Given our form with similar foodstuffs from the USA, it's fairly safe to assume that our interest will be more than a little piqued when Taco Bell opens in Ireland later this summer.
We already have a slew of Mexican restaurants here, from the stunning El Grito on Mountjoy Square in Dublin to 17 Boojum restaurants across Ireland. But something tells me that Irish people will queue in their droves for the Mexican fast-food chain as soon as it lands in its first (as yet unspecified) Applegreen location.
