princess Isabella of Denmark stuns in first official gala portraits to mark her 18th birthday
Princess Isabella of Denmark has marked her 18th birthday with a series of official portraits — and she's wearing her first tiara.
The eldest daughter of King Frederik X and Queen Mary posed for several photographs at Knight's Hall at Amalienborg Palace — the Danish royal family's main residence located in the capital city of Copenhagen.
On Monday, the Danish Royal House released Isabella's first official gala portraits, just one day after her milestone birthday.

The palace captioned the images, '18 years ago today Her Royal Highness Princess Isabella was born. The birthday itself is marked with the publication of the Princess's first official gala portraits.
'The princess is photographed in the Knight's Hall of Frederick VIII's Palace in Amalienborg, and on the portraits Her Royal Highness wears the Order of the Elephant with a star chest… and a miniature Order portrait of her father, His Majesty the King.'
In the images, the princess can be seen wearing a satin orange off-the-shoulder ballgown paired with a blue Order of the Elephant sash and regalia.
She topped off her regal look with a sentimental nod to her father by wearing a miniature portrait of him on her sash.

Arguably the most eye-catching element of Isabella's look was her diamond tiara, which had been gifted to her by her grandmother, Queen Margrethe, who abdicated the throne in January 2024.
The Danish Royal House confirmed that the queen, 85, gave Isabella the floral diadem, which features 11 rosettes of 'daisy-like flowers' in a sweet nod to Margrethe, who is lovingly nicknamed Daisy by her loved ones.

'The tiara is a so-called 'bandeau,' a headband in French, as the relatively narrow tiara is intended to be worn almost horizontally as a hair band,' the palace said in a statement.
'The tiara was made in the late 19th century and belonged to Crown Princess Margareta of Sweden. After her untimely death in 1920, her daughter, Princess Ingrid, received the tiara as a confirmation gift and brought it to Denmark upon her marriage to the later Frederik IX.'
'Like many other pieces of the Royal House's jewelry, the tiara has multiple functions, as it can be disassembled and used as a bracelet,' the statement concluded.
One day before her birthday, the royals shared a look at some scrapbook images of their family images.

Social media star Salt Hank's sandwich shop is great — not a gimmick
French dip is having its day. The roast beef-and-jus sandwich, long an also-ran to pastrami-on-rye, is now the toast of places from Minetta Tavern and Anton's in Manhattan to Brennan & Carr in Sheepshead Bay. It's long been a menu favorite at beloved chain Hillstone. The buzziest of all is just-opened Salt Hank's at 280 Bleecker St., the first-ever eatery from social media sensation and cookbook writer Henry Laporte, who has 2.6 million follows on TikTok and 1.6 million on Instagram as @salt_hank. Laporte's head chef, Daniel Rubenfeld, is an alum of Thomas Keller's chophouse TAK Room. It shows in how the prime rib, from meat maestro Pat La Frieda, is carefully sliced and shredded to tongue-tingling perfection. 5 Social media star Henry Laporte has opened a sandwich shop dedicated to the French Dip. Tamara Beckwith The 10-inch-long baguettes are delivered fresh every morning from crazy-popular nearby bistro Frenchette. Those credentials, and Laporte social media following, wouldn't mean a thing if Salt Hank's French dip wasn't so good. It's the only thing on the menu — no burgers or other sandwiches — save for remarkably crisp, matchstick-thin fries ($6), house-made limemade with just-right sweetness and a few canned sodas. The $28 French dip is big enough to food two people with big appetites. It delivers miraculous mouth feel along with rich, multi-tiered flavor. The fine-cut beef is dipped in jus before being layered with provolone cheese, caramelized onions and an aioli flavored with horseradish, chives and roasted garlic. It emerges from the oven warm, moist and begging to be devoured. Some customers use their hands only, but I preferred a fork to pick through layers of crunchy crust, fluffy sourdough, and yummy tangles of shredded beef and melted cheese. 5 Daniel Rubenfield (left) is the head chef at Salt Hank's, while Laporte works the line. Tamara Beckwith 5 The meat is perfectly sliced and caramelized onions add to the flavor. Tamara Beckwith The jus itself was a rich, complex revelation — I could almost have it as a soup all by itself. It's generously served in a large cup, unlike some other spots where you barely get any. T The restaurant is a plain, comfortable room with formica-top tables, a counter with a half-dozen seats and pictures of Laporte's book, Salt Hank: A Five Napkin Situation. Customers line up at a kitchen counter and wait for friendly staff to bring them their orders, while grooving to a soundtrack that hops from Notorious B.I.G. to Cardi B. Laporte himself works on the line, putting the finishing touches to assemble the sandwich. On my visit, he was wearing a cap that said, 'Lo Siento' – Spanish for 'I'm sorry.' 5 The French Dip is the only thing on the menu, save for French fries and a few beverages. Tamara Beckwith 5 Arrive early. Salt Hank's often sells out by 3 p.m. Tamara Beckwith But there's nothing to be sorry about, unless you get there too late for the 75 pounds of beef they go through each day. While Salt Hank's purports to stay open until 5 p.m., they usually run out of beef by 3 p.m. Get there early — and hungry.

French Montana Leaves Interview After He's Questioned About Drake & Rick Ross' Beef
Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Drake and Kendrick Lamar's beef has filtered down into other entertainers like Rick Ross, who was even served up some pointed disses amid the trading of records. Now the feud has left rappers in limbo about who they should collaborate with, such as French Montana, who has two hits featuring Ross and Drake, 'Stay Schemin' and 'Pop That.' The 40-year-old Coke Boy has remained silent during the feud, but couldn't sit in the hot seat when he appeared on Rah Ali's Sited With Rah Ali podcast when he was asked if his two rap friends have peaced it up. 'What's the status of things with Ross and Drake?' Ali asks a bewildered Montana. The Bronx native does more than dodge the question; he tosses the headphones at the host and says 'touchdown' when she catches them. He then proceeds to get up, saying, ' I'll be right back. I think I double-parked my car outside. I'll be right back.' Another angle shows the French walking off the set and eventually out of the studio, leaving a confused Ali asking, 'Where is he going?' French never returned, and Page Six notes that it wasn't the first moment that irked him in the interview. The site reports that it started well with conversation about his success as a Bronx rapper who gained influence via his mixtape run, to now performing for the World Cup. But eventually the discussion turned to his personal life, which he refused to talk about, only saying, 'I'll skip that. I just want to keep my private life my private life.' That, plus the beef question, must have set him off. French's new signature may be to walk out of interviews when he's uncomfortable with the line of questioning because back in April, he was asked about Diddy, who's currently on trial for sex trafficking, while at LAX. 'Cmon, man,' French said before sidestepping the situation and quickly hopping on a nearby elevator. See how social media is reacting to French refusing to engage in the Ross-Drake beef below. Anna Wintour stepping down as Vogue editor in chief: Reports
Anna Wintour, the longtime editor in chief of Vogue and a prominent Democratic fundraiser, is reportedly stepping down from her role at the fashion magazine. The publication's head announced she was leaving Vogue at a Wednesday staff meeting, multiple outlets reported Thursday. Seventy-five-year-old Wintour, who's topped the masthead at Vogue since 1988, will reportedly continue as its global editorial director and as Condé Nast's global chief content officer. A Vogue representative didn't immediately return ITK's request for comment. The British journalist is a longtime supporter of Democratic candidates. Last March, she helped spearhead a $25 million New York City fundraiser for former President Biden's reelection bid. Biden awarded Wintour with the Presidential Medal of Freedom at a ceremony in January, just weeks before he exited the White House. She was also seen sporting her signature pair of sunglasses at a 2022 White House state dinner for French President Emmanuel Macron. In 2016, Vogue issued its first political endorsement — backing Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Despite her support for Democrats over the years, Wintour met with White House chief of staff Susie Wiles last month to discuss the potential impact of President Trump's tariffs on the fashion industry.
