Ukrainian defence forces conducted a large-scale operation and regained positions near the village of Lyptsi in Kharkiv Oblast.

Quote from Khartiia: "The 13th Khartiia Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, in cooperation with other units of the Ukrainian defence forces, has completed a large-scale operation to liberate a forest area north of Lyptsi, Kharkiv Oblast. The total area of the liberated territory is over 200 hectares."
Details: The offensive lasted five and a half months, during which the defence forces were able to push the Russians further away from Kharkiv and regain control over an important natural and tactically significant area.
"During this time, the enemy lost nearly 1,500 soldiers killed and wounded, over 200 pieces of weaponry and 175 pieces of equipment," Khartiia said.
It is noted that units from the Khartiia brigade and the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ataman Ivan Sirko carried out the breakthrough of the Russian defences and the capture of the bridgehead at the initial stage of the operation.

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Alexandra Haddix left jail Tuesday after Austin Police arrested her during an anti-ICE protest Monday night. 'I was tear-gassed while being pulled out of a car,' Haddix said. Despite her time in custody, she's fired up to continue protesting. She's ready for another protest on Saturday that she helped organize. It's part of a national day of protests called, 'No Kings Day,' with large crowds expected to turn out in protest of the Trump administration. 'No Kings' protest organizer calls Texas National Guard deployment an overreaction by Governor 'I just think that it's going to be so funny seeing the dichotomy between our jubilee protests and the National Guard holding their massive guns,' Haddix said. Haddix is a part of the group called the 50501 Movement. She said members of the group go through protest training and have planned seminars to educate people on protest safety. According to Haddix, there will be a seminar before Saturday's protest. 'We are going to have another seminar for crowd control for the organizers and people in charge,' Haddix said. 'We also will have a de-escalation seminar.' Haddix criticized the way police handled the Monday protest, which was organized by another group. However, she said her organization will encourage peaceful protest. 'Do I understand why we have police? Yes. Do I feel like they maybe are overstepping? Absolutely,' Haddix said. 'The safety of the people at our protest is our number one concern, and if that requires me to work a little bit with the police, then that is what I'm going to do.' The president fired Joe Biden's appointees to the Kennedy Center board, ensuring that it was dominated by his own allies. The Kennedy Center's president, Deborah Rutter, also was axed, and Trump himself became chairman, ousting David Rubenstein. Trump said that $10 million was raised at a VIP reception tied to the Les Miz performance. His tax package, now in the Senate, also called for more than $250 million to be spent on Kennedy Center renovations. 'We want to bring it back, and bring it back better than ever,' Trump said. On the red carpet, Trump was peppered with questions ranging from the status of the Iran nuclear deal to the first performance he ever saw (it was Cats). Asked about Elon Musk's apology on X, posted early on Wednesday morning, Trump said, 'I really haven't thought too much about it.' Among those attending were a mix of Trump allies and executive branch officials, quite a turn from the Biden years, and even from Trump's first term. He skipped the Kennedy Center Honors then. Those spotted included Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert Kennedy Jr. and Cheryl Hines, and Laura Loomer. Corey Lewandowski said that it was his first time at the center, even though he said he has driven by it '1,000s of times.' He warned people that this will not end with California, he said that this is an attack on democracy, the way 'authoritarian regimes begin.''This moment we have feared has arrived. He's taking a wrecking ball to our Founding Fathers' historic project,' said Newsom. 'The most important office is the office of the citizen. At this moment, we all need to stand up and be held to a higher level of accountability.'White House assistant to the president and director of communications Steven Cheung responded to Newsom's address with a post on X, saying that the governor should have used his time to do his job instead of preparing for a 'webinar.' He also compared the faulty audio quality to the quality of Newsom's leadership. The governor's office has not responded to this statement from ended his address advising Californians, if they do exercise their First Amendment right, to do so peacefully.'I know many of you are feeling deep anxiety, stress and fear.
