Lake Worth Beach's main streets of Lucerne and Lake Avenue were transformed with vibrant colors and stunning patterns this weekend as the 30th annual Street Painting Festival drew huge crowds.
More than 600 artists transformed the streets into an outdoor museum amid a backdrop of live music and delicious food offerings.
The event featured both novice and seasoned artists creating masterpieces with colored chalk of everything from original concepts to replicas of classics.
This year's show featured scannable QR codes posted around the festival that attendees could use to look up information about the artworks in front of them and the artists at work.
The magnificent work only had a short shelf life though as the Monday rains washed away the colorful canvas, readying the pavement for next year's show at the end of February.

They weren't photographed or anything, and enjoyed a low-key night out on the town together.' In March, another source told Us Weekly something similar, saying they are 'laying low.' 'Taylor and Travis are taking it easy right now,' said the insider. 'They've been laying low in Kansas went to Park City to go skiing.
