A MAN who failed to burgle a computer shop in Raub, Pahang, left a pile of faeces in the kitchen before fleeing, China Press reported.
His attempt at breaking into the shop was thwarted when he spotted the owner and his mother still busy at work there.
He left a pile of poop in the kitchen before leaving quietly.
It was late into the night when the owner detected a stench in the shop before stumbling upon the mess.
Initially thinking that it was animal poop, he later suspected it was human waste after finding that a back door had been damaged.
His suspicions were confirmed after reviewing a CCTV footage from his neighbour which captured someone prying open a metal panel of the back door before climbing in.
The owner has lodged a police report about the attempted burglary.

Thailand's special investigation team sends Chinese suspect in SAO building collapse to prosecutor
BANGKOK: The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) sent Wu Binglin, a suspect in the collapse of the State Audit Office (SAO) building, to the public prosecutor on Thursday (June 12). Wu Binglin, a Chinese executive from China Railway No 10 (Thailand), was one of the individuals involved in the construction of the building that collapsed in Bangkok's Chatuchak district following an earthquake on March 28. In the wake of the incident, the DSI charged six individuals in relation to the violation of the Foreign Business Act (nominee arrangements). Wu Binglin was reportedly taken into custody by the DSI's Special Investigation team after he voluntarily surrendered. He was charged with violating regulations on foreign nationals conducting business in Thailand, which prevents foreign entities from engaging in certain business activities where Thai citizens are not yet competitive, without proper authorisation. Additionally, he faced charges of assisting or supporting foreign nationals in carrying out such business activities. - The Nation/ANN

Liu Zhu, 69, and Liu Xin Xin, 36, were killed when the tree, located inside a historical building, came crashing down on their vehicle on Sept 18 last year. The suit was filed by their respective spouses — Yang Xue Li, the wife of Liu and mother of Xin Xin, and Wang Geng Feng, Xin Xin's husband. Their lawyer, Ng Kian Nam, filed the suit via e-filing at the Penang High Court earlier today.
