Hayley Atwell Revealed What She Stole From "Mission: Impossible" Set
This summer, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) goes on yet another mission in Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning, aka the eighth and possibly the final installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise.
The new film picks up where Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning ended, with Ethan, Grace (Hayley Atwell), and the rest of the team pursuing Gabriel (Esai Morales), an assassin working for the Entity artificial intelligence.
So to celebrate, we had the cast — Simon Pegg, Hayley Atwell, Angela Bassett, Pom Klementieff, and Greg Tarzan Davis — play a game of who's who to see how well they all know each other off screen.
They shared who is most likely to make the others laugh while filming a take — no surprise, it's Mr. Simon Pegg — and how Angela is most like her character, President Erika Sloane.
The cast also revealed that Pom is most likely to accidentally let slip a spoiler about Mission: Impossible and how Tarzan was always trying to get them to all go out to karaoke after a long day of filming.
But, the thing the cast was most shocked by was when Hayley revealed that she is definitely the one who is most likely to steal something from the set after filming wrapped, and then she listed everything she took.
"I have stolen salt and pepper shakers, an ashtray, a necklace, a watch, some documents — I don't know why I thought I needed them — a fossil, some fake glass, Tom's gym socks, a cashmere hoodie, and the other night at a restaurant, I nicked the hot sauce that had been made specially for Tom."
She joked, "It's my process. It's my process. Don't judge me. You don't understand."
Angela was simply impressed, and Simon was hilariously concerned that she stole a lot from Tom himself.
Honestly, now I just want to know if she was able to sneak anything out of all those Marvel movies too...

Whether you're there for the movie or just to flex your snack setup, this thing is going to turn heads in your theater lobby like a celestial being demanding tribute in buttery kernels. The ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps' Theme Is Expectedly Excellent
The Fantastic Four: First Steps doesn't just look unlike any other mainstream superhero movie in recent years, it's also got an unusual sound to match. Following tickets going on sale for the movie, Marvel released the full track for the film's main theme, created by longtime film composer Michael Giacchino. There've been snippets of the theme present in trailers and the IMAX pre-roll for Thunderbolts*, so we already knew it would sound as 1960s as the world the heroes live in. But hearing the full thing really underlines the importance of a composer that vibes with the material and wants to make a score that's exciting and memorable music. For the most part, this is something Marvel's not really done well at, save for works composed by Alan Silvestri or Ludwig Göransson or Son Lux's more recent work on Thunderbolts*. But having memorable music is what Giacchino's always been good at—his scores for the most recent Star Trek movies are still sublime, and his Fantastic Four: First Steps work sounds like some of his best for Marvel specifically. (Starting with the first Doctor Strange, he's composed for the MCU Spider-Man trilogy, Thor: Love & Thunder, and Werewolf by Night, the latter of which he also directed.) Like everything else from this movie, the score is sounding promising, and we can't wait to hear all of it, ditto seeing the punny titles Giacchino has undoubtedly come up with for each track. Fantastic Four: First Steps comes to theaters July 25.
