Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have painfully awkward reunion two years after shock split
Kyle Richards and her estranged husband Maurico Umansky endured a painfully awkward reunion on Thursday two years after their shock separation.
The pair shared a frosty hug as they arrived at Cipriani restaurant in Beverly Hills to celebrate their daughter Alexia's 29th birthday.
Richards, 56, who has been long rumored to be in a lesbian romance with Morgan Wade, showcased her toned arms in a black sleeveless top over a black leather skirt.
She wore black high heel mules and carried a black bag, accessorizing with large gold and diamond earrings.
The reality star wore natural looking makeup and pulled her long, brunette locks back into a ponytail.
Umansky, 54, looked relaxed in a gray button down shirt over a pair of tight fitting gray jeans and distressed brown leather high top sneakers.
Although they separated in 2023, Richards and Umansky have tried to remain friends and put on a united front for their children.
Alexia and her fiancé, Jake Zingerman, celebrated their engagement with a huge party three weeks ago, with both beaming parents in attendance.
Kyle seems to be enjoying getting to know herself since her separation.
In spite of rumors of a romance with her friend Wade, the influencer has not been seen on dates with anyone publicly.
Umansky, however, has been seen in the company of several beautiful women since the split, including models Nikita Kahn, about 34, and Klaudia K, 33.
Fans worried that Richards might not be part of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills family any more had their concerns abated when creator Andy Cohen let it slip she would be in front of the cameras for season 15.
'Kyle is coming back,' the Bravolebrity revealed while he was co-hosting Jenna & Friends with Jenna Bush Hager on Today June 13.
'I don't know if I'm supposed to announce that, but she is.'
He also hinted that Sutton Stracke, Bozoma Saint John, Jennifer Tilly and Richards sister Kathy Hilton would also be part of the crew.
Fashion designer Rachel Zoe will be a newcomer for season 15.
'Now, the great thing is she legitimately knows Boz, Sutton, Jennifer Tilly, Kathy Hilton. So, she knows them and she's in that universe. She's going to fit right in perfectly.' he said of the new addition.
Production on RHOBH season 15 has not begun yet.

Awkward moment fan's drink explodes over Livvy Dunne after he dropped it while giving her a hug
Former LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne made a splash at Fanatics Fest on Friday. The 22-year-old was doused in Sprite as she arrived at the event's second instalment, which brings a host of celebrities and sports fans to New York City. Tom Brady, Russell Wilson, Stephen A. Smith, Jaxson Dart and Peyton Manning were also among the star-studded attendees on Friday. But none had a more unfortunate start to their day than Dunne, who was filmed hugging a man after arriving in New York. He was holding a can of Sprite and, unfortunately for the former gymnast, the man let go of the drink while embracing Dunne. After the can hit the floor, it sent the soft drink spraying in all directions - including over Dunne. Dunne shocked social media when she appeared to make a sexual reference earlier on Friday Thankfully, however, Dunne - who was wearing blue jeans and a white sleeveless top - saw the funny side. She even apologized for her role in the chaos. It wasn't the first time on Friday that Dunne had gone viral. Earlier, the ex-gymnast sent social media into a spin after appearing to make a steamy sexual reference about herself and actress Madelyn Cline. It came after a user on X described the upcoming College World Series between LSU and Coastal Carolina as the 'Madelyn Cline vs Livvy Dunne Bowl', given the pair's previous education at the rival schools. The fairly innocent comment was then taken deep into left-field by Dunne, who surprisingly replied: 'Gooner World Series'. Fans were immediately left stunned by the apparent sexual reference posted by the gymnastics icon, with one writing: 'This can't be real.' Another added, 'had to check three times that this wasn't a parody account,' while a third noted: 'She get hacked???'

Duchess of Sussex announces launch of own wine
New products from the Duchess of Sussex's lifestyle brand have sold out in just a few hours, as she also announced she is also launching her own wine. The rose, described as having 'soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish', on her As Ever website, will be available to buy next month. The new range of food items that went on sale on Friday included a 'limited edition orange blossom honey' at a cost of 28 dollars (£20). Also available were an apricot spread in 'keepsake packaging', and a crepe mix, both £10 each, flower sprinkles for £11 and a range of different herbal teas at £9 for a box of 12 sachets. The new range went on sale at 4pm UK time, and had all sold out by just before 8pm. Meanwhile, a message on the homepage of the As Ever site read: 'Our debut Napa Valley rose is launching just in time for summer entertaining. 'With soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish, this bespoke blend is launching just in time for summer entertaining, and will be available for purchase on July 1st.' In an Instagram post at the same time as the new products went live, the California-based duchess wrote: 'Yummies, and honeys, and fruit spreads, oh my!' Meghan had promised some 'delicious surprises' as she teased, earlier this week, that she would be offering some new products on the site. She previously said the original April launch had been 'absolutely extraordinary'. But she also spoke of her fear that she annoyed customers when the first batch of her jam and herbal teas sold out in less than an hour. She said wanted to wait until it is 'completely stable and we have everything we need'. In the run-up to her re-stock, Meghan shared a photo of jam-making preparations including bowls of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, and freshly squeezed lemons, on her Instagram stories, writing: ''June gloom?' Not over here! Because this month your favourite products are back.' Her official As Ever account also posted: 'To all who've been wondering and waiting, thank you!
