Jo khud se pyar karne ki khoobsurati thi vo achi lagi..maine kaha inko lelo (So I told Ramesh Sippy that this is a new boy. Judging by his voice, he will do a great job. 'Sitaare Zameen Par' box office collection day 5 (LIVE): The Aamir Khan starrer inches towards Rs 70 crore after seeing a drop on Monday
Aamir Khan 's 'Sitaare Zameen Par' which released on Friday, June 20 picked up extremely well over the weekend with positive word of mouth. But as expected it saw a major drop on Monday. But now how it sustains all through the week will play a huge role in determining the film's fate. 'Sitaare Zameen Par' though, has surpassed expectations and despite being a niche film and not like a 'Ghajini' or 'Dangal', the film has managed to create a dent at the box office. Sitaare Zameen Par Movie Review On Friday, the film collected Rs 10.7 crore. Meanwhile, on Saturday, it saw a growth of around 88.79 percent and made Rs 20.2 crore. On Sunday, it saw a further jump of 34.90 percent according to Sacnilk and made Rs 27.25 crore. From that, the film saw a major drop on Monday and made Rs 8.5 crore. Now even Tuesday, has begun on a similar note as Monday and one expects the movie to sustain the same as that number. Up till Tuesday afternoon, it had made Rs 1.41 crore. The total collection of the movie now stands at Rs 68.06 crore. It's expected to cross Rs 75 crore by the end of the day. The film is doing better in multiplexes than single screens. According to Box Office India, 'Sitaare Zameen Par' has also done well in territories like Rajasthan and Gujarat where usually Aamir films don't do well. So, it's an encouraging sign. But one hopes that it continues to hold well all through the week and also on the second weekend. On May 27, Kajol starrer 'Maa' releases, which is a mythological horror film. It may give competition to 'Sitaare Zameen Par' if it garners good reviews. Day wise collection of the film Day 1 [1st Friday] ₹ 10.7 Cr Day 2 [1st Saturday] ₹ 20.2 Cr Day 3 [1st Sunday] ₹ 27.25 Cr Day 4 [1st Monday] ₹ 8.5 Cr Day 5 [1st Tuesday] ₹ 1.41 Cr ** - Total ₹ 68.06 Cr

Ahead of the global theatrical release of the much-anticipated Formula 1-themed film starring Brad Pitt, Hot Wheels has unveiled a collector's dream - a limited-edition 1:64 scale die-cast car inspired by the fictional APXGP team featured in the movie. The special edition miniature is based on the car driven by Pitt's character, Sonny Hayes, in 'F1 The Movie', and will go on sale on June 24 and the film hits international theatres on June 25, 2025. Finished in an authentic black and gold livery with Hayes' racing number seven, the die-cast model mirrors the sleek design of the APXGP Formula 1 car from the movie. It includes a moulded driver's helmet, three sets of official Pirelli tyres, a tyre storage rack, and comes encased in a collector-grade 'Kar Keepers' clamshell case for display. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Hot Wheels (@hotwheelsofficial) This release continues Hot Wheels' growing involvement with Formula 1 following last year's multi-year licensing agreement with the sport. Two previous product pre-orders under this partnership sold out rapidly, underscoring the strong demand from both collectors and motorsport fans. Priced at 30 pounds or Rs. 3,500, the APXGP scale model offers something for motorsport enthusiasts, pop culture aficionados, and collectors alike. F1 The Movie stars Brad Pitt as Sonny Hayes, a once-promising F1 talent of the 1990s whose career was derailed by a devastating crash. Decades later, he's called back to the grid by his former teammate-turned-team owner Ruben Cervantes (played by Javier Bardem), to help rescue the struggling APXGP team. Hayes is paired with rising star Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) as he seeks redemption, battles inner demons, and races for legacy in a sport where even teammates are rivals. Directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick), the upcoming Apple Original Films production is backed by producer Jerry Bruckheimer, Plan B Entertainment, and seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton through his Dawn Apollo Films banner. The film was produced in collaboration with Formula 1 itself.
