Coastal town Penzance's iconic Wharfside Shopping Centre has already opened a wave of brand-new independent businesses in recent months.
And the ambitious project has even more exciting openings on the horizon.
It comes as tourism across Cornwall is hoping for a big comeback after visitor numbers across the beachside county sunk to a 10-year-low.
A whopping £30million has been injected into Penzance as part of its revamp initiative.
Wharfside has already welcomed Cork & Fork restaurant and wine bar to its list of new locations as part of the coastal town upgrade.
The family-run business serves up fresh produce and seafood from local farms.
Two more diners are now set to be added to the mall's résumé - and they will serve up Thai food and pizza respectively.
Thai Moon is set to open its doors, serving up authentic cuisine to attract tourists and locals alike.
Meanwhile Fred's Microbrewery will dish out fresh pizzas and authentic micro-brewed ales when it opens up in the near future.
European beach city reveals new £319million seaside attraction to open
Wharfside Shopping Centre has been open for business since 1999.
For years it was a bustling hub of well known chain stores in Penzance, and hosted a few independent stores and eateries.
But coming up to 2019 and 2020, the mall became "rundown", with many shops shutting down for good and leaving the once popular hotspot.
Since last year, the shopping centre has started to benefit from an ambitious facelift.
Independent stores and new restaurants pop up frequently amid the flashy overhaul.
The Wharfside PZ website said that the £30million investment would allow the area to "thrive and flourish further".
They said: "We're proud to be a part of this success.
"In fact, we've played an active role in transforming our town's retail fortunes."

The shopping hub's site explained that since 2020, they had been planning to "encourage independent businesses to choose our centre".
Wharfside added: "The effect has been transformative on the centre and played its part in spreading a growing 'PZ positive' message across the town."
The mall also hosts a range of other stores including Beautique Beauty Salon, Card Factory, Freddie's Proper Sweets, Helly's Bistro, HS Functional Fitness, Hunter and Walsh Hairdressers, and Iceland Frozen Foods.
And it boasts a prime location just a short distance from Harbourside Car Park - the biggest in Penzance - as well as train and bus stations.
Easy access is available too, since the mall has several escalators and spacious lifts.
It comes after a "crumbling" coastal town with a "dying" town centre was reportedly set to have a £20million makeover.
The Essex seaside town has been dubbed the "worst place to live in the UK" and is one of the most deprived areas nationwide.

Trump 'gold card' is open for business. Waitlist is open

Trump has said that he is not seeking approval from Congress as he is not providing gold card buyers with citizenship - only a path to citizenship. The path to citizenship requirements for card buyers are unclear and White House officials have said more details will be provided soon. The most common path to U.S. citizenship through naturalization is being a lawful permanent resident for at least five years. It requires the applicant to be least 18 years old when they apply, be able to read, write, and speak basic English (depending on age) and be of "good moral character." Trump has described the card, which he has also dubbed the Trump card, as "somewhat like a green card, but at a higher level of sophistication." "FOR FIVE MILLION $DOLLARS, THE TRUMP CARD IS COMING!," President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social on June 11. "Thousands have been calling and asking how they can sign up to ride a beautiful road in gaining access to the Greatest Country and Market anywhere in the World." The website shows an image of the gold-colored card, emblazoned with a likeness of Trump's face, and asks a few questions including name, region, email address and if an applicant is applying for themselves or as a business. The new website asks interested people to fill out a form that specifies eight regions: Europe, Asia (including Middle East), North America, Oceania, Central America, South America, Caribbean and Africa. Other countries also offer immigration programs that offers permanent residency or citizenship to foreign investors in exchange for investment. Portugal, for example, offers residency and a path to EU citizenship after five years. When he first floated the idea in February, Trump said the card would replace the "EB-5" immigrant investor green card visa program, The EB-5 visa allows immigrant investors the option to invest between $800,000 and $1.05 million to obtain a green card. The investment money is used to help create or preserve U.S. jobs. "Wealthy people will be coming into our country by buying this card," Trump said in February. "They'll be wealthy, and they'll be successful, and they'll be spending a lot of money, and paying a lot of taxes and employing a lot of people." "It's a road to citizenship for people and essentially people of wealth or people of great talent where people of wealth pay for those people of talent to get in," he said. Porn Britannia, Xi's absence & no more lonely hearts?

OnlyFans is giving the Treasury what it wants – but should we be concerned? 'OnlyFans,' writes Louise Perry, 'is the most profitable content subscription service in the world.' Yet 'the vast majority of its content creators make very little from it'. So why are around 4 per cent of young British women selling their wares on the site? 'Imitating Bonnie Blue and Lily Phillips – currently locked in a competition to have sex with the most men in a day – isn't pleasant.' OnlyFans gives women 'the sexual attention and money of hundreds and even thousands of men'. The result is 'a cascade of depravity' that Perry wouldn't wish on her worst enemy. In business terms, however, OnlyFans is a 'staggering success', according to economics editor Michael Simmons. 'Britain's sex industry brings in far more to the economy than politicians are comfortable admitting'; OnlyFans might just be Britain's most profitable tech start-up. 'If we are going to wage a moral war on porn,' Simmons argues, 'we should at least be honest about what we're sacrificing.' Louise and Michael joined the podcast to discuss further (1:21). Next: could Xi Jinping's time be up? Historian Francis Pike writes about the unusual absence of China's President Xi. China-watchers have detected some subtle differences from the norm in Chinese media, from fewer official references to Xi to changes in routine politburo meetings. So, could Xi Jinping be forced to step down? And if so, who is on manoeuvres and why? Francis joined the podcast alongside former diplomat Kerry Brown, professor of China Studies at King's College London (22:31). And finally: is the era of the lonely hearts ad coming to an end? Tony Whitehead provides his notes on lonely hearts columns this week, writing about how, 330 years after they first appeared in print in Britain, they may soon disappear. Francesca Beauman – who literally wrote the book on the subject, Shapely Ankle Preferr'd – and Mark Mason join the podcast to provide their favourite examples, from the serious to the humorous (35:13). Hosted by William Moore and Lara Prendergast. Produced by Patrick Gibbons.

Fresh Florian Wirtz transfer talks emerge as Leverkusen eye Liverpool star

Liverpool are already making moves in the transfer market as they seek more star power to bolster Arne Slot's title-winning squad ahead of the upcoming 2025-26 campaign Liverpool mean business in the summer transfer window. And after swiftly securing a replacement for the outgoing Trent Alexander-Arnold, the Reds are now closing in on a British record transfer. Arne Slot and Co are in a strong position after winning the Premier League and will be out to defend their domestic crown. The Dutchman will be given the funds to strengthen the squad after predominantly working with the same group of players he inherited from Jurgen Klopp last summer. ‌ While the focus is on incomings, a number of outgoings are expected, too. Darwin Nunez could be the biggest name to depart with Liverpool weighing up a move for a new No.9. ‌ With things heating up, Mirror Football rounds up all the latest transfer news and gossip from in and around Anfield... READ MORE: Fresh Wirtz talks We're getting closer to a deal but talks between Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen are ongoing over the finer details of the monstrous package that will see Florian Wirtz head to Anfield. The Reds will not be meeting the £126million price tag that Leverkusen have slapped on their sought-after star. But they are prepared to offer the Bundesliga outfit a guaranteed £100m, with the deal likely to eclipse the current British transfer record with add-ons. Talks are set to continue with a deal edging closer... Leverkusen eye Quansah There has been plenty of speculation that players could be included in a deal to get Wirtz over the line and Bayer Leverkusen have now been credited with an interest in Jarrel Quansah. ‌ The Athletic have confirmed that the £40million-rated centre half is indeed on the German outfit's radar, with Leverkusen in the market for a new defender. Any deal for Quansah would be separate to the blockbuster one involving Wirtz, who will likely become the most expensive Premier League player of all-time should a move to Anfield be finalised. Leverkusen are in the market for a new central defender after losing Jonathan Tah on a free transfer to Bayern Munich. Kerkez gets green light for move ‌ Milos Kerkez has been given the green light to join Liverpool - by his Bournemouth team-mate, Justin Kluivert. Kerkez is known to be the Reds' top target as they seek another left-back. Talks over a deal with one of the Cherries' star performers are ongoing with Kerkez keen on joining Arne Slot's side. And Kluivert has now told Voetbal Primeur: 'He'll probably go there. I hope so for him. He hasn't really said goodbye yet, but I hope he'll make it happen there.'
