During that time, she became a close confidant of Daniel Levy.
Cullen said: "This has been such a hard decision to make. The Club has been my life for the past three decades.
"I have had the privilege of working with Daniel, whose vision and energy has driven the Club forward, and so many talented and wonderful colleagues.
"It has been quite some journey, starting at White Hart Lane, with a brief stay at Wembley and finally our new home - amazing memories home and away.
"Ending this season with the Europa League Trophy was a dream come true.
"The time is now right for me to gather more time for myself and my family, whom I thank for all their support over the years.
"I shall spend the coming months ensuring there is a smooth handover with my staff. Thank you all. I wish everyone at the Club all the success in the world."
Meanwhile, Levy said: "Donna has made an immense contribution to the Club, over an extensive period. Her diverse responsibilities grew significantly and replacing her roles with a single individual will be impossible.
"While many may associate her primarily with marketing and communications, Donna's impact extends far beyond those areas. Notably, her leadership and political acumen at planning committees, was instrumental in the Club being able to build one of the finest stadiums and training centres in the world.
"She deserves recognition for the contribution she played in the formation of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, which has positively impacted countless individuals in our communities, and in establishing the London Academy of Excellence, providing children with exceptional educational opportunities.
"Donna has pushed the conscience of the Club to be at the forefront of environmental and diversity initiatives. She also played a crucial role in supporting the amateur part-time Spurs Ladies, enabling the development of our professional women's team.
"Her daily input will be greatly missed, however she fully deserves to take time for herself, and I know that we shall be able to call upon her advice when needed. We wish her well for the future."

New Rangers manager Russell Martin's 'dark arts' admission

Initially praised for his attractive football, Martin's side won only one of their first 16 Premier League matches, resulting in his December dismissal. Martin, speaking after his sacking, reflected: "I think if I look back now at the start of the season, I would have made way more onus on fouling quickly, being more horrible out of possession. "Because we're pressing a lot but more detail with that about making contact earlier." His last match in charge saw Southampton suffer a heavy defeat against Tottenham, going 1-0 down in the first minute and five behind by half-time. Read more: Rangers-bound Russell Martin quotes on loan spell revisited Former Rangers stars could be axed after just one year at Turkish club After his dismissal, Martin acknowledged his need to adapt and balance style with pragmatism, admitting: "But my thing is always, actually, let's try and dominate the ball but there are going to be times when we have to suffer. "So I think a bit more athleticism is in the team, but if you're not going to have that then we need to make a real focus on being really difficult to play against, as well as all the stuff with the ball. "Because then, if you could bring the beauty with a ball, but also bring the darkness with that stuff, you need both." Martin's appointment at Ibrox is seen as a divisive one, with concerns about his inflexibility in style. However, his comments may alleviate some doubts, as he seems to be recognising the need for a more balanced approach. His challenge now is to implement this philosophy at Rangers, where expectations are high and patience is often in short supply.

Tottenham star makes bold claim about Spurs and Arsenal fans after £21m transfer

Tottenham's Kevin Danso has only been in north London for a matter of months but believes they have the greater fanbase in the capital when compared to rivals Arsenal Kevin Danso claimed there are more Tottenham fans in north London than Arsenal supporters after spending less than a season in that part of the capital. Those in white are currently revelling in their Europa League triumph and believe they have the local bragging rights after the Gunners endured another trophyless campaign. Their Austrian defender has continued to stoke the fire, claiming the locals follow Tottenham - not Arsenal. ‌ The 26-year-old joined Tottenham on loan from Lens in February and has since made his deal was made permanent this week. He's penned a five-year deal for a £21million fee. ‌ Among his 15 appearances was the Europa League final in Bilbao. He came off the bench to help Tottenham win their first trophy in 17 years before the team paraded the trophy in front of an estimated 220,000 fans as they lined the streets from Edmonton up to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Danso believes, in one of English football's hotbeds, that Tottenham have the edge when it comes to supporters with his words likely to rattle those in red. He told Austrian media outlet Krone: "[That night in Bilbao] was and still is incredible. I hadn't even realised it on the pitch. I slid down on my knees to the fans. I didn't realise it right away; right after the game it was like a dream. It wasn't until two days later that I truly realised I was a European cup winner. "If you're not in London yourself, you don't really realise what a fan base we have. From outside, you think there are more Arsenal fans in North London, but in my opinion, there are more Tottenham fans." Tottenham's European success covered for a dire Premier League campaign, which saw them lose more than twenty times. Throughout the tournament's history no team had ever lost 22 times and not been relegated, but Ange Postecoglou's side retained their top flight status. Arsenal meanwhile endured another season of near misses as Mikel Arteta faces questions. For a third year on the bounce they were runners-up in the league whilst they had to deal with semi-final losses in the Champions League and the Carabao Cup.

Sir Dave Brailsford set for reduced role at Manchester United after reshuffle

But after a season in which United finished 15th, their worst Premier League finish, and lost the Europa League final to Tottenham, Ratcliffe is planning a shake-up which will see Brailsford return to his role as director of sport for the wider Ineos group, as first reported by The Times. Under the plans, former Tour de France winner and Olympic champion Geraint Thomas is set to take on a leadership role with the Grenadiers when he retires as a rider at the end of the year. Sir Dave Brailsford, left, with Jason Wilcox (Nick Potts/PA) Brailsford, 61, has overseen a major overhaul of United's operations, including a £50million redevelopment of the Carrington training ground. Ratcliffe has scaled back some of Ineos's sporting commitments, terminating its sponsorship of the New Zealand rugby team and ending his bid to win the America's Cup. However, Ratcliffe remains committed to the cycling team, who no longer hold the dominant position they did when winning the Tour de France in seven out of eight editions between 2012 and 2019. Thomas, 39, has said he will retire after the Tour of Britain in September.
