Controversial chef Gordon Ramsay unleashes expletive filled spray over raw fish as he returns for debut of MasterChef Australia: Back To Win
Gordon Ramsay kicked off the debut episode of MasterChef Australia: Back To Win on Monday night.
The British celebrity chef - known for his expletive-laden rants - had a spray at a team of contestants during a service challenge when they served up raw kingfish.
'Who cooked the fish!' he demanded, before unleashinga tirade, 'Raw fish. Ice cold, raw fish.
'May as well go to f***ing Nobu and serve those up as f***ing shushi!'
'Help me out, please. The job's hard enough. Please' he went on, pleading with the team.
Viewers were amused by Gordon's antics, with several pointing out he needed to be extensively bleeped from his first minute on screen.
Ramsay made his long-awaited return to MasterChef Australia on Monday night.
Channel 10 earlier announced that Ramsay, 58, will be appearing as a guest judge on the new season's Back to Win competition.
The notoriously hot-tempered Ramsay is joined in the kitchen by regular judges Andy Allen, Sofia Levin, Poh Ling Yeow and Jean-Christophe Novelli.
Ramsay last appeared on the hit cooking competition in 2018.
This season sees 24 past contestants come back to win the MasterChef trophy and $250,000 in prize money.
Among the cast are MasterChef fan favourites, including season one's Andre Ursini, Sarah Todd from 2022's season 14 and Tim Bone from season 11.
Also among the contestants is season 6 runner-up Laura Sharrad.
Andre Ursini, who made his TV debut in 2009 as a contestant on MasterChef Australia, recently announced his return to the show.

Already fans of the cooking competition have emerged with a theory about who will be crowned the winner.
Viewers have gone online to speculate that the producers have spoiled the show after dropping a promo poster showing just six of the 24 contestants who will battle it out in the kitchen.
The featured contestants are lined up in the image and appear in various sizes, including Laura Sharrad who starred in seasons 6 and 12.
Also appearing in the promo are season 16's Savindri Perera and Darrsh Clarke as well as Tim Bone from season 11.
There's also Declan Cleary from season 15, while the image of fan favourite Steph De Sousa from season 11 looms largest in the poster.
Many fans felt Laura Sharrad was a shoe-in based on her appearance on the poster.
A fan Reddit started the discussion by asking, 'Do you think the winner is pictured?'
'Considering that Laura is the only pictured contestant from before season 11, do you think she wins, or do you think that the winner is not pictured?'
'I do think majority of them probably went far or did pretty well, while maybe at least one maybe goes out relatively early?' said one fan.

Camilla reveals wish to become joint patron of ‘favourite' Garden Museum
Camilla visited an exhibition held by the Garden Museum in south London on Wednesday to celebrate British Flowers Week. She told attendees she had spoken to the King, who is already a patron, about joining him after previously joking during a visit last year about 'nudging' Charles from his position. She told the children her favourite tea was mint but that she also liked lemon barley, adding they were 'nice to have after an evening meal' as they helped to digest it. She tried her hand at making mint teabags with the museum's plant science educator, Samia Qureshi. Camilla sniffed and placed the herbs in the drawstring bags and said: 'I shall sample that tonight.' Reaching the museum's cafe, she received a bouquet of flowers from head chef Myles Donaldson's daughter, Darcie, four, before telling cafe staff: 'I wish I was staying'.

'And we have rules, if you leave the island and you don't return, there's no one going out to look for you, they're going to assume you've been infected and you're dead.' Aaron then explained that for his character's son, it's a 'rite of passage' to learn his father's hunting skills, in the hope that they can survive when they leave the island. The film is set on the real-life island of Lindisfarne, which is only accessible through a causeway during low tide. The original film 28 Days Later starred Cillian Murphy as a bicycle courier who wakes up from a coma to discover the accidental release of a highly contagious, aggression-inducing virus has caused the breakdown of society. But despite frenzied speculation that he would be reprising his role in this sequel, when the trailer came out in December, with one character appearing to resemble a zombified form of Cillian's character Jim from the first film. Rivals season 2 twist confirmed after major spoiler for sizzling series
The Rivals cast have officially returned to Rutshire for another roll around the Maytime hay. The Disney Plus show got pulses racing last year with its soapy adaptation of the first half of Jilly Cooper's bonkbuster novel of the same name, which drew a Cotswolds world where everyone is constantly horny and prepared to cheat on their spouses. Viewers were hooked. The homage to 80s hedonism starred a stellar cast of British acting talent, including Danny Dyer, Aidan Turner and Katherine Parkinson. Heading up the call sheet was David Tennant playing nominative determinist baddie Tony Baddingham, the head honcho at the Corinium TV station, which goes to war with a new underdog outfit called Venturer. Yet the operatic season finale left it unclear whether Tennant's sneering TV executive would be back, after the mother of all cliffhangers left his life hanging in the balance. However, Disney Plus and Hulu – where the show streams in the US –confirmed last month that Tennant will indeed be back and new set pictures have hinted at his upcoming storyline. The Disney Plus Instagram account shared a snap of Tennant's name card and script at a table read for the new season, with the teasy caption: 'Did someone ask for a Rivals update?' So we knew Tony would be in the second season and it was suspected he would survive (because he's an evil villain and they always keep coming back for more, of course). But there was always the possibility it would be in a flashback capacity after he met a sticky end in the first season finale. Yet new set pictures seem to confirm he did survive the climactic office showdown with Cameron (Williams), as Tennant has been seen filming with a set of prosthetic stitches in his head, presumably from that brutal blow to the head. Spoilers ahead. It wasn't beyond possibility Rivals would end its first batch of episodes with a death – the whole thing had turned very 'pistols at dawn' – but we could never have anticipated the blood-soaked cliffhanger we were left with. The final scene saw Tony (Tennant) have it out with his protegee turned mistress Cameron (Nafessa Williams) after discovering her affair with Rupert Campbell-Black (Alex Hassell). Tennant magicked up a frightening new scariness to Tony Baddingham for this scene. For a moment it really looked like Cameron would be the one on the way out. But instead she whacked Tony over the head with a TV award she had accepted in front of him in the previous episode. The last we saw of Tony, he was bleeding out on the '80s shag carpet as the fireworks popped for New Years. Rivals fans had already guessed Tony would rise from the blood-soaked carpet, after he was seen in a short teaser clip from the show's season two table read.
