Mom says son was graduating high school in a week when someone pretending to be Uber Eats killed him
A mother says her son was a week away from his high school graduation, but he won't make it after someone shot and killed him.

When 18-year-old Martino Allen opened his door at the Legacy Ridge Apartments around 10 p.m. Monday, he was met by a barrage of bullets. A neighbor's video doorbell recorded the sound of the shots.
'They killed my baby for no reason,' his mother, Tiffany Fuller, cried outside of her son's apartment.
She says the bullets ended Martino's dreams.
'My baby just went to the prom,' she cried. 'Someone knocked on the door and said Uber Eats, and when my son opened the door, they just started shooting him.'

Neighbors shared video of what appeared to be young men in hoods and masks headed towards Martino's apartment right before the shots.
'One of them had on a red ski mask, and one of them had on a hoodie. One didn't have nothing on,' Fuller told Channel 2's Tom Jones.
Fuller said only her son stayed in the apartment until police arrived.
Jones asked Fuller did she believed her son was set up.
'Yes. He was set up. Yes, he was,' she replied.
'This has completely broken my family in half,' Martino's sister, Kamiya Fuller, said.
Kamiya Fuller recalled her brother as the sweetest person. Someone who just had a great time at the prom and was looking forward to graduating from McNair High School.

Kamiya Fuller won't rest until her brother's killers are caught.
'If you know something, please say something. This could be your child,' Kamiya Fuller said.
Union City police say they are actively investigating this case. They say they have the videos of the three men, but didn't want to say much more.

Suspects accused of bringing contraband to Fulton jail annex, cutting through fence

Malachi Abdul-Baqi and Henry each received bonds totaling $30,000, Matthew Abdul-Baqi's bond totaled $25,000. Henry posted bond Thursday, according to jail records. All three were also charged with purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana, and Malachi Abdul-Baqi and Henry received an additional charge of possession of tools for commission of a crime. Father accused of killing 3 daughters in Washington served at Fort Benning
Fort Benning confirmed that a man being sought by authorities in Washington in connection with his three daughters' deaths served at the Georgia Army post. Travis Caleb Decker, 32, served at Fort Benning from 2018 to 2020, the Public Affairs Office said. Authorities in Washington state are still searching for Decker one week after he and his daughters didn't return from a planned custody visit, our sister station KIRO reports. The bodies of 9-year-old Paityn, 8-year-old Evelyn and 5-year-old Olivia were discovered Monday near Decker's unoccupied truck near a campground in Leavenworth, Wash., KIRO said. Family of twins found dead on Bell Mountain dispute findings, says they were killed
The family of twins Qaadir Malik Lewis and Naazir Rahim Lewis are holding a news conference Friday morning laying out what they say are facts of the twins' disappearance and deaths. The bodies of the Lewis twins were found in Towns County on Bell Mountain in early March. While the deaths were eventually ruled a double-suicide by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the Lewis family is calling it a 'lynching.' [DOWNLOAD: Free WSB-TV News app for alerts as news breaks] On Friday, the family and their legal representatives are demanding justice for the two 19-year-olds. According to the announcement sent by attorneys for the Lewis Family, they want to 'dispel information and present the facts,' while calling for a new, 'thorough, transparent investigation' and calling for accountability for those responsible. The family is joined at the briefing in Lawrenceville by members of the NAACP Georgia State Conference an the NAACP Gwinnett County Branch, as well as community advocates and supporters. The GBI said they determined the method of the deaths based on the medical examiner's autopsy of the twins and other investigative findings, which agents shared with the Lewis family in May. In part, the GBI said cellular location data helped establish a timeline of when the Lewis twins left their home in Gwinnett County to go to Bell Mountain, and that while Naazir Lewis went to the airport on March 7, and had a ticket, 'he never caught the flight and returned home.' Additionally, the GBI said records show that Naazir Lewis bought ammunition for the gun used, which was delivered to their home in Gwinnett County on March 5. The GBI said internet search history from both of the twins' phones showed searches for how to load a gun, suicide rates in 2024 and related searches. Forensic evidence showed both twins fired a gun, according to the GBI, and a comprehensive investigation indicated the injures were self-inflicted.
