LARGO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CONMED Corporation (NYSE: CNMD) today announced that LaVerne Council has been appointed to succeed Martha Goldberg Aronson as the new Independent Chair of its Board of Directors, effective May 21, 2025.
'LaVerne's extensive experience as a global operations and information technology executive have been invaluable to CONMED, and I know that her experience will continue to serve the Board and the Company well in her new role as Chair of the Board,' said Pat Beyer, President and Chief Executive Officer, CONMED.
