UFC Hall of Famer Pat Miletich has been given probation after pleading guilty to an OWI charge, according to court documents.
Miletich, 57, was granted two years of probation under supervision, according to an order filed by Judge Patrick A. McElyea in Scott County (Iowa) court April 25, per online records. Local news outlet WHBF first reported the development.
On April 12, Miletich pleaded guilty to the class D felony of operating while under the influence of third offense or subsequent offense. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 14, 2023 arrest.
Police said that according to witnesses, Miletich was driving on the wrong side of the road, drove over an embankment, was asleep at the wheel while the car was still running, and had to be reminded by the officer on scene to put the car in park after exiting the vehicle.
Probation came as part of a plea agreement. Court documents show Miletich also completed an anti-drunk driving education course.
The plea came a little over one month after he was charged with a serious misdemeanor of driving while license denied or revoked from an alleged incident March 6, according to online records. Miletich pleaded not guilty on April 16.
Miletich's arrest came the same day as a press conference for his rivalry fight vs. former UFC fighter Mike Jackson. Miletich appeared at the press conference hours after his arrest and went on to lose the October 2023 bout when he did not come out for the third round.

A release from the Rice Lake Police Department states that officers arrested two drivers on June 5, one at 10:35 a.m. and the other at 12:10 p.m., for their seventh and sixth OWI offenses, respectively. 'Remove or cover valuables in vehicle:' Police in Wisconsin issue warning after firearm reported stolen from parked car After the first traffic stop in Rice Lake that morning for 'multiple reasons,' including a stop sign violation, the officer noticed signs of impairment. The driver allegedly admitted to recent THC and methamphetamine use and was subsequently arrested for the 7th OWI offense. Shortly after, around 12:10 p.m., another officer conducted a traffic stop for a seatbelt violation. The driver reportedly showed signs of impairment, and a K9 gave a positive alert on the vehicle. The second driver also admitted to recent methamphetamine use and was arrested for their 6th OWI offense. Officers also noted that methamphetamine was found in their vehicle. Two men from Romania arrested in Wisconsin for ATM skimmer operation 'Impaired drivers are out at all times of the day,' officers noted in the release. 'Please be responsible and safe.' Hardy, 36, was arrested Wednesday in Texas and charged with assault causes bodily injury family member, according to online records. TMZ was first to report the news. Records show that Hardy was taken into custody on 2:29 p.m. local time on Wednesday in Dallas County. Bond for his release had not been set as of Thursday morning. TMZ reports Hardy was due in court Thursday. No other details about the alleged incident have been revealed. Hardy has history as a violent offender. In 2014 while he played for Carolina Panthers, he was found guilty on two counts of domestic violence against his then-girlfriend. The conviction was later overturned after she failed to appear in court. Hardy also was arrested in 2016 on a charge of cocaine possession. Hardy was a star pass rusher in the NFL from 2010 to 2015. He received a second chance to play for the Dallas Cowboys after his domestic violence conviction was overturned. After his NFL career ended, Hardy transitioned to mixed martial arts and made two appearances on Dana White's Contender Series in 2018 before his UFC debut in January 2019. At the time, White defended Hardy's place in the UFC and was agitated when asked about his checkered past. Hardy posted a 4-5 record with one no contest in the UFC. He finished on a three-fight losing streak after being knocked out in all three of those losses. Hardy has since competed in boxing and bareknuckle boxing, suffering multiple knockouts.
