
Closing Bell: Saudi main index rebounds to close at 11,586
RIYADH: Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share Index rebounded on Tuesday, as it gained 37.74 points or 0.33 percent to close at 11,586.40.
The total trading turnover of the main index was SR5.41 billion ($1.44 billion), with 101 stocks advancing and 136 declining.
The Kingdom's parallel market, Nomu, edged down by 1.24 percent to close at 28,281.76.
The MSCI Tadawul Index gained 8.09 points to 1,474.60.
The best-performing stock on the benchmark index was Saudi Fisheries Co. The firm's share price increased by 10 percent to SR112.20.
The share price of AlJazira REIT also rose by 9.91 percent to SR15.52.
Alistithmar AREIC Diversified REIT Fund also saw its stock price increase by 9.90 percent to SR8.77.
Conversely, the share price of Jahez International Co. for Information System Technology declined by 3.33 percent to SR27.55.
On the announcements front, Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. revealed that its net profit for the first quarter of this year reached SR100.1 million, representing a rise of 29.32 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
Compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, Aldrees' net profit increased by 6.94 percent.
In a press statement, Aldrees attributed the rise in profit to higher sales from the company's petrol and transport division.
The share price of Aldrees edged up by 1.81 percent to SR135.
In a Tadawul statement, the Saudi National Bank said that its net profit for the first three months of this year witnessed a year-on-year rise of 19.48 percent to reach SR6.02 billion.
The financial institution said that the rise in profit was driven by a 7.56 percent rise in operating revenue during the first quarter compared to the same period of the previous year.
The stock price of SNB increased by 3.98 percent to SR35.25.

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share Index closed lower on Thursday, falling 164.08 points, or 1.49 percent, to end the session at 10,840.94. Trading turnover on the main index reached SR5.34 billion ($1.42 billion), with only 14 stocks recording gains while 238 declined. The Kingdom's parallel market, Nomu, also saw a downturn, losing 425.57 points, or 1.56 percent, to close at 26,798.14. A total of 28 stocks advanced while 63 retreated. The MSCI Tadawul 30 Index slipped 13.42 points, or 0.95 percent, to finish at 1,392.04. SEDCO Capital REIT Fund emerged as the session's best performer, with its share price rising 0.88 percent to SR6.85. Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. followed with a 0.71 percent gain to SR19.84, while Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. rose 0.67 percent to SR15.10. On the downside, Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. recorded the steepest loss, falling 9.15 percent to SR26.30. AYYAN Investment Co. dropped 7.35 percent to SR12.60, and Al Taiseer Group Talco Industrial Co. declined 7.26 percent to SR40.85. On the announcements front, the Saudi National Bank announced plans to issue US dollar-denominated notes under its Euro Medium-Term Note Program. According to a Tadawul filing, the issuance will be conducted through a special purpose vehicle and will be offered to eligible investors in Saudi Arabia and globally. The bank has appointed Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC, DBS Bank Ltd., Emirates NBD Bank P.J.S.C., Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Mashreqbank psc, and Mizuho International plc as joint lead managers and book-runners. SNB Capital Co., SMBC Bank International plc, and Standard Chartered were also mandated. The proceeds from the offering will be used to enhance Tier 2 capital, support general corporate purposes, and advance SNB's strategic goals. Final terms of the issuance will be determined based on market conditions. SNB shares edged up 0.14 percent to close at SR34.70. Meanwhile, Yaqeen Capital Co. announced it has deposited proceeds from the sale of fractional shares following a recent capital increase. A total of 308 shares were sold, generating SR3,451.76, with an average price of SR11.23 per share. The proceeds have been distributed to eligible shareholders via their investment-linked accounts.

Saudi stock market reopens with 1.4% jump after Eid holiday
Saudi Gazette report RIYADH — The Saudi stock market resumed trading on Wednesday following the Eid Al-Adha holiday with a strong rally, as the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) jumped by 155.53 points, or 1.4 percent, to close at 11,160 points. Total traded value reached SR1 billion. Saudi Aramco, the index's largest component by weight, gained 1.6 percent to reach SR25.20. In the energy and industrial sectors, Al-Masafi rose 1.6 percent to SR63.20, while Bahri (National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia) climbed 1.3 percent to SR31.00. In the basic materials sector, SABIC and Ma'aden both advanced nearly 2 percent, closing at SR56.30 and SR51.60 respectively. The banking sector saw strong momentum as Al Rajhi Bank rose 1.7 percent to SR94.90, SNB (National Commercial Bank) climbed 2.6 percent to SR35.15, and Riyad Bank surged 3 percent to post-holiday gains reflect renewed investor confidence in the Saudi economy, buoyed by strong performance in heavyweight stocks across energy, industry, and finance.

Yaqeen Capital signs agreement with Al Mozaini to arrange listing on Nomu
Yaqeen Capital signed on June 4 an agreement with Hamad & Ahmed Al Mozaini Real Estate Co. to arrange the initial public offering (IPO) of its shares and subsequent listing on the parallel market – Nomu. In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the offering and listing of shares will go through several phases, starting from the signing date of the agreement and continuing until obtaining approvals from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the actual listing of the shares on Nomu. For More IPOs Yaqeen will generate financial revenues from this agreement, depending on the progress of the various stages, obtaining CMA approval, and the successful completion of the offering and listing. Upon completion of all stages, the revenues generated from the transaction will exceed 5% of Yaqeen Capital's total revenues, based on the latest audited annual financials for 2024, the statement added.
