
P N Gadgil Jewellers Q4 net profit rises 13 percent to Rs 62 crore
P N Gadgil Jewellers reported a 13 percent increase in net profit to Rs 62 crore ($7.3 million) for the fourth quarter ended March 31, as against Rs 55 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company's revenue for the quarter rose by 5 percent to Rs 1,588 crore, as against Rs 1,512 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
For the full financial year, the company reported a net profit of Rs 218 crore on a revenue of Rs 7,693 crore.
Commenting on the results, Dr Saurabh Gadgil, chairman managing director of P N Gadgil Jewellers Ltd in a statement said, 'Our Q4 and full-year FY25 performance reflects the strength of our brand, the trust of our customers, and our relentless focus on execution across formats. We have delivered strong growth across all key segments: retail, e-commerce, and franchise driven by our differentiated customer experience, focused expansion, and digital-first approach.'
'We successfully achieved our target store count of 53 by the end of FY25, reinforcing our commitment to strategic growth and deeper market penetration. Despite elevated gold prices during the quarter, we witnessed resilient consumer sentiment and robust demand, underscoring the strength of our brand proposition,' he added.
P N Gadgil Jewellers operates 53 retail stores, including 52 in Maharashtra and Goa, and one in the USA.

Welspun Living Q4 net profit declines 10 percent to Rs 132 crore
Textiles major Welspun Living reported a 10 percent decline in net profit to Rs 132 crore ($15.4 million) for the fourth quarter ended March 31, as against Rs 146 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company's revenue for the quarter witnessed a 3 percent year-on-year increase to Rs 2,646 crore. On the segmental front, the home textile business reported revenue of Rs 2,452.56 crore while flooring business recorded revenue of Rs 195 crore. 'FY25 was a defining year as the company crossed the Rs 10,000 crore revenue mark, with consolidated revenues of Rs 10,697 crore, grew by 8.9% and a strong 10.8% growth in home textile exports. Our emerging businesses which are future growth engine contribute approximately 30% of revenues, reinforcing the power of our diversified model,' he added. RattanIndia Enterprises posts Q4 net loss of Rs 356 crore
RattanIndia Enterprises reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 356 crore ($41.5 million) for the fourth quarter ended March 31, as against net loss of Rs 81 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company's revenue for the quarter rose by 16 percent to Rs 1,505 crore, as against Rs 1,294 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. For the full financial year, the company's net profit stood at Rs 84 crore while its revenue was Rs 6,866 crore. During the year, RattanIndia launched new fashion brands in Q3 namely, Akkord, Kaari, Kalaanj and Neomate. Cocoblu reported a 15 percent year-on-year increase in revenue at Rs 1,461 crore. It tied up with 183 Amazon fulfilment centres which enables to deliver to more than 20,000 pin codes across the country. RattanIndia's has a strong fashion portfolio of private labels under Neobrands Limited that include Fyltr, Pump'd, Inkd, and Revolt among others. The brand claims its private labels to be some of the top performing brands on Amazon.

Cantabil targets Rs 1,000 crore revenue next fiscal year
Apparel brand Cantabil Retail India Limited is aiming to cross the Rs 1,000 crore revenue mark in the next fiscal year, supported by sustained brick-and-mortar expansion and a vertically integrated manufacturing model. With more than 600 stores across India, Cantabil plans to open 70 to 80 new outlets annually, with a primary focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, India Retailing reported. As part of this plan, Cantabil recently launched a store in Solapur, the label announced on Facebook. Cantabil's scalability is anchored in its in-house manufacturing facility, which currently accounts for over 25% of its merchandise. 'Our manufacturing capabilities are not just a backbone, they are a growth engine,' said Cantabil Retail India Limited's CFO Shivender Nigam, India Retailing reported. 'Having end-to-end control from design to distribution enables us to stay agile, manage margins efficiently, and deliver consistent quality across all markets. This is especially critical as we scale and work toward crossing the Rs 1000 crore revenue mark by FY27.' Alongside physical store expansion, Cantabil is also strengthening its e-commerce presence and refreshing product lines to appeal to younger, trend-conscious shoppers. Its offerings span men's, women's, and children's wear, and the brand is expanding its accessories segment to provide a more complete wardrobe solution. Cantabil products are also available via its direct to customer e-commerce platform and on e-commerce marketplaces including Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and TataCliq.
