Cantabil targets Rs 1,000 crore revenue next fiscal year
Apparel brand Cantabil Retail India Limited is aiming to cross the Rs 1,000 crore revenue mark in the next fiscal year, supported by sustained brick-and-mortar expansion and a vertically integrated manufacturing model. With more than 600 stores across India, Cantabil plans to open 70 to 80 new outlets annually, with a primary focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, India Retailing reported. As part of this plan, Cantabil recently launched a store in Solapur, the label announced on Facebook. Cantabil's scalability is anchored in its in-house manufacturing facility, which currently accounts for over 25% of its merchandise. 'Our manufacturing capabilities are not just a backbone, they are a growth engine,' said Cantabil Retail India Limited's CFO Shivender Nigam, India Retailing reported. 'Having end-to-end control from design to distribution enables us to stay agile, manage margins efficiently, and deliver consistent quality across all markets. This is especially critical as we scale and work toward crossing the Rs 1000 crore revenue mark by FY27.' Alongside physical store expansion, Cantabil is also strengthening its e-commerce presence and refreshing product lines to appeal to younger, trend-conscious shoppers. Its offerings span men's, women's, and children's wear, and the brand is expanding its accessories segment to provide a more complete wardrobe solution. Cantabil products are also available via its direct to customer e-commerce platform and on e-commerce marketplaces including Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and TataCliq.
