Taking to social media the TV presenter uploaded jaw-dropping snaps from a relaxation retreat in Ibiza.
In the Instagram pictures which she shared with her 289,000 followers, AJ wore a black crochet two-piece as she flashed the flesh.
Donning the glamorous look she wore a sunglasses teaming them up with gold earrings a string of necklaces.
She captioned the images: "Rested & sculpted The first ever @nobupilatesofficial retreat by @pilatesbymarsha was perfection @ibizabay."
AJ will certainly need her holiday after presenting the drama filled series of Celebrity Big Brother.
The season was full of tears, tantrums and dramas - even Hollywood icon Mickey Rourke was kicked out early.
Dance Mums JoJo Siwa, despite being the youngest in the group, was praised by fans for her "kindness and maturity" in the face of Mickey Rourke 's vile behaviour.
And she even found the time for her own introspection, bravely telling Big Brother - and the world - that she was struggling with her gender identity.
But one of the biggest dramas of the show was her relationship with Chris Hughes.
His and JoJo's 'are they, aren't they' friendship wasn't always well received from viewers- with some dubbing it "weird".
But it kept us all glued to our TV sets for every episode.
AJ Odudu reveals £4 secret to 'gorgeous glowing skin' and the beauty hack she swears by to be Big Brother ready
Chesney Hawkes also proved he was no one hit wonder and although coming across as a really nice guy got brought into some dramas of his own with Ella Rae Wise.
Danny Beard who had already made a big splash on shows including Britain's Got Talent and Ru Paul's Drag Race also joined the nice guy gang.
And they were also particularly hilarious during the perfect family challenge, when they assumed the role of the over-exhausted mum-of-five.
However, the biggest drama came from Mickey and he started as he meant to go on - offensively - when he grabbed and ogled host AJ Odudu before entering the house.
Soon enough, he was being rapped for a raft of homophobic, crude and downright dingy behaviour, including bragging he was going 'to vote the lesbian out real quick' in reference to JoJo, and making a vile sexual quip about Ella.
When he squared up to Chris, who'd jokingly side-eyed him in a challenge, warning him, 'Don't f***ing eyeball me. You c***' - Big Brother finally removed him from the house.
Sadly, the disgraced Hollywood star took no heed of Big Brother's warnings, and made no real attempts to embrace the experience or earn his reputed £500,000 pay packet.
And during all this - Coronation Street's Jack P Shepherd sat back, drank tea and then went on to the win the show.

How will this summer's transfer activity impact Dream Team in 2025/26?
HARDCORE Dream Team managers know that it's never too early to start planning. The dust has only just settled on the 2024/25 campaign but nothing drums up excitement for next season like the transfer window. Several deals concerning Premier League clubs have already been complete and the rumour mill promises many more fresh faces in the coming months. So how will this summer's transfer activity impact Dream Team in 2025/26? Matheus Cunha signed for Manchester United on June 1st and it will be interesting to see how popular he will be come Gameweek 1. The Brazilian forward averaged 8.2 points-per-game this season, a rate only bettered by Mohamed Salah and Erling Haaland, but his ownership stayed low (approximately 3%) throughout, not helped by some disciplinary issues. For all the Red Devils' problems in recent years, they remain one of the biggest and most supported clubs in the world. There's every chance Cunha will go from one of Dream Team's most underrated assets to one of the most selected individuals in the game. The 26-year-old may be joined at Old Trafford by Bryan Mbeumo. 6 The Cameroon international was nothing short of outstanding this season; he banked 337 points via 20 goals and 10 assists. Only Bruno Fernandes and Cole Palmer amassed more points among midfielders. However, Dream Team bosses will be aware that Man United have not qualified for Europe and so their players will have a relaxed schedule compared to counterparts at Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle, etc. Speaking of the newly-crowned champions, the Reds wasted no time in replacing Trent Alexander-Arnold with Jeremie Frimpong. There aren't many defenders more attack-minded than Real Madrid's new Galactico but the Dutch wing-back is one of them. A key player for Bayer Leverkusen under Xabi Alonso, Frimpong registered 63 goal involvements over the last three seasons! Whether he will be Liverpool's starting right-back in a back four remains to be seen but his attacking pedigree is likely to make him a popular man from the get-go. Arne Slot may acquire another Leverkusen gem in Florian Wirtz, if an astronomical fee can be agreed. The 22-year-old has racked up goals and assists for fun in the last two years and gaffers didn't shy away from backing him in Dream Team Euros last summer, when he impressed in tandem with Jamal Musiala for Germany. Adding a natural talent like Wirtz to this successful Liverpool team would certainly be a tempting prospect but he is likely to warrant a high starting price for Gameweek 1 if the transfer happens. Much like with Alexander-Arnold, Dream Team managers will be sad to see Kevin De Bruyne go - both players have provided lorry-loads of points in recent years. It will be very interesting to see what size waves a new-look Manchester City midfield will make in 2025/26. 6 If rumours are to be believed, Tijani Reijnders is on his way from Milan with Lyon winger Rayan Cherki said to be another target for Pep Guardiola. The former is an all-rounder in the middle of the park who has the attributes to be a keen bonus point collector while the latter is very much a final-third threat - he's coming off 32 goal involvements in 2024/25. Elsewhere, Liam Delap's switch to Chelsea is an intriguing one. The 22-year-old scored 12 goals in the top flight this term, a decent effort as the spearhead of an Ipswich outfit not equipped for the brutal demands of the Premier League. He can expect plenty more service at Stamford Bridge as the Blues ranked third for shots and xG in the league. Add in European commitments and Delap could score plenty but only if he establishes himself as the regular starting striker, which isn't guaranteed at this stage. 6 Gaffers may be spoiled for choice up top if Benjamin Sesko and/or Viktor Gyokeres arrive on these shores. Arsenal are keen on a proper No9 while Liverpool and Man United may also be interested in more firepower, depending on their other business. Gyokeres in particular has been obscenely prolific for Sporting CP having scored 97 goals in all competitions across the last two seasons! Dream Team managers will have new options between the sticks too. Caoimhin Kelleher will be Brentford's first-choice goalkeeper next season following his move from Anfield, with Mark Flekken having gone to Leverkusen. The Irishman averaged an impressive 5.3 points-per-game this season when Alisson was unavailable. He may be a busy boy in West London as Flekken was forced to make more saves (159) than anyone else this term. 6 A stone's throw away, Mike Maignan is being linked with a transfer to Chelsea. Enzo Maresca is desperate for a reliable keeper and France's No1 may fit the bill. Needless to say, we will take a closer look at the most notable new arrivals closer to the Gameweek 1 deadline.

Reality star reveals baby's adorable name after ‘brutal and overwhelming' first week as a mum
REALITY star Caggie Dunlop has revealed the name of her newborn daughter after becoming a mum for the first time. But the Made In Chelsea OG has also been frank with fans about her first week of motherhood, describing it as "brutal". 6 Caggie, 35, has admitted there has been plenty of tears after her birth to her daughter did not go according to plan. She also confirmed she and her boyfriend, whose name she is yet to share, have decided to call their daughter Lola Violet Liddell. Caggie had to stay in hospital for two days following Lola's birth and said she found life tough once they had returned home. Thankfully, the honest new mum has admitted things have started to improve. Caggie made her candid admission alongside a sweet photograph of herself and her boyfriend as they left hospital with Lola Violet. She described their baby girl as "tiny, but oh so mighty". Caggie wrote: "It's been a tender few days of sleepless nights and deep healing - physically, emotionally, psychologically. "Tears of overwhelming joy and love but also of exhaustion. "The hormone crash alone is enough to floor you, but then there's the spiritual expansion that is so great it takes your breath away. "In these first moments of motherhood, I've struggled to find words that truly capture it — but the one I come back to most is otherworldly." Crediting her team of midwives, Caggie continued: "My birth didn't go the way I'd planned but I believe I had the birth I was meant to have. "I was called to face my deepest fears - and divinely, I was graced with the most incredible midwives who held me through every moment. "They made me feel safe, I trusted them. I could cry just thinking about them now as they were real life angels that made would could have been a gruelling birth experience into an overall positive one. "This love is an all consuming and debilitating kind that brings you to your knees. I close my eyes and see her, I dream of her. I have nightmares of worry and confusion thinking I've lost her or imagined her. "I wake moments before she stirs to feed or cry. I'm not quite sure what I've become, but I know I'm not the same. "I think with the anxiety comes instinct, and the former gets a little less sharp and spikey each day." Caggie described the feeling of leaving hospital as "surreal and dreamlike". She has called the first five days of motherhood as "brutal", but added: "I feel like she is settling now which allows me to sleep more than 1 hour in a row! "And the cuddles are just the greatest thing. Trying to soak it all in, go easy on myself and remain in our new born bubble, I know it won't last forever." Caggie is a Made In Chelsea OG and starred in the E4 show for three series. She and her boyfriend discovered they were expecting their first child together in September but held off until February to announce their happy news. Caggie confirmed she had given birth earlier this week alongside some photographs that were taken during her pregnancy. "The initiation into motherhood has been unlike anything I could have imagined," she admitted at the time. "I'm just trying to keep my head above water. I'll share more in the coming days, but for now, we're deep in the 'newborn trenches,' as they say." 6 6 6

The 7 TV channels disappearing from all Virgin Media boxes in June as major station shuts down after 10 years
MILLIONS of Virgin TV customers are set to see big changes this week as seven TV channels are going to disappear forever – including one much loved reality station. The major shake-up could see users lose access to their favourite channels – including reality station ITVBe – in a behind the scenes revamp recently revealed by a Sky employee. From Friday, Virgin TV users will notice several channels have disappeared. Similar changes will affect Sky TV customers. There's no need to panic, with most stations being rebranded, not removed entirely. 2 What TV channels are changing? On Friday 6 June, Sky Romance will be replaced by SuperheroHD, although this name is set to be temporary. A day later (Saturday June 7) Sky Comedy HD will wave farewell and be replaced by PitchPerfectHD. These changes come after several other Sky channels were renamed on June 2. Sky Fairytale became Sky Family on Monday June 2, returning to its original name. Sky Karate Kid also got the chop, reverting back to Sky Action. Sky Pride will become Sky Drama HD. That's Dance is the new name for the popular That's Pride channel. The biggest shake up to schedules is the closure of ITVBe. What will happen to ITVBe? In a blow to reality TV lovers, ITV bosses confirmed to The Sun in April that ITVBe was being shut down. The switch off will take place on Friday after 11 years. There's good news, too. Favourite shows like The Only Way Is Essex and the Real Housewives moving to ITV2, to join Love Island 2025. The station will be replaced by a dedicated channel ITV Quiz. The new station will be the new home for Deal or No Deal, Wheel of Fortune, Tipping Point, Lingo, Tenable, and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? 2 Why are the channels being closed? The ITVBe switch off is all part of massive cost-cutting at ITV as bosses try to balance the books. Despite having huge hits like Love Island 2025, the broadcaster is struggling to compete with streaming services. The closure of ITVBe comes after the bombshell news that Lorraine Kelly's morning show would be cut to just 30 minutes. There are also dramatic changes to long-running lunchtime show Loose Women. ITV fans will need to stay tuned to see if there are any more changes to channels and programmes.
