Israel launched strikes on Iran's nuclear program and killed several senior military leaders in an attack that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said will last many days. Israel said it used 200 fighter jets for the attack.
Netanyahu revealed "Operation Rising Lion" targeted Iran's main enrichment facility in Natanz, nuclear scientists, and what he described as "the heart of Iran's ballistic missiles program."
In retaliation, Iran has launched over 100 drones toward Israeli territory, Israel's military said.
On the other hand, Jordan closed its airspace and condemned the Israeli aggression against Iran, considering it a "flagrant violation of the sovereignty of a UN member state and a blatant violation of international law and the UN Charter," Al Mamlaka reported on Friday.

The statement claims that the pilot evacuated from the plane, however it is unclear what their present condition is. Iran calls nuclear talks with US 'meaningless' after 'Israel's' military strike
Iran declared on Friday that ongoing nuclear negotiations with the United States have become 'meaningless' following 'Israel's' largest-ever military strike against Iranian targets. Tehran accused Washington of enabling the attack by supporting 'Israel's' actions. 'The US has acted in a way that undermines the dialogue. You cannot claim to negotiate while allowing the Zionist regime to attack Iranian territory,' said Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei, as reported by the semi-official Tasnim news agency. Baghaei further claimed that 'Israel' 'influenced' the diplomatic process and suggested the 'Israeli' strike would not have been possible without US approval. Earlier, Iran accused the US of complicity in the 'Israeli' attacks, allegations that Washington strongly denied. Speaking at the United Nations Security Council, US officials urged Tehran to continue negotiations, calling it 'wise' to engage diplomatically over its nuclear program. The sixth round of US-Iran nuclear talks was scheduled for Sunday in Muscat, Oman, but the impact of the recent 'Israeli' strike has cast doubt over whether the talks will proceed.
