Insan group condemns US aggression against Yemen's vital facilities

The Insan of Rights and Freedoms condemned the targeting of the American aggression of vital facilities in Yemen.
The organization considered in a statement, which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), targeting factories and civil establishments, a war crime with all international laws and humanitarian norms.
The statement pointed out that a crime targeted the Al-Sawari factory for ceramics in the Bani Matar district of Sana'a Governorate, which led to martyrs and wounds, expressing the level of the decline that the American aggression reached, its obsession with destroying infrastructure, and expanding the circle of the suffering of the Yemeni people.
The "Insan" organization emphasized that the United States of America on these actions is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, especially Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions of 1949, which provides for the protection of civilians from attacks, and Article 147 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which prohibits attacks on the civilian population, in addition to Article 51 of the first additional protocol, which prevents random attacks against civilians and property.
The organization called on the international community and the United Nations to play their role towards the crimes of the American aggression against Yemen, by stopping the aggression and opening an international investigation to hold those responsible for these crimes accountable for Yemeni civilians.

Despite this, he noted that Hamas gave a positive initial response, agreeing to the paper in principle but rejecting the use of its vague terms as cover for continued genocide, starvation, or as a backdoor to political and security manipulation. The movement demanded revisions to sections that failed to guarantee an end to the killing, enable sustainable aid delivery, ensure the return of displaced people, or commit the enemy to a clear withdrawal and ceasefire. Mardawi stressed that these revisions precisely matched what was already agreed upon with the U.S. mediator over the past weeks. He expressed disappointment with the U.S. response, saying Washington labeled Hamas's reply a 'step backward,' despite knowing it was based entirely on mutual understandings. He asserted that Hamas is not obstructing the truce efforts or maneuvering politically, but rather gave a responsible response with necessary edits to protect Palestinians from extermination. Addressing the international community and involved parties, Mardawi said: 'We demand an end to the aggression, the delivery of aid, the return of displaced persons, and the freedom of prisoners. These are not political conditions but the bare minimum of human dignity.' He concluded by affirming that Hamas will continue all possible efforts to reach an agreement that leads to the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza and ends the war, starvation, and genocide. Separately, senior Hamas official Taher Al-Nounou confirmed the movement had agreed to release ten Israeli captives, indicating the dispute centered around the timing of their release. Speaking to Alaraby TV, Al-Nounou said Hamas's response to the U.S.-proposed 'Wittkoff Plan' formed a valid basis for negotiations that could lead to an agreement, adding: 'We considered the inclusion of implementable clauses in the agreement.' Al-Mashat urges all companies investing in Israel to take Yemen's warning seriously
Sana'a - SABA: His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat President of Yemen's Supreme Political Council issued a firm warning to all companies investing in Israel urging them to take Yemen's warning seriously and leave immediately as the environment has become unsafe. In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) President Al-Mashat stressed that companies remaining in Israel after this warning must bear full responsibility for their decision and any resulting losses. He stated "We may take additional measures in coming days if needed which would place investing companies in Israel at real and significant risk" adding that ignoring Yemen's warnings makes continued operations there a dangerous gamble with potentially heavy costs. President Al-Mashat emphasized that "Netanyahu's criminal government doesn't care about investor interests gambling with their safety to serve its own agenda A regime that neglects its own prisoners' lives won't protect foreign companies or investments".
