
Vipul Organics hits the roof after securing first commercial order for new organic intermediate
Vipul Organics hit an upper circuit of 5% at Rs 188.25 after the company announced that it has received the final approval and the first commercial order for a newly developed organic intermediate intended for use in the automobile industry.
This development marks a strategic expansion into a new product category and industry vertical for the company.
According to an exchange filing, following a rigorous approval process spanning over 18 months and an initial trial shipment, the first commercial order has now been confirmed. The order fulfillment will proceed as per the schedule provided by the strategic customer.
The specialty organic intermediate, developed in-house by Vipul Organics R&D team over the last three years, is used to formulate compounds critical in manufacturing automotive components such as shock absorbers and bumper extensions. The compound significantly enhances durability, impact resistance, and wear tolerance of the auto parts.
With over five decades of legacy in the chemical industry, Vipul Organics is known for its focus on research, innovation, and customer-centric solutions. Vipul Organics is a specialty chemicals company in the pigments and dyes segment. The company provides total colouring solutions to paint, printing ink, plastics and masterbatches, textiles, rubber & latex, agriculture, leather, dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals, food beverages and confectionaries industries.
The companys consolidated net profit fell 27.1% to Rs 0.78 crore in Q4 FY25 as compared with Rs 1.07 crore in Q4 FY24. However, net sales jumped 10.3% YoY to Rs 44.09 crore in Q4 FY25.

Chandrababu addresses at GFST Tourism Conclave, emphasises on caravan tourism
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu emphasised the importance of making caravan tourism accessible to the general public during the GFST Tourism Conclave held at a hotel in Vijayawada on Friday. Switched jobs or worked for more than one company this year? If yes, your income tax return (ITR) needs extra care. Many people forget that salaries from all employers must be declared. Missing this can lead to unwanted tax notices or extra dues the financial year 2024–25, if you got paid by two employers, maybe you changed jobs mid-year or did multiple roles, you must add up all income, check your deductions properly, and make sure you don't claim the same exemption YOUR FORM-16 DETAILS CLOSELYForm-16 is your main salary proof from each employer. While filing your tax return, pay close attention to what's in your your total (gross) salary, the allowances and deductions claimed from your salary, any deductions under Chapter VI-A like 80C or 80D, and your TDS (tax deducted at source). If you worked for more than one employer in the same year, make sure to report each salary and related deductions separately in the ITR form. Don't mix them up; each employer's income should be shown in its own section. This helps avoid overlaps and CAREFUL WITH DEDUCTIONSOne big mistake is claiming the same deduction twice. For example, Section 80C lets you claim up to Rs 1,50,000 a year, and not Rs 1,50,000 for each job.
