BREAKING NEWS Trump pardons reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley after lobbying campaign from daughter Savannah
President Donald Trump pardoned reality television stars Todd and Julie Chrisley on Tuesday, calling their daugher Savannah and informing her of his decision.
The Chrisleys, who starred in the television show Chrisley Knows Best, were found guilty of defrauding banks out of $30 million.
They're serving time in Florida and Kentucky.
In turn, Savannah has become a fixture in MAGAworld, attending events like the Republican National Convention, the Conservative Political Action Conference and appearing on the sidelines of the White House Correspondents' Dinner to get the president and his allies' attention.
The effort paid off when Savannah received a call Tuesday from the Oval Office.
