Taylor Swift files restraining order against man who claims she had his baby
Taylor Swift has been granted a temporary restraining order against a Colorado man who insisted she's the mother of his child. The pop star filed the order alleging that Brian Jason Wagner "made various statements about living at my property"; "being in a relationship with me"; believing I am the mother of his son"; and "needing to see me in person", according to documents obtained by Page Six. "All of which are untrue and disconnected from reality." Swift claimed Wagner first turned up at her Los Angeles home in 2024 and returned several times that July. "On at least one of the occasions in July 2024, Mr Wagner was carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon," the documents read. The Lover singer claimed Wagner again visited her home in May 2025, stating he "was there checking on a friend (again, this is entirely untrue)". Swift's security team uncovered that Wagner had been in jail and had allegedly written lengthy letters to the Grammy winner about his infatuation with her, a romantic relationship with her (which does not exist), and other fabricated stories about his involvement in Swift's personal life. The filing states that Wagner allegedly found a way to put the Cruel Summer singer's address on his driver's license and attempted to send her mail to his home. The temporary restraining order was granted on Monday and will expire on 30 June.

Taylor Swift 'Fears Imminent Harm' From Stalker Claiming She's The Mother of His Child
Taylor Swift 'Fears Imminent Harm' From Stalker Claiming She's The Mother of His Child originally appeared on Athlon Sports. In recent years, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been vocal about wishing to protect not only the privacy of his relationship with pop icon girlfriend Taylor Swift - but also Swift herself. But this time around? The music sensation needs help from the courts. Swift has been granted a restraining order against a Colorado man after he allegedly visited her Los Angeles home multiple times while insisted that she's the mother of his child. Swift filed the restraining order last Friday, alleging that a man named Brian Jason Wagner has 'made various statements about living at my property,' 'being in a relationship with me … believing I am the mother of his son … needing to see me in person,' according to a legal filing obtained by media outlets, which adds, "All of which are untrue and disconnected from reality.' Per the filing, Swift, says that Wagner first stopped by her Los Angeles home in 2024 and returned several times that July. She claimed that Wagner again stopped by her home in May 2025. Swift's security team reportedly later learned that Wagner was once in prison and had allegedly written lengthy jail cell letters to the Grammy winner 'about his infatuation with (her), a romantic relationship with (her ... which does not exist), and other completely fabricated stories about his involvement in (her) personal life.' The filing states that Wagner allegedly found a way to include Swift's address on his driver's license. Per the filing, Swift, 35, said, 'I have no relationship with Mr. Wagner and I have never met nor communicated with him,' she insisted, claiming she has a 'fear of imminent harm.' The temporary restraining order was granted on Monday and will expire on June 30. Swift - and Kelce, also 35 - are not stranger to such threats, with Kelce having beefed up security and made other changes to his home in Kansas City. A man was arrested in New York for a third time for stalking her in January 2024. And in July 2024, a man was arrested at her Eras Tour stop in Germany for allegedly threatening the couple. Taylor Swift's Safety in Question After Chilling Encounter With Stalker
Taylor Swift's Safety in Question After Chilling Encounter With Stalker originally appeared on Athlon Sports. While pop star Taylor Swift has had plenty to celebrate over the last week after announcing she bought back the master recordings of her first six studio albums, she's also had some difficulties too. Swift, who's dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, has spent the bulk of the last four months out of the public eye with her NFL star love interest traveling overseas and taking several offseason vacations together. But it wasn't that long ago that the couple was dealing with a worrying security threat after Kelce's $6 million Leawood, Kansas, home was broken into last year. The incident reportedly left the couple on 'high alert' given Swift's prior history with security issues when she had to cancel several shows during her 'Eras Tour' last year in Austria after it was discovered she was the alleged target of a planned terrorist attack. And now, according to a report from TMZ, Swift has more security issues to worry about after she had multiple chilling run-ins with a stalker recently that prompted her to file a restraining order on Friday. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Swift claims ex-convict Brian Jason Wagner, who's reportedly been harassing her for years, showed up at her house uninvited in May requesting to see her. Wagner has also allegedly changed the address on his driver's license to her home in Los Angeles, and he's even falsely claimed Swift is the mother of his child. Swift asked the court to order Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her residence, her workplace, and her car. 'Taylor claims Wagner used concerning and threatening language in the communications and tried to divert mail from her residence,' TMZ reported. 'Taylor says Wagner previously showed up to her home at least 3 times in July 2024 ... including one alleged visit where he was allegedly carrying a glass bottle 'that could have been used as a weapon.'' The news prompted several of Swift's fans to hit social media to express their concern over her safety. "I am glad she has Travis to protect her when they are together," one fan wrote. "The amount of potentially harmful weirdos she has in her orbit is scary," another added. "Every single person who stalks her jet, his friends, has GCs passing details on her whereabouts, and feels entitled to her personal all contribute to this sort of thing. And I hope karma finds you swiftly," a third fan exclaimed. "This is exactly why people need to stop posts pictures of Taylor without her knowledge or consent and giving away her location Taylor has all sorts of crazy people after her," one user scoffed. "This is why we don't share her location in real time," remarked another user. Fortunately for Swift, she's spent most of her time this offseason with Kelce, and she's been in Kansas City with him recently as he prepares for the upcoming NFL season.
