'I spotted unique chocolate bar item at car boot – but price left me gobsmacked'

A woman was left gobsmacked by the price of a chocolate bar item that she noticed at the car boot sale, however, the man explained there was something special about it
Car boot sales are usually a place to grab a fantastic bargain or two, because one person's trash is another's treasure. But one woman was left gobsmacked when she was told the price of a "choccy bar" when she was browsing - but she did think that it was "cool," saying she "can't believe" the man had it for sale.
Becky's Bazaar is well known on social media for bagging good bargains and showing people round charity shops, car boot sales and the like. In a recent video, she was browsing original Warner Brothers' teddies, caps, and potentially designer bags for good prices.

She was told that she could have things "for a fiver," which she was happy with, and she continued browsing at the car boot.

Becky then spotted a Diesel top and a Moschino one, which were being sold for £10 and £15, which some in the comments argued was "too expensive," but she thought it was quite reasonable for designer items.
She hit the jackpot when she found a French Connection hoodie that was just £2.50, however the next item she spotted – a huge chocolate bar sign which used to sit outside shops in the 90s – was a tad more expensive.
Becky was heard saying to the seller: "That's so sick. Excuse me. How much is your Mars sign out of interest?"
The man then explained that the sign was £100, because "they were only made in 1993," so they were really rare and tricky to get hold of.
Continuing to browse his stall, she looked at a horror mask that he said was "a fiver," joking that he'd been "having a good laugh with that".

"I dangle it out of my window when I go on car boots," he joked, but he'd decided to sell it to get some money.
In the comments, someone wrote: "That's an expensive boot sale. People wouldn't pay those prices around where I live for a teddy or skirt".
Another added: "We have to sell things for 20p at my car boot, where the hell is this?"

"Come to the Barnsley area and try to get a tenner for a skirt!! They want everything for 1 or 2 pounds up here. And I ain't kidding," a man fumed.
One woman said: "They're going to be taking all that back home with them at those prices," with someone saying you should go to Primark for clothing instead.
"Nice to get an idea of what people are charging these days. Can't expect everything for 50p though. Those days are over," a car boot goer lamented.
