London Marathon 2025: How to get FREE food, drinks and massage oil with finishers' medal
London Marathon finishers will be entitled to a host of freebies, from burgers to pints and recovery products, once they can show off their medal across the capital on Sunday
An estimated 56,000 people will start Sunday's TCS London Marathon and the majority who make it from Greenwich to the finish line on The Mall will receive a medal that they will cherish for years to come.
But the memento is also a key to plenty of free food, drink and more across the capital in the 24 hours after the race.
A number of pubs and restaurants are offering pints, burgers and discounts for those who make it through the 26.2 mile adventure, while one shop is even offering a free bath bomb to soak tired legs.
Here is your guide to what a finisher's medal can earn on Sunday and into Monday.
Bill's will put up a free burger and beer or soft drink for medallists and race volunteers at all 11 restaurants across Sunday and Monday.
Meatliquor will be giving out burgers to finishers too at their restaurants across the capital, with Franco Manca offering a free pizza at all of their restaurants across the country until Monday night.
The Real Greek, SushiDog, Pastaio and Maxwell's Bar and Grill are among the other London restaurants giving out freebies to finishers on Sunday.
And those not quite feeling peckish immediately after the race, Gaucho's London branches will be offering a free steak for medalists until May 1.
For those looking to replenish with a pint, bars offering freebies include Kricket, the Vinegar Yard, while The Ivy will be giving out a free glass of fizz.
As ever all participants will be entitled to free travel on the entire Transport for London network on Sunday. And for visitors looking to hang around the capital afterwards, City Cruises are offering a free boat trip with family and friends getting 30 per cent off their tickets too.
When it comes to recovering there are plenty of options too. High street chain Lush will be handing out recovery goodie bags to finishers featuring a bar of massage oil, while there will be a number of Epsom salt bath bombs free for finishers too.
Gymshark's Regent Street branch are also offering a recovery day featuring ice baths from 1pm to 6pm and Joe and The Juice will be on hand to provide some healthy smoothies.
Those needing a little more time to get back moving can utilise a free class from Triyoga up to the end of May.

Stormy Impact makes it Dash delight for Warren Fentiman
The son of weighing-room veteran Duran Fentiman, the 17-year-old's star has been in the ascendancy during the winter on the all-weather and his 5lb claim looks a steal. With a furlong to run Richard Fahey's filly still had more in front of her than behind, but when her young pilot switched the 7-1 shot to the middle of the track she flew to beat Lexington Blitz by a length. Fentiman said: 'I was going to go to the stands rail, but I knew there wouldn't be a gap for me, so I've just gone down the middle, took a risk and hopefully it's paid off. 'She's a very nice filly. Dad will be delighted to see me have a winner like this on Derby day, it's just a dream really. I can't thank Richard enough for the support and letting me ride on a big day like this, it's a privilege. 'Early on I thought she was outpaced and how these Epsom races are run they keep on going. I thought if we got placed I would be delighted, but all of a sudden she changed her stride and has just gone. As I was coming up to the leaders I thought I could have this in the bag and she was brilliant.' Fahey added: 'It's a new race, but I've never actually won a sprint on Derby day so that was brilliant. 'She'll definitely go to Royal Ascot now for the Palace of Holyrood, that's the route for her now. 'At halfway we were near last and they must have gone very quick as she's not slow and she was struggling to lay up with them. 'I came here confident, but I was struggling to find the right race for her. I had to run her over six furlongs at Newmarket, but I think five furlongs is her forte, she's all speed.'
