Celebrate the Lunar New Year at Ala Moana Center
HONOLULU (KHON2)– It's The Year of the Snake and it's time to celebrate with family and friends.Ala Moana Center will celebrate the 'Year of the Snake' with family-friendly activities and cultural performances, including their lucky wishing wall where shoppers can write a wish for prosperity and good fortune.
What to expect in the year of the Wood Snake
They also have a Lunar New Year Gift with a purchase opportunity.
Shoppers can receive a limited-edition Year of the Snake boat tote, bandana and an Ala Moana Center gift card reward of up to $100.
Ala Moana Center will be open during normal mall hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the celebration. Don't forget, they have 11,000 free parking options!

Brick Convention coming to Evansville this weekend
EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Old National Events Plaza will be host to the Brick Convention this weekend. The Brick Convention is a LEGO fan event that features professional LEGO artists from around the world, local LEGO builders, and LEGO fans of all ages. Multiple sessions from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2 p.m.-5 p.m. will be available on both Saturday and Sunday for fans. Event goers will be able to see their favorite LEGO collectables and even some that are one of one. Each day will feature the same exhibits and activities, so fans won't have to worry about missing out if they can't make a day. Tickets to the convention will be $20 at the door, but $15 online.
