Alright so I've recently tried to get into figuring out what to do with my curly hair. I feel like growing up straight hair was considered '"better" so I always had a relaxer, keratin treatment, or just a plain ol' flat iron. I finally got my hands on this bad boy, and oh, baby, it is incredible. I've been trying to figure out how to style my curly clip-in extensions and make them match my real hair, but nothing has been working. I did a braid-out three times and it just didn't look right, I was literally ready to give up and just straighten my hair again. That is, until I added this. This and the moisture-sealing lotion work ridiculously well together; they're the most magical duo ever for curls. My braid-out turned out so perfectly, I'm still in disbelief. Plus, my hair isn't oily!! It absorbed so well. I put it on one side of my hair at a time, and its definition difference was wild. My curls haven't looked this curly in years. I did it y'all. I dyed my hair red. I grabbed this in magenta and some 30 Volume developer and called my cousin to tell her we were dying my hair. I was scared because neither of us are professionals and I just grew out my color damaged hair from the last time I dyed it. Nonetheless, we did a test strip, and my hair didn't fall out, so my cousin went ahead and did my whole head.
We left it in for 20 minutes, and then did my roots, and left it in for an additional five minutes, watching it closely because I wanted a deep, dark burgundy. And boom, it came out perfectly. My hair is naturally a very dark brown, almost black, and this magic dye lifted my hair and colored it beautifully.
I used a color sealer after rinsing to lock in the color, red does bleed, so the sealer helps with that. Oh, and don't lay on anything when your hair is wet — let it dry before getting dressed, or you will drip red onto EVERYTHING. I've been a red head since November 2024 and so far, with proper care, my hair has been doing great. If you've been thinking of going red, DO IT! I feel like a hot tamale.

I have these and holy crap, they're incredible. I've been wearing clip-ins for over 10 years now and can confidently say that these are the best quality I've ever used. They're thick as heck, the band is strong, and they feel so silky and luxurious it's almost unbelievable. As you can see (gif above) my hair is a dark burgundy red and they don't sell that shade so I got the chestnut brown shade and dyed them... several times. I didn't wanna pay a professional to dye them and I had a very hard time getting the extensions the exact same shade as my hair. I dyed them three times before they matched my hair (no bleach involved) and even after being dyed again and again they still feel just as gorgeous as they did when I first opened the package (witchcraft). They're top notch and they're easy to comb/brush through with very little to no shedding, unlike other brands that leave literal PILES of hair on my floor every time they're brushed. They also come with instructions for how to take proper care of them. They look beautiful once installed and they didn't get all tangled up when I wore them to a sweaty St. Patrick's Day bar crawl. They're perfection and if you're gonna spend money on clip-ins, I recommend you spend your coins on these ones. I don't think any other company's clip-ins will ever be good enough for me again. So I had been getting my hair done by the same woman for over 10 years and recently, she stopped taking appointments. I have both of these, and they're both 100,000/10. I've had them for a while (and loved them), and I only used them when my hair was curly, but I just used this magical combo to straighten my hair for the first time, and omg omg omg. It's no secret that I'm not a fan of styling my hair when it's curly. Braid-outs and flexi-rod sets look so cute when they turn out perfectly, but when they don't, they're a mess. I mean, you spend so much time putting products in and braiding up your hair just to wake up to the braids not being fully dry. This machine is like a fairy godmother for my braid-outs. I can literally dampen my hair, add products, braid it up, and then use this to dry them quickly *or* to finish drying the braids if I sleep in them.
