Rubio, speaking ahead of an informal meeting of foreign ministers in Turkey, said the United States wants to see progress made in the next couple of days, adding there was no military solution to the conflict.

The minister highlighted the successful implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) with the consensus of all states and the increase in states' share of tax revenue from 32% to 41-42%.
