It can help brighten your skin, add plumpness, and minimize discoloration. This wildly popular K-beauty product also uses hyaluronic acid to hydrate and glycolic acid to stimulate collagen production.
Phytosurgence Toasted Blushes when you're seeking beautiful earthy, nude tones that'll be a major upgrade for your makeup routine. Keep it light and subtle or build it up for a bolder look!

‘Color walking' is trending — here's everything you need to know

The walking trends are coming in thick and fast now that summer is approaching, and TikTok — as TikTok does — is sending each one stratospheric. If you haven't heard about it yet, put down your "hot girl walk," "silent walking," or the "Japanese walking method" for just a moment and join me in the latest TikTok fitness craze — "color walking." I use up way more of my journalistic time than I'd like slamming and damning the misleading (and sometimes downright nonsensical) wellness trends I see on TikTok. It can often feel like a relentless game of Whack-A-Mole — just when you think one has finally gone, another one springs up from nowhere. But color walking? I'm actually totally sold, to be honest. Here's what I learned from the TikTok color walking trend — and why you may benefit from trying it, too. The color walking technique is a great way to engage in National Walking Month, and because the benefits of walking are extensive, who wouldn't want to find more ways to make it more interesting, too? Dale Orton, head of photo culture and quality at nature-inspired photography company CEWE, who champions walking in nature, says: Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. 'Color walking is similar to many mindfulness practices and grounding techniques, such as deep breathing, naming categories and the 5-4-3-2-1 sensory experience, which aim to ease anxiety and help you feel more aware of your surroundings. These techniques help to anchor your thoughts and bring you back to the present moment.' He adds that you can experience the same effect with color walking — simply focus on a specific color while you walk to draw attention away from overthinking or distractions. 'It also trains your eyes to notice the small details, which heightens sensory awareness,' he says. 'Equally, we know that taking photos of nature can also help focus the mind, so combining your color walking and stopping to take photos can have double the benefit.' Orton suggests five tips if you plan to color walk. Here are a few things I noticed besides colors. Given that I was heading to my local park for this exercise, I decided not to go with green — my initial intention. Instead, I chose a color I'd have to look harder to find, which I thought could help improve my focus and prevent distractions. I landed on blue. Those walking near me probably wondered why I was standing in a field staring at the sky, but hey, we move. First, I watched how the clouds moved and interacted with the blue sky tucked away behind them; I felt…peaceful. Like the feeling after a big exhale when you've been holding your breath. I then walked around and looked for other blues that were less obvious — the color of a T-shirt (warning, don't stare at people for longer than is socially acceptable) or the orange and blue of a ball clutched between the spit-slick jaws of a panting puppy. It made me present in the moment and feel calmer in my mind. I get it, we don't all have time for long or leisurely walks whenever we feel like it, but you can benefit from even just 10 minutes of color walking. This wasn't a step tracking exercise, so I switched my phone to silent (a bit like when I tried silent walking), took out my earphones and removed my Apple Watch. Free from my self-imposed tech shackles, I explored and spent longer walking (and observing) than I would have done if I'd dutifully trotted out my regular walking route. Naturally, and without checking, I'm pretty sure I clocked up more steps. But that's not the point. Instead of going through the rhythms of my daily routine, I was actually noticing things for the first time, and I found it very soothing and enjoyable. If you're looking for a pair of the best running shoes you can wear for long walks, too, these sneakers are super cushioned and comfy. I regularly choose them for runs and walks! With my tech switched off, I could switch off. Anyone who knows me knows that I am chaotic by my very nature — a 5'2" hurricane of clumsy golden retriever energy and topic-hopping chat. I've also, and I know many people can relate, had a bit of a tough start to the year. During these mentally trickier months, my daily walks have been less about the physical benefits (hello rucking) and more about building mental stamina and finding some peace of mind. And so for once, I found myself genuinely relaxing and switching off my brain. Not for long — the worries and anxieties of the day ahead would still creep in, but just before I began floating off toward them, I'd then refocus my brain on the color blue and find myself re-anchored and tethered. I haven't found many of these mindfulness exercises work for me in life — if someone recommends 'traditional' meditation to me again, I won't be held responsible for my actions — but this one did. I enjoyed seeking out the color, observing how it interacted with its surroundings, then panning out to the object itself, how it moved, or how things moved around it. Simple, free to do and endlessly meditative. Tick, tick, tick. I honestly believe there are benefits for everyone with color walking, and it's a wellness trend I finally don't mind TikTok blowing up. If, for whatever reason, colors don't work for you, I recommend trying sounds instead. Try to choose one beforehand — like bird song — and listen for it wherever you go. If you fancy entering a trance-like state the next time you go walking, try a color walk. Trust me!

Jon Jones Offers Cryptic Update on Heavyweight Title Unification

Jon Jones Offers Cryptic Update on Heavyweight Title Unification originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The UFC heavyweight division has been frozen in place for months, with no clear path forward and no official word from Dana White. Fans and media alike have waited patiently as speculation swirled—would the UFC strip its reigning champion due to inactivity, or would a long-awaited unification bout finally be made official? This week, Jon Jones offered a glimpse behind the curtain that suggests movement is happening behind the scenes, even if it's only incremental. Advertisement A recent video posted by TikTok user fynnwg and later shared by Parry Punch on X (formerly Twitter) captured what appeared to be a candid Q&A session with the reigning champion. In the clip, Jones was directly asked about fighting interim champion Tom Aspinall. Rather than deflect, he delivered a response that hinted at progress: 'The UFC, I and Tom, we all got a lot of stuff happening behind the scenes... Right now, Tom and I have agreed to wait for the UFC to make their announcements. So I legally can't really talk about it.' The tone marks a clear shift from Jones' previous online comments, where he often seemed dismissive of an Aspinall matchup. Now, there appears to be genuine coordination between both fighters and the promotion on how to move forward. Jon JonesGetty Images While the champion's remarks may not confirm a date or venue, they do breathe life back into the title picture. Still, until Dana White and the UFC make it official, it remains just talk. But at least now, the wait feels slightly more hopeful and less uncertain than it did before. 35 Game-Changing Beauty Products

Laneige's Neo Blurring Powder to absorb oil and blur pores so effectively that you'll be like, "Oh ... witchcraft??" Might be the only explanation for how this can matte-ify your complexion while still keeping it radiant and glowy ✨. Clinique Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm in Black Honey that you're definitely going to want to stock up on *now*, before TikTokers go feral again (guilty as charged). This cult-classic, lightweight, slightly glossy shade is beyond "holy grail" status — it matches skin tones so beautifully that I'm personally starting to suspect witchcraft, after seeing so many TikToks of it subtly transforming entire beauty looks with just a few swipes. Mighty Patch Nose Patches for overnight use to help kick "nose gunk" to the curb — this extra-large hydrocolloid patch helps lift sebum to reduce the appearance of pimples, pores, and oil. You can even see all the satisfyingly gross evidence for yourself when you pull it off in the a.m. 👀. Catrice "Instant Awake" Under Eye Brightener, which became the internet's holy grail — now in four shades! — for concealing and brightening dark circles under your eyes so fast that everyone's old concealers are doing double takes. This lightweight color-adapting formula is designed for truly ~invisible~ coverage that makes a drastic difference. And a firming eye cream that uses vitamin C, vitamin E, rose hip seed oil, and hibiscus flower extract to brighten and firm that sensitive skin around your eyes and neck not just on a day-to-day basis, but a long-term one, too. MagicMinerals AirBrush Foundation, which lives up to its name and THEN some — one quick spray of the foundation on the included brush, and it glides so smoothly and subtly over your skin texture that you'll feel like a makeup artist did it for you. Reviewers in their thirties, forties, and up especially swear by this lightweight but effective formula, and love that it's ridiculously easy to use. Olay Super Serum Body Wash that will make anyone with dry or dull skin REJOICE — this is packed with niacinamide, shea butter, and collagen peptides to nourish your skin for 24-hour hydration that will make you feel ~luminous~. (Psst — this is the body wash version of their TikTok-famous, super effective facial Super Serum, so you KNOW they mean business.) A deliciously soothing, super gentle Briotech spray reviewers compare to the pricier Tower 28 SOS Spray. It's similarly designed with hypochlorous acid, which targets bacteria that causes acne, skin irritation, and blemishes *without* drying your skin. Reviewers swear by this handy little spray for helping not just with acne, but rosacea, eczema, dryness, dermatitis (scalp included!), and even toenail fungus. E.l.f's Lash XTNDR Tubing Mascara, a GODSEND for anyone with thin or fragile lashes. This uses lightweight ~tubing~ technology to wrap around lashes and give them a natural-looking, smudge-proof extension so good it almost looks fake. The real boon, though, is how easily the "tubes" slide off in clean, easy swipes at the end of the day when you're washing your face — absolutely no smudging, over-scrubbing, or special eye makeup removal products required. And E.l.f.'s Pro Eyelash Curler, aka your secret lash weapon — mascaras are all well and good, but this contoured, gentle, super effective curler is what is gonna get you that BIG lash drama your eyeballs crave. Londontown "Nail Veil" Protectant, which is designed not only to protect your nails, but to act as a sheer tint to enhance their natural look. It's basically "no makeup makeup," but for your fingernails. L'Oréal Paris BB Cream, a FAST-acting, anti-redness moisturizer with results that feel like legitimate magic — especially considering its competitor, the Dr Jart+ Cicapair Color Correcting Cream, is over twice as expensive. Reviewers especially love this as a base for their makeup, because it leaves skin super soft and primed. Kuumba Made's $11 Vanilla Bean fragrance roll-on and Golden Sky roll-on — the first is a "true vanilla" that layers with other scents like a dream, whereas Golden Sky is a truly decadent blend of vanilla, rose, and amber that does all the layering for you. These are potent, super long-lasting, and decadently delicious ... hence why TikTok keeps selling them out 😬. The Face Shop's Rice Water Bright Foaming Facial Cleanser, a gentle, cult-fave Korean beauty product reviewers swear by as an alternative to the pricey Tatcha Rice Wash. This hydrating cleanser removes waterproof makeup and sunscreen with ease, has an ohhhh-so-satisfying lather, and leaves skin moisturized after use. A bottle of sulfate-free biotin shampoo that thousands of reviewers swear by for helping restore their hair and promote healthy hair growth over time. It also includes nourishing ingredients like rosemary oil, zinc, and coconut oil to help moisturize locks and give them a fuller, more volumized look. Lumify Eye Drops, a product so beloved by TikTok that despite being more $$ than other brands, it's the number one selling brand on Amazon right now. Reviewers swear by this for instant reduction in redness in their eyes, with visible differences within a minute of use. An "Exfoliate & Glow" premium scrub mitt for that oh-so-squeaky clean sensation that comes with sloughing off dead skin. No, for real — one reviewer saw all the dead skin left in their shower floor and dubbed themselves a "Lizard Person" after shedding it. This is great for helping even out skin texture and tone, preventing ingrown hairs, calming keratosis pilaris, and removing self-tanner, too! Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Mist Oil for an *instant* and long-lasting dry skin fix — this blend of vitamin E and jojoba oil is designed to moisturize, soothe, and restore skin, and do it REAL quick and easy for those of us who don't have time for a whole song and dance of a body moisturizing routine. Wonderskin Wonder Blading Brow Styler Gel designed with a flexible hold clear gel for a natural, polished brow with a little extra ~vavoom~. The brush is even double-sided with different bristle lengths — one for styling, and one for coating and lifting! Biodance's TikTok-beloved Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask for an overnight ~refresh~ to help firm skin, boost elasticity, and minimize pores. Reviewers mention noticing a visible difference even after one use! You are about to become the definition of "I woke up like this" ✨. Mixsoon's Bean Essence, a TikTok-beloved K-beauty staple for exfoliating and hydrating that anyone chasing the ~glass skin~ look will want to know about immediately. You can use this as a low-maintenance, high results exfoliant by massaging it into your skin two to three times a week for a smoother, brighter, more even complexion. A Benzene-free, travel-friendly applicator of I Dew Care's dry shampoo powder so easy to use that you can just dab it on your hairline and rub it in for an instant, oil-absorbing refresh. Now your "no wash" days are a secret that you and your roots will never tell 👀. Glossmetics' Lychee Overnight Lip Mask, a Laneige or Tatcha alternative that's already a cult-fave in the making — you can wear this non-stick, ultra glossy lip shine during the day or overnight as a lip treatment to help hydrate, soften, and condition your lips. Not to mention you will taste *delectable* all day and night (just ask the many lychee martinis I have downed on this here earth!). Anua Heartleaf 77 Soothing Toner reviewers going for the "glass skin" look swear by — this underrated but impactful toner helps calm and refresh your complexion by balancing your skin's pH level and helping it better absorb all your lovely skincare products, no matter how hard the sun is trying to dry you out. A pack of cult-favorite Clean Skin Club Clean Towels — these ultra-soft, chemical-free disposable towels are ideal for drying your face or pairing with a makeup remover or face wash to gently remove makeup at the end of the day. A lot of folks with sensitive skin *swear* by these, particularly because it helps prevent exposing their skin to bacteria that may collect in ordinary reusable towels. Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Milky Leave-In Conditioner to not only defrizz your hair, soften it, and protect it from heat, but to leave you smelling like the oh-so-scrumptious, wildly-beloved Cheirosa 62 "sunshine" fragrance — you know, that pistachio, jasmine, and vanilla scent that has the OG Bum Bum Cream and Hair & Body Mists constantly on the verge of selling out. Naked Sundays CabanaClear SPF 50 Water Gel Serum with an ultra-hydrating, "invisible" blend so absorbent and so good at playing nice with makeup that it'll feel like you never put it on in the first place. If you are serious about protecting your skin, this holy grail SPF-packed base layer is the way to go. A dark spot–removing soap bar you might want to try if you're dealing with sensitive skin or hyperpigmentation — this affordable alternative to $$ creams on the market is formulated not only with hyaluronic acid to protect your skin's moisture barrier, but a blend of vitamin C, retinol, collagen, and turmeric to help brighten and soothe skin. Aloderma Organic Aloe Vera Gel for your WHOLE body — this packs such an "all-purpose" moisturizing, skin-calming punch that reviewers swear by it for everything from healing cracked, dry skin to helping calm rosacea and sunburns to tackling dandruff that even prescription meds wouldn't touch. GO LITTLE MOISTURIZER GO!! Arishine's Reusable Magnetic Eyeliner and Lashes Kit that lets you skip the hassle of cheap glue or expensive salon extensions — this comes with an eyeliner with ultra-fine magnetic particles that connect the lashes, making it so easy to use that it's converting regular fake lash wearers left and right. Reviewers love that these stay PUT and can be reused over and over with the proper care. A bottle of Nyx matte setting spray for anyone who wants the all-day protection of MAC and Urban Decay's setting sprays without the price tag — this matte finish will lock your look in place in just a few seconds, even on days when the sun is trying to melt you like an ice pop. Thank Me Later Eyeshadow Base to make anyone with oily skin REJOICE!! This formula locks eyeshadow in place to prevent the pigments from creasing or smudging, which is a very rude thing for your eyeshadow to do after you've worked so darn hard on it. A bottle of callus-removing gel so effective at sloughing off dead, hardened skin that one reviewer described it as, "Horrifically satisfying." It's also super easy — you presoak your feet, apply for five minutes, and rub a pumice stone or foot file on the calluses and corns to watch them effortlessly slide off. PanOxyl Antimicrobial Hydrating Acne Creamy Wash, the gentler version of the OG foaming wash. This sensitive skin-friendly formula effectively clears up bacteria that causes acne on your face *and* body, helping clear and unclog pores so your skin can ~thrive~. Reviewers swear by this both for clearing up existing acne, and preventing more blemishes! A beautifully packaged, travel-friendly Touchland Power Mist hydrating hand sanitizer for anyone who's like "mindfully practicing health and safety, but make it fashion." Unlike other sanitizer sprays, it's infused with aloe vera to keep your skin hydrated and has the most luxurious floral scents.
